Day 133: Validation Character: Consequence Dimension (Part 2)

This post is a continuation to:

And now, we’re continuing from where we left of on Day 131, with walking Self Forgiveness statements on the Consequence Dimension.

Consequence Dimension: Self Forgiveness:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to neglect my responsibility of effectively interacting with others here, within the realization that I am not alone here, that I do not exist all by myself, but through the combined effort of many beings, and thus as my life depends on other beings, and because there are many beings within my day to day reality that I interact with, my ability and my application within how I approach those interactions that I face, directly affect my world, my experience, as the relationships that I develop, which thus also affects my future.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to still live like I am still a child, within wanting to ‘just do what I want’, and not have any obligations/responsibilities, within this not realizing that to live in such a way is to actually sabotage myself and my life, as I manifest consequence by avoiding/neglecting my responsibilities and my relationships with others, and thus, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sabotage myself and my life, by not taking my relationships and the relationships I form, seriously, within seeing, realizing and understanding the consequences I’m manifesting by placing my wants as ‘how I want to experience myself/don’t want to experience myself’ as my first and foremost consideration, instead of considering All Life here equally.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand how by participating in this character/personality and letting it get to the extreme of not wanting to go through with the interaction, that I’m placing myself in a position where if I still go through with the interaction, it is not effective as I am not actually here and present with the being, but am distracted within/by my own personal experience within allowing myself to go into and be ‘taken over’ by this character/personality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that the thoughts/imagination/backchat/reactions/behaviors/fears I experience toward meeting/interacting with others is really my own creation, and nothing to do with other beings, and that this means that I can actually take directive control and stop all the dimensions of this character/personality as the thoughts/imagination/backchat/reactions/behaviors/fears, through assisting and supporting myself within the practical application of writing, self forgiveness, and corrective application, and simply be here interacting with other beings, as I realize that as I continue to no longer participate in the thoughts/imagination/backchat/reactions/behaviors/fears, they will eventually fade away as I no longer feed them/give them power, and that I will remain here, as breath, constant and stable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand how by participating in/as this character/personality within ‘not wanting’ to interact with others, especially with those I haven’t met before/am meeting for the first time, that I am actually responsible for humanity existing as this same point where we have become more and more isolated from each other, resistant to communicating and interacting with one another, to the point where we’ll typically only interact with a very small circle of ‘family and friends’, and disregard/not take into consideration all the rest of the billions of beings existing here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that a major aspect of why we for the most part only interact within a small circle of ‘friends/family’ and disregard all else/are wary of all else, is the result of not being able to trust one another due to the inequality of the current system, because we haven’t ensured that all are equally supported, and placed ourselves in competition with one another for our survival, and thus we can’t actually trust each other. I mean, in a lot of cases one really can’t even trust one’s ‘friends/family’, for that very same point. Have a look at the example of someone who wins the lottery, and then their friends/family suddenly become really ‘friendly’ or resort to whatever tactics they can come up with to try and get in on the winnings. This is really showing the extent of the obvious problem of inequality, where even friends and family can’t trust each other, because survival is the priority consideration, since you’re not guaranteed the support you require, which creates a lot of unfortunate situations where some have to steal just to survive, or where they steal in order to have as good a quality life as others have.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not create a society and economic system which assists and supports us to develop effective relationships with one another, where actual trust can exist, because we have proven that we are trustworthy, within proving that we are beings that Care, by ensuring that all are cared for. As, if every being here stand and live in consideration of all beings here, where we wouldn’t let one being starve or suffer unnecessarily when it can be prevented and stopped, where every being were aligned to the principle of what is best for all, then everyone would really be trustworthy.

Day 127: Validation Character: Fear Dimension (Part 1)

This post is a continuation to:

Here in this post we’re walking the Fear Dimension of the Validation Character, where I’ll walk through any memories of past experiences/relationships/moments where this character started. So I’ll be having a look at what memories come up most prominently for me, in looking back at when/how I started forming this character, which will always be the result of a Fear, as the particular Personality forms in attempt to protect oneself from something, as to why I would seek to avoid the situation/do something else, instead of following through. For more context on the Fear Dimension read from Heaven’s Journey to Life blog - Character Dimensions - FEAR Dimension (Part 1): DAY 182

So, what I’ve found within looking at the Fear Dimension of the Character/Personality, is that in my childhood, there were moments when meeting/interacting with others, where my parents had taught me that I have to ‘behave’, and thus act a certain way, in order to get approval to have the other person be nice to me/treat me in a ‘positive’ way. And so I experienced this as ‘limiting’ as now I can’t be how I’d like to be or just ‘be myself’, but now have to be ‘on guard’ and be careful about my behaviour, or else I might be treated badly.

Which, in taking it back a step further and earlier into my childhood, I learned from my interactions with my parents themselves, as if I acted in a way that wasn’t liked, then I was treated ‘negatively’ and if I acted in a way that was liked, they treated me ‘positively’. And in those moments where I was treated negatively, where if I’d done something ‘wrong’ that they didn’t approve of, I might be punished by being spanked or sent to my room or some toys taken away. When I was punished, this wasn’t as fun as when I was not being punished and I’d feel like I was missing out, like I couldn’t go outside and climb trees or ride my bike or play with my friends. And when my parents were treating me nicely, I could play and do the things I like and have fun and there was no problem. What this shows is as children, we’re not effectively educated on practical common sense points of why interacting with others is important, and within that How to interact with others, why certain behaviors/actions are/aren’t appropriate, and educated that we’re not the only beings here, and that we have responsibilities here, because as a child most of your time is spent just ‘having fun’ without consideration of actual reality and that we exist with many many other beings here, and that it’s important to get along effectively and be able to develop effective relationships, as we don’t exist here alone, by ourself, but all depend on others here.

So, what happens in a moment of facing an interaction with someone, the fear comes up that they may not like me, and may thus treat me negatively, and I will fear that this will affect me negatively in some way, thus ‘being punished’. So this is essentially how we as children learn to use our behaviour to manipulate, where we learn to act certain ways according to trying to ensure that we can get a positive reaction out of our parents and not a negative one, and so within this, not learning what consequences our actions have in actual reality, but learning a system of behaviour in order to please others and avoid displeasing, because that leads to the other person creating consequence, as in the parent punishing the child.

This is also where children learn we can sometimes manipulate our parents into giving us what we want if we learn the behaviors that they like/react positively to, and repeat those behaviors when there is something we want, like a toy, or in ‘getting out of trouble’/to avoid punishment. Thus, the fear is actually self interest of not getting what I want, which is to ‘do what I want and have fun’ and ‘not have to worry about how another will react to me’, as when I’m meeting/interacting with someone, I ‘have to act a certain way’ and be concerned with how they’re going to react/act, and ‘be nice’, and ‘behave’ so that I can get that positive reaction, and thus I can’t just ‘be myself’ and ‘act how I want’. And if they treat me negatively, then I am going to ‘lose out’ and be punished, like if I’m not effective at meeting/interacting with people I won’t do good at my job and may get fired.

In the next post we’ll continue walking the Fear Dimension and get into the Self Forgiveness and Self Commitment Statements.

Day 126: Validation Character: Physical/Behavior Dimension (Part 6)

'The Hidden Dimensions of Self' by Andrew Gable

This post is a continuation to:
Day 125: Validation Character: Physical/Behavior Dimension (Part 5)

In the previous post, we’ve walked the Self Commitment Statements for the Negative and Positive Internal Dimensions of the Validation Character. In this post, we’re continuing with Self Commitment Statements in relation to the Physical/Behavior Dimensions. For further context these Physical/Behavior Dimensions, also read from the Heaven’s Journey to Life blog:

Negative and Positive Dimension External Changes Self Commitments:
I commit myself to assist and support myself to see, realize and understand that when my physical behaviour suddenly changes, as if it is happening automatically and unexpectedly, where I instantly become overwhelmed by the character/personality and become the embodiment of anxiety/hopelessness, where my shoulders slouch, my body sinks down, and I start shifting foot to foot, that this indicates that I am not yet effective in my awareness of myself as the processes taking place within my mind and within my standing as the directive principle of myself, where I have thus allowed it to get to the extent of becoming possessed and experiencing actual changes in my physical condition/behaviour.

Thus, I commit myself to, when and as the possession gets to the point of changing my physical condition/behaviour without my awareness, to get more specific in my awareness as breath and of when I am participating in energies, so that I can really stop my participation in mind-energies, before it gets to the point of physical possession, as I realize that by allowing it to get to that point is actually making it more difficult for myself, as by the time I get to the Physical/Behavior dimension, I am now facing all the Dimensions together, of Thought, Imagination, Backchat, and Reactions and all the energies activated by those dimensions, to create a more powerful resistance, that will make it seem/feel much more difficult to stand up and stop participation.

And thus, I commit myself to not accept this experience of difficultness, and to not become overwhelmed, but to breathe, and stand as the directive principle of myself and move myself to follow through with the meeting/interaction, as I realize that I am only making it more difficult for myself by letting myself get to the manifested consequence of the Physical/Behavior Dimension, and so I commit myself to not make my process more difficult for myself, by getting absolutely specific in my awareness of the dimensions and energies of the mind, so that I can stop participation Before it gets to the point of physical possession and actually manifesting physical internal and external changes.

Therefore, I commit myself to, when and as I notice that my physical behaviour is changing, especially in moments where I am facing a meeting/interaction with someone, and especially when I notice the physical behaviors of my body and shoulders slouching, and shifting from one foot to another, to see, realize and understand that I am in the process of manipulating myself to not follow through with the task before me, and so I commit myself to immediately breathe, straighten up , ground myself and my feet here and stop shifting from foot to foot, as I realize that if I accept and allow this mind possession and give it power, that I will give in and give up in the moment, essentially giving up on myself in a moment of self change, where I have an opportunity to expand myself through simply moving myself in/as the physical to continue.

I commit myself to, when and as I notice I am feeling better in my mind and body in relationship to the positive as ‘doing something else’ that I’m imagining, backchatting, reacting to within my myself, and where I experience the physical conditions of my body feeling loose/light, with a spring in my step, like I’m ready to ‘spring away’ from the responsibility I face before me, to in this moment take the opportunity to really practice my self directive will, as I’ve, at this point, made it really difficult for myself within allowing the possession to get to such extent, where now I am really tempted to give in and go for the ‘positive’ where it seems like that’s what I’d really really like and would ‘be so much easier’ to do, and so I commit myself to in that moment really look in self honesty at the consequences that I’m manifesting for myself, where even though it may seem so easy to just give in now, that I am just making it so much harder and harder for myself to stand up.

Within this, I commit myself to see, realize and understand that it will only initially be difficult when I’m at that ‘tipping point’ moment of either giving in to the mind or standing as myself in self-direction and self will, because I’ve developed the relationship with my physical into a physical habit of always giving up/giving in, and thus I have to live my commitment to myself and stand and move through the resistance and utilize the practical application of taking a breath, ground myself here, and follow through with the task at hand.

And so, I commit myself to see, realize and understand that the practical solution to walking myself out of energy-experience relationships of the mind, and into real practical living, to develop real self-direction and self-will, is to Immediately take action and Move Myself to get done what it is I am facing before me, as for example when I have to meet and interact with others in my world/reality.

In the next post, we’ll walk the Fear Dimension of the Validation Character/Personality.
