Day 110: Waiting for Approval: Thought Dimension: Practical Application
Here I’ll walk the Practical Application of Self Forgiveness and Commitment Statements to assist and support with identifying when/as self is going into/activating this character, to instead take self responsibility and self direction to not give directive control over to a Thought, but to remain here stable as the breath as who I am, to in fact be living for real as a real being, and no longer participate in/be ‘subject’ to a pattern of behavior where I am not here as myself, but living in relation to a thought in my mind which isn’t real, and only serves the purpose to create conflict as friction within myself to, from that friction, generate energy for the mind to feed off of.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to develop the habit of participating in this character of waiting for Validation/Approval, wherein I sabotage myself from realizing myself as and living as the whole, complete being that I am here that is not lacking in any ‘value’ or ‘worth’, but to at a single thought, accept and believe the idea/perception that I must seek/receive validation/worth/approval from others in how they react/act toward me, within this not considering how I am actually desiring for others to act a certain way toward me, and that I then within this character, gear my actions/behaviors toward trying to get/gain approval from another, which is actually me trying/attempting to manipulate another to act how I want/desire them to act, which is not how I’d like to be treated myself, as I would not actually like others to be attempting to manipulate me into the behavior that they believe/think they want/need/ me to act toward them.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see/realize that in the moment that thought arise in my mind that I actually have a decision - to follow that thought and allow myself to be directed and controlled by a picture in my mind, or to remain here as myself and so be able to interact with another as myself as who I really am.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow this one thought to take me into my mind where I completely compromise myself by allowing this thought to become the directive principle of me and thus rob myself of an opportunity to be here as myself, interacting with another being and actually getting to know another being, as I’m instead only interacting with/as a thought in my mind.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself have the thought/similar thought when facing meeting someone for the first time or interacting with another in general, wherein a picture comes up in my mind of another person not liking me and treating me in what I’ve defined as a ‘negative’ way and/or when and as a picture comes up in my mind of another liking me and treating me in what I’ve defined as a ‘positive’ way, I stop and breathe and stabilize myself here, and focus on myself here as the physical, physically here with another being. As I realize that to follow the thought will lead to me missing out on the opportunity to interact with another being as who they are here and as myself here and will become that thought to the extent that it will take over my very behaviors where all I exist as in that moment will be the point of seeking approval/validation from that person, and thus only feeding the mind while missing out on actual reality and actual living.

Day 109: Waiting for Approval – I Need You To Like Me: Thought Dimension
So in this post we’ll begin to take a look at the various Dimensions that comprise this point of ‘Waiting for Validation’, where I’m busy in my mind seeking approval from others and acting according to my perception of whether they like me or not, instead of just being here as myself, whole, complete, not lacking in ‘value’ or ‘worth’. So, you could also call this the ‘I Need You To Like Me’ Character, as the point of ‘Waiting for Validation’ is waiting for approval from others, needing the other to ‘like me’, and one’s behavior becomes geared around that single point of whether or not someone ‘likes/doesn’t like me’. When it seems there is not approval, then I go into behaviors trying to get approval/validation/get this person to like me, so it starts from a want/need/desire for others to like/approve of me, wherein I’ve separated myself from self-approval, self-acceptance, self-worth, self-value, and believe I must find/get it from another person, and that it’s even possible to actually get value/worth from someone/something else.So when faced with a moment where meeting someone/interacting with someone, I’m in my mind scanning their behaviors for ‘signs’ of whether they ‘like me’ or ‘don’t like me – whether they’re going to react to me in a ‘positive way’ or a ‘negative way’. And if it’s positive, then I’ll experience a sense of relief, like- ‘ok I don’t have to worry so much about/try so much to get them to like me/to get their approval’. And if I think they don’t like me, then I go into certain reactions and behaviors according to that perception. So, this a good example of how we can be controlled by the perceptions we see in our mind’s eye, based on memories and associations as relationships we’ve formed toward things like how a person looks/sounds/acts/moves which will accordingly determine our behavior, and thus we’re not here simply being ourself as who we are, but are living out reactions and preprogrammed behaviors that are activated by the preprogrammed triggers that come up in our world/reality.
These behavior/reaction patterns first become activated by an initial thought, where the thought will manifest either a positive-energy experience toward the situation, or a negative-energy experience. So, for example, when I perceive that another doesn’t like me, due to some behavior they did, or movement they made, or whatever, which I have associated to mean that they ‘do not approve of me’, then there is a thought as a picture of them not liking me/being nice to me, which is defined as/associated with a negative experience, and thus them liking me/being nice to me is defined as the positive experience, so then I will act in whatever way in order to get the ‘positive’ picture that my mind showed me, which would be the person liking me/being nice to me. So here, from a single thought, my behavior is controlled as an entire pattern is activated where I am only reacting toward the picture I’ve seen in my mind, and thus essentially have removed myself from reality, and am not just here living and interacting with another as myself, and where I can really get to know/see that being for who they are, as I’m busy within my mind as this game of ‘chasing the positive’ and ‘avoiding the negative’ as the positive/negative pictures that I’ve seen in my mind, which are in fact, only pictures.
In the following post, we’ll walk the Practical Application of self-forgiveness and self-commitment statements on the Thought Dimension, and then continue walking through the various Dimensions of the Waiting for Validation Character.

Day 85: Commitment Statements on the “There’s Nothing Wrong with That” Character
![]() | |||
| Featured Art by Matti Freeman |
I commit myself to be/become
aware of when I go into/utilize a character as a defense mechanism to avoid
investigating myself and the relationships I’m living as toward a particular
form/manifestation/circumstance/situation/event/scenario/being, so that I can
stop sabotaging myself within avoiding myself and instead face myself and get
to know myself and be/become a real self-willed, self-directed individual.
I commit myself to realizing that
all judgment is actually self judgment, is
actually me participating in judgment within/as myself, and as I cannot stop or
do anything about judgment that another may be participating in, then obviously
the only way/place in which I can take self responsibility to make a
change/stop/end judgment, is within myself, in changing myself and stopping the judgment
within myself. Within this, I commit myself to realize that if I have not first
stopped judgment within myself, then I can in no way be absolutely certain that
I am seeing judgment in another, as I have not
even first got effective in identifying it within myself to the point where no
judgment remains.
I commit myself to not consider
that I’ll deliberately create perceptions of others/my reality, in order to
experience myself a certain way and to determine how I’ll respond/who I’ll
be/how I’ll act toward others/my reality, and thus within this, using
perception as a tool with which to manipulate myself, so that I will act a
certain way/feel a certain way, where I am in other words, ‘seeing what I want
to see’, in order to justify certain actions/behaviors/characters that I’ll play out, in the belief that that is who/how I
want to be, as it’s how I’ve learned to be and accept myself as.
I commit myself to realizing that
the relationships I’ve formed toward what is here in separation and judgment of
what is here, are not who I am,
as who I am is not relationships of stored information, but who I am is here as
life, and thus I commit myself to investigate and identify all the
relationships I exist as that I’ve allowed to exist within me, to become aware
of the consequences of such relationships, and to
stop living as these relationships, so that I can actually live here as myself
as life, as breath that is simply here and silent within, not moved by anything
in separation of/from myself, but moving myself in consideration of all
life/existence.
I commit myself to be/become
aware of everything I am creating within/through my participation, in order to
ensure that I am not forming characters and behaviors to be automated in
separation of myself, but to be aware of exactly how I create myself and what I
create myself as so that I create myself in such a way that I live as/according
to what is best for all life in each and every moment, in each
and every decision I make, and thus change myself and
my application from deliberately avoiding myself, to deliberately facing myself
to get to know myself completely, so that there can be no parts of me that act
in separation from myself that have ‘control’ of me behavior and influence me
to make decisions that are not best for all life.
I commit myself to realizing that
self investigation and taking self responsibility are the keys to expanding
myself into my true potential and really being able to be/become a force in
this world that can make a difference, and thus I commit myself to
investigating myself and taking self responsibility to so that I can expand
myself and in so doing, expand all of existence, one and equal, through
standing as an example to others of how they can assist and support themselves
to expand as well.
I commit myself to realizing that
characters are made-up, and thus can’t possibly be who I really am, as the
character is able to be deleted/disappear, and yet I am still here, thus
showing that the character is simply a personality suit that we put on for a
moment, and can take it off and switch it for another, proving that who we are
is not characters, and that we thus do not have to live as the characters we’ve
been living as without question, and thus we can take self
responsibility to ensure that the characters we live as is that which stand for
a better life for all life equally.
I commit myself to stop the harm
I cause to my human physical body by participating in this character where I
experience within/as my physical body tension and stiffening, and to realize
that if/when I experience these physical reactions within my body, indicates
that I am not here as myself, but am participating in the mind in separation of
myself, and thus I stop, breathe, and bring myself ‘back here’, back to reality
as myself as the physical flesh that is here simply living and breathing and
not in my mind as judgments/perceptions/beliefs/emotions/feelings/thoughts that take a toll on the physical
when we participate in such experiences.
I commit myself to clearing up
all the relationships I exist as, to ensure that who I am as who I live as, is
relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not ‘removing myself’ from reality
through creating alternate realities in my mind, and then acting/living
according to those alternate realities, so that I can ensure that who I am is
relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not simply believing whatever the mind
presents, and then staying within this bubble of perception and ultimately
limitation, but rather to assist and support myself to get to know myself and
my world as this physical reality, so that I can expand to my utmost ability
here in actual reality.
Day 83: The “There’s Nothing Wrong with That” Character
Now taking a look at the “There’s
Nothing Wrong with That” Character, this character was developed and created in
order to avoid looking at myself and investigating myself and the relationships
I’m living as, because within this character the focus becomes on what another
is apparently participating in as a judgment to/toward something. So the focus then
becomes pointing the finger at someone else, and avoiding self investigation in
the meantime.
So what happens is, in a moment where I perceive another is judging something or myself for doing/participating in something or some aspect of what I’m living as, the ‘there’s nothing wrong with that’ character becomes activated to apparently refute what the ‘other’ is apparently participating in as a judgment toward something, and within this I am not considering whether I am participating in that judgment within myself.
The fear that activates this character is the fear that I may lose whatever relationship I am holding onto and am protecting within avoiding looking at it. This character would activate so fast that I would not even realize that I was avoiding looking at something within myself, as one generally learns to avoid looking at and investigating oneself, as is obvious within the fact that no one practically has a clue to how they operate and how their mind operate, despite that they’ve been here all along and participating in their mind for practically one’s whole life.
Thus this character is just one of many that we’ve developed and that I developed within myself that functions in the process of separating ourself from ourself to avoid self responsibility by apparently not being aware of ourselves and what we’re actually deliberately participating in within ourselves.
So within the moment before this character becomes activated, the mind brings up a thought/perception/picture that something I like/want/desire is being threatened to be taken away from me, and within that fear of loss, I created this character to spring forth to the ‘rescue’, by taking the attention away from myself and placing it somewhere else, thereby ensuring that such relationship of dependency will remain within me untouched and that I will remain enslaved to the dependency relationship with the want/need/desire.
When I allow this character to take over, I experience a tension in my physical body, like my body pulls into itself and stiffens, as if preparing for an attack, and sometimes I’ll experience a rush of adrenaline and a flutter in the solar plexus. I will feel like I need to defend the point of ‘there’s nothing wrong with such-n-such’, when I am the one perceiving an attack in the first place, and I have taken something someone has said and added my own perception to it. And if that person is participating in judging something, me reacting to it as/within a character only validates the judgment, as I am participating in the same judgment within myself, as I have not investigated myself first and cleared myself of any judgments/relationships, and thus why I have reacted within/as this character.
Self Forgiveness and Commitment Statements on the “There’s Nothing Wrong with That” character to follow.
Day 78: Self Forgiveness for the “I Can Do It” Character
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
accept and believe in the picture that comes up in my mind of me not being able
to do something, and then as a response/reaction to this picture, to have
created and go into the “I Can Do It” character, wherein I’m trying to convince
myself that ‘I can do it’, which is only an illusion in my mind as it’s not
based on actual reality that I have lived/am living as who I am here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not realize that the picture of me failing to do something is only a picture in my mind, and not actual reality, and thus when I believe in the picture I’m
believing in an illusion, the consequence of which is that I then become an
illusion as who I am.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not realize that shaping myself as a picture in my mind, is not changing me as
who I am in actual reality, and thus to participate and believe in the pictures
I see in my mind, is a waste of time, as instead of taking action in the
physical reality to actually change and expand myself, I am only busying myself
with pictures in my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
in the moment the picture of me failing comes up, to instantly believe in it,
and then to think that the only solution is by creating a character to
superimpose on myself of that I ‘can do it’, and within this, I forgive myself
that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that what I was doing was
attempting to ‘cover up’ the reality that I saw as the picture in my mind that
I believed with yet another picture illusion, and thus I was staying completely
within the realm of pictures, within the fantasy-land of the mind, and not
actually here, never actually really dealing with myself as who I actually am
and what I’m living as.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
participate in backchat in relation to the picture that came up within my mind
of me failing to do something, which I used this internal conversation to
convince and talk myself into going into the character of ‘I can do it’, using
backchat such as ‘oh god, what if I can’t do this’, ‘that’s just not an option’,
‘I have to do this’, ‘I must not fail at this’, within this internal
conversation giving myself no other option than to pretend that ‘I can do it’,
instead of seeing/realizing that the picture and belief that I am going to fail
isn’t real in the first place.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not consider how this shows just how much we’re controlled by pictures within
our mind, as we’ll completely allow ourselves to be directed by the pictures
that come up, instantaneously believing in them as valid and real, and having
complete reactionary experiences based off of them, completely removing ourself
from reality, and so have we ever really been here if we’ve always been
believing in and living according to the pictures in our mind?
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
believe that by changing the picture that I see in my mind that I am actually
somehow changing myself and how I experience myself, and within this not
realizing that if we are living as the pictures in our minds, then we are living
in ignorance of our actual effect on reality in what we’re actually creating in
actual reality, as we’re only busy with the pictures in our mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I must appear to be able to do something, within this not realizing that I am living within the fear of survival and am allowing this fear to control/direct my behavior, instead of me moving myself here, in common sense consideration of the current state of reality and what actions may be best to take in a given situation, where because I am living as a reaction to this fear, I am not free to take everything into consideration, as for the moment who I am becomes this fear and the associated reactions, and that is all I can think/say/do/act within.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have a positive reaction when I participate in the 'I can do it' character and then I succeed at what it is I am attempting to do, and then to take this as validation for participating in this character, because I have apparently succeeded due to living as this character, and not considering that it was the actions I took in the physical and how I applied myself in the physical that determined whether I succeeded or not, and not the character I was participating in, as the character isn't actually real, existing in substance, but is only an idea in mind, and within this, to ignore the times where I did not succeed when living as this character, so that I can believe that participating in this character is beneficial to me and continue to remain trapped within predesigned, preprogrammed fictional characters.

Day 72: Self Forgiveness on the ‘I Don’t Want to Miss-Out’ Character
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in and exist as the character of ‘I Don’t Want to
Miss-Out’, where I manipulate myself with a thought/belief where a though comes
up as a picture of ‘what I’m going to miss’, where in a single moment an entire
scenario flashes in my mind and I immediately believe in that picture-thought,
and because I believe in that thought, all my actions are based on that thought
as how I perceive reality to be, in spite of the actuality of reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe in a picture in my mind, not realizing that it is
only a picture, and thus has no actual relevance to reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe in the pictures that come up in my mind to such an
extent that I immediately accept them as valid and then act according to them
as if they are real in fact.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that I am actually just reacting and living
according to pictures in my mind and not actual reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to when seeing the picture in my mind of me participating in a scenario
and ‘having such a good/amazing time’ to immediately believe that this picture
will be the reality I will experience.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to when seeing the picture in my mind of me being disappointed that
I did not ‘act on an opportunity to do something awesome’ and ‘have an awesome
experience’, to immediately believe this picture is valid.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not see/realize/understand how I manipulated myself with
pictures in my mind, by utilizing pictures of scenarios/situations that I have
defined as positive/negative in order to manipulate myself to take certain
action/make certain choices based on fear of loss, wherein I fear that I am
going to ‘lose’ what the positive picture is showing me as having a
‘good/exciting experience’ as the negative picture shows where I am
‘disappointed for ‘missing-out’ on the positive experience I ‘could have had’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in backchat/internal conversations within this
not realizing that I was utilizing conversation with myself in my mind to
manipulate myself and my very behavior as how I live and act and interact with
others in my world and reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in the backchat of ‘maybe I should go, as I don’t
want to miss out’, within this reaffirming the perception/belief that I would
be ‘missing-out’ on something, within this, feeling like I will actually lose a
part of myself as if an experience would have made me who I am, and thus I
forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself
according to the experiences I have/had, when who I am is here as life which is
not and not determined by or limited to a certain set of experiences to define
it, as all experience is here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in the backchat of ‘I bet it’s going to be really
fun’ within this trying to convince and talk myself into a certain course of
action/behavior while ignoring the obvious fact that I don’t/can’t actually
know what it’s going to be like/how I’ll actually experience myself, unless I
am actually creating how I will experience myself, as then I’ll know that I will
convince myself and make myself feel like I am having a good time and an
exciting experience, despite the reality of the experience, so that I will feel
justified in my thoughts and backchat, and so that I’ll never realize how I
deceived and manipulated myself so that I may remain a slave to my thoughts
forever.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to go into emotion/feeling reactions of nervousness/anxiety in
reaction to the fear of ‘missing-out’, within this I forgive myself that I have
accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was creating these
emotions/feelings within myself by creating friction towards this point of ‘Do
I want to go or Don’t I? Should or shouldn’t I?, within this pulling myself
back-and-forth between two polarity points, literally playing a game with
myself at the expense of my human physical body generating these
feelings/emotions of anxiety/deparation/nervousness/fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not see that the physical feelings I’d feel in my body
were/are indicating to me what I am/was participating in and the consequences
of such participation in thoughts as self manipulation and separation, wherein
I’d experience feelings such as an anxiety and rush of adrenaline in accordance
with the backchat of ‘I’ve got to make a move now before it’s too late and I miss the opportunity’ where I actually induce a state of
‘rushing’ within my human physical body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to wreak havoc on my physical human body by participating in the
thoughts/feelings/emotions associated with this character, and to ignore the
stress I put on my human physical body within the obvious signs of what I
actually feel within my body as I participate in this character, as tension in
the shoulders/upper body, jitteriness, tiredness, adrenaline rush, even nausea,
all indicating to me the abuse I am accepting and allowing as consequence in
participating in and existing as the character of ‘I Don’t want to Miss-Out’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that in participating in and living as the
character of ‘I Don’t want to Miss-Out’, that I am actually already
missing-out, as I am busy in my mind in thoughts/backchat/feelings/emotions and
thus I am anywhere but here actually living, and thus missing-out on life by
being within my mind.
Day 42: How I’ve Sabotaged Myself: Spirituality as The Search for 'Something More'
I was disappointed with myself and my life/my world and this
entirety of existence, as so many of us are, no matter how successfully we’ve
hidden this from ourselves, in order to cope with the way things are, because
we’ve accepted the belief that things won’t/can’t change and that there’s
nothing ‘little old me’ can do to change the world/my reality.
So within this, we begin to seek out experiences that are
‘more’ than how we’re currently experiencing ourself – within the belief that
there just has to be more to life ‘somewhere out there’, ‘this can’t be all I am’ or ‘all there is to
life’.
And it’s within this desire that we are driven to search for
more, but since all that is here is the physical reality as it is, as we’ve
accepted and allowed it to become, and as we’re not creating it to be anything
‘more’ than what it currently is – there is nothing ‘out there’ as ‘more’. So,
for us to ‘find’ something that is more, we have to actually delude ourselves
into thinking we’ve found some ‘higher experience’, and to do this we have the
mind consciousness system, through which we can generate energetic experiences
within ourself, and when we attach or attribute that feeling to something
outside of ourself, within our reality, then we think we’ve ‘found something
special’ – as it apparently gives us this ‘exciting’ energetic feeling within.
So, it was within this belief that things outside myself are
be responsible for how I experience myself within myself, that I sought for
things in my reality that would give me ‘positive’ experiences, where I could
feel excited, like ‘there’s something more to life after all’ – yet within this
I never once considered the common sense that in order for there to be
something ‘more out there’, we’d have to be creating it, and thus it’s
pointless to be searching for ‘something out there’, the point would be to get
busy expanding myself and my reality through actual action and self expansion –
which would mean no longer accepting myself as limited within ‘what can little old me do?’ and all the various excuses/justifications as to why we must simply
accept the world the way it is, and ourselves the way we are, and that change
would be so difficult that it’s not even worth to attempt it.
Of course within this, we are actually creating and
justifying our own limitation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe
that there is nothing I can do to change/have an impact in the world, or in my
world as my environment and the beings and forms I interact with, or the world
within myself, as what goes on within me, within my mind and within my human
physical body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not consider that there is nothing ‘more’ to find in this reality, and within
that to not consider that I wanted to ‘find’ something more ‘out there’ as I
didn’t want to actually have to do the labor/effort required to actually change
this world and reality into ‘more’ than it is now, but was looking for
instant-gratification, as I’ve been conditioned to believe that to be instantly
gratified will lead to actual satisfaction as a part of the brainwashing done
to create humans into zombies that only buy and consume and look to avoid what
appears to take effort, and thus within this-
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not consider that I am disappointed with my world and this reality because I am
not actually taking the effort to actually make something of this world and of
myself, but am accepting myself and the world as limited, and thus I am the
very cause of my disappointment in this reality – so, to continue in this
pattern of not taking action, of avoiding effort, and looking for instant
gratification, and the acceptance of not doing anything, of not considering what
I’m capable of – is actually the cause
of my disappointment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
realize that - I- am actually causing my disappointment in the world, where
instead of changing myself I am remaining within limitation, and within this I
forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that this
serves consumerism and greed as I will be dependent on outside sources to
‘entertain’ me as distracting me from my own disappointment, instead of
becoming the solution of myself of actually looking at, what am I able to do in
this world, what is necessary to make a change in my world and reality, and
realizing that I could change myself within no longer accepting and allowing
myself as not able to ‘make a difference’ in this world, and giving in to
thoughts as justifications like ‘well, no one else is doing anything, so why
should I? It won’t make a difference, I’m just one person’ – within this not
considering that I followed the examples of others within my world within
accepting limitation, and thus I can stand as an example for others in not
accepting limitation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not realize that there is no point to not do everything I can to change myself
and change this world, as if I am really wanting the world to be ‘more’ than it
is – I have to make it so, by growing and expanding myself, and within this I
forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the
state of the world is actually the reflection of myself where who I have
accepted and allowed myself to be is what I have accept and allow to exist in
this world.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not consider that everything that is here as this world system we created – where
if you take away humanity, it all disappears, and thus it is all of us creating
it, as the accumulated effort of each and every individual here, and thus it is
each and every individual that must change for this world to change, and that
means I must change.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not realize that I am the creator of what I experience within myself and thus
nothing that I come across/interact with in my world/this reality is actually
responsible for creating what I feel within myself or how I experience myself,
and that it is actually me that is creating the experience of excitement when I
come across something in my world that I perceive to be ‘more’ or ‘special’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to
not notice how when I come across something in my reality that seems to be something
‘more’ or ‘special’ or with some added ‘meaning’ or special ‘significance’ to
it, that I am actually creating that perception through/within my desire to
find something more, within convincing myself that what I see is actually more
than what it simply is – where for example, I might interpret a flashing light
in the sky as a ufo, or a strange footprint as belonging to an alien, or a
brush of wind as being ‘god reaching out to touch me’, or wondering of the
significance of staring at the clock when it is exactly 3:33 or 11:11.
I commit myself to when I notice that I am making more out
of something that is here, and to breathe, stop, and bring myself back to
reality, so that I can stop manifesting the consequence of not taking action in
my life and accepting and allowing myself to settle for distractions that I
come up with in my mind and literally have to convince myself to believe, so
that I can instead become the solution to the disappointment with reality that
I am trying to distract myself from/cope with – and thus solve the problem once
and for all and no longer be enslaved within a cycle of acceptance of myself and
this world as limited where I am ‘unable’ and ‘incapable’ of change and action
and of really truly living.
I commit myself to realize that I am the cause of/am
responsible for every reaction/feeling/experience that takes place within me,
and thus I commit myself to realize in the moment that I am experiencing a
reaction to something, whether positive or negative, that I am the creator of
that reaction, and that I can actually stop that reaction, by remaining here
with/as breath and utilizing the tool of self forgiveness to support and assist
myself to no longer validate and participate in the reaction, and within this,
taking back my self direction and self will, to no longer be a victim of my own
manipulation, wherein I utilize manifestations outside/separate from myself to
induce certain chemical reactions within my human physical body, so that I can
have a certain feeling experience within myself, which I am creating in the
first place, at the expense of my body as the mind consciousness system
utilizes the resources of the physical body to generate and produce the feeling
experiences.
I commit myself to developing and expanding myself as a real
being in actual reality, instead of limiting myself within self beliefs of
limitation, so that I will no longer be disappointed with myself for accepting
myself as limited, and thus become the solution as self will, self movement,
and self direction to become a force and presence in this world that can have
an impact in manifesting where the human is supported to grow and live and
explore one’s potential, instead of a world where the human is supported to
remain enslaved to self-imposed and self-accepted limitation, to feed the greed
as an instant-gratification seeking consumer that will buy buy buy to try to
fill that void that self is creating in the first place.
I commit myself to seeing the world as it is, and not
coloring it through my minds ‘I’ to paint a pretty picture over the Reality
that I have accepted and allowed to exist, so that I can face the reality I
have created and in that face myself and investigate myself to see how what I
accept and allow within myself is how I manifest this world , and within
understanding how I create what is here and manifest my reality, I can then
correct every part of myself through which I’ve manifested a world of
limitation, to rather create a world where actual Life exists, where Life
actually grows and expands, not diminish within limitation.
I commit myself to realize that the world seems limited as a
reflection of my own accepted and allowed limitation, and thus I stop searching
to find something ‘more’ out there, but look within myself to root out all the
limitation I exist as, to no longer manifest the world as limited as the
reflection of who I am.
