Let's have a look at CHANGE – what is it, how does it work, what does it mean to really change, because – humanity sure likes to have ideals. Ideas and ideals and perceptions and conceptions of how things should be, but when it comes to our Actual Living – what happens? Do we apply that which we see is Ideal? Or does it remain a picture in our mind, of how things ought to be?
Can we have principles, but not live them? Can we claim to have principles, morals, standards, yet not actually live those standards, principles, morals? Do we pay Lip Service and talk about how things should be, could be, ought to be – and ‘forget’ to get down to the actual Living of it?
Isn’t it – we must Live the Change we want to See in the World? Wouldn’t that imply that we then, have to Change? Which would mean, that we would end up different than we are/have been, our living will be different, our experience will be different. So what do you know, if nothing is different – you are not Changing. And what do you know if you are not Changing? The World is Not going to Change. Why?
Because the World is made up of each and every one of us Individuals – that’s right – we don’t tend to give ourselves the real credit we’re due. It’s so easy to avoid our individual responsibility, because there are so many of us, we can just blame it on the group as a whole, and ignore our own Role as the Part we play, as a Participant in the Play of Life. And as each one go on Ignoring oneself, no one is thus Changing oneself, and thus, No One Change. The Accepted Nature of humanity Remain the Same, as it has always been.
So, the problem is that we can talk change and talk ideals, but what really matters is Changing our Living, and we have missed this point. How can you know? Because nothing in the world has changed, and the world is the reflection of ourselves and how we live, the values we accept and live by. Nothing in this world will change, until we change. Changing our very approach to how we live our lives, in each and every moment, with how we interact with our environment, other people, animals, the physical things in our world.
Most of this stuff we are hardly even aware of most of the time – because - a fascinating thing - the human is generally fixated on only itself, and only sees everything else in relation to itself. This is the CON of Consciousness, where you are in a private bubble that no one else enters, where you seem to be separate from everyone/everything else.
Yet missing the obvious – you Are Here. You are not separate and everything you do and are has an Impact on this Reality. And by believing that we exist within only our own personal experience, we cut ourself off from the rest of existence, to then only exist within the most limited way possible, in a made up realm within our mind, while all of the rest of existence is going on right around us and we’re excluding ourself from it. We settled for an Image-inary world in our mind instead of the Real world which is far more advanced and vast and is actually Physically Real.
So, the solution to this is to no longer I-so-late oneself, before it’s too late and you reach the end of the line, and to actually get to know and become a real participant in actual reality, in awareness. And awareness is not something that just happen, but will take a process of self application, to actually expand oneself to become More.
We’ll take a look at this in blogs to come, in just how do one become Aware? And what is the Benefits one stand to Gain by doing so, and the Problems that stem from our lack of Awareness that can be prevented, so we don’t have to experience our own CON-Sequence play-out in Space and Time.

Day 173: Is it a New Year When Nothing Changes?
New Years or New Fears?
Because it’s really all about fear, the fear to change, because nothing ever does change, even though we celebrate a ‘new’ year. A new year full of the same old stuff.
But there's nothing New about the Fear we let hold us back one year after another, so that we never change anything and face the same problems we always have, only worse and one year deeper into the hole we're digging ourselves.
Take part in the Journey to Life to get over the fear of change to Change for Real, that will be something to Celebrate.
In the Journey to Life we’re deconstructing the patterns we’ve accepted as our reality through self forgiveness to reconstruct ourselves and reality through the commitment to correction to that which is best for all life.

Day 150: I Don’t Want to Do This: Reaction Dimension (Part 3)

This post is a continuation to:
In this post we’re now going to continue with the Commitment Statements for the Reaction Dimension of the I Don’t Want to Do This Character in regards to working/doing my job.
Reaction Dimension Self Commitments:
Thought Energy-Relationship Self Commitments:
I commit myself to when/as I see the thought come up in my mind of how I am not going to enjoy myself while working/doing my job, I stop immediately and move myself as the directive principle of myself to not participate in the thought and to simply stick to the task at hand working/doing my job, as I see, realize and understand that if I do not immediately move myself, that I’ll essentially allow the Mind to move me with the energy-experience of ‘dread’, where I’ll become that energy and thus sabotage myself in my living here in effectively applying myself within my work/job.
I commit myself to standing as the decision to not accept and allow myself to follow/live/connect me to the thought in the moment, as I see, realize and understand that if I do so I will become the thought and energy-experience that accompanies it, and essentially lock myself into the mind giving up my directive will in determining who I am in the moment , and so I commit myself to stand as my decision in the moment and take a breath and move myself to stay here in reality within doing my job/working.
Imagination Energy-Relationship Self Commitments:
I commit myself to when and as I see myself participating in the negative imagination of how I’m not going to enjoy work, where I imagine what might ‘go wrong’, to realize that by participating in this imagination and energy-experience I am the one creating it, and thus I can stop in a moment within making the decision to stop participating and walking/living that decision through breathing through the energy and grounding myself here in and as the physical, as I realize that the more I stick to my decision to move myself, the more I take back control of myself from the mind and show the mind that it does not in fact have power over me, and thus the energy will start disappearing as I no longer accept and allow myself to be moved by it.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself going into the positive imagination where I imagine myself as not having to work, being at home, doing something else and experiencing myself positively in these scenarios, where I get to avoid doing the action/task that is before me as working/doing my job, to realize that I’m accepting and allowing myself to be moved by energy and going into an energy-experience instead of remaining here in/as the physical and moving myself practically according to what needs to be done such as working/doing my job.
I commit myself to assist and support myself to when and as I see myself go into imagining in my mind alternatives to what it is I have to do in the moment, and experiencing ‘comfort’ toward this imagination, to stop participation, as I realize I am allowing myself to be manipulated by/through/within an energy-experience of ‘comfort’ attached to images in my mind, with the purpose of manipulating myself to give up on the task before me, and thus I commit myself to realize that that experience of ‘comfort’ is not an actual, self-directed expression of myself as comfort.
Backchat Energy-Relationship Self Commitments:
I commit myself to when in a moment where I am facing the task of working/doing my job, and see myself participating in the words “Man I really don’t want to do this” / “I am not going to enjoy this” / “This is not going to go well”, where I then experience the negative energy experience of ‘anxiety’, to realize that I am using these words and the accompanying energy-experience of ‘anxiety’ to create an alternate reality in my mind as a relationship toward working/doing my job, in order to compromise me in doing what I need to do here in order to effectively support myself within working/doing my job.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself participate in the backchat “I wish I could be doing something else” / “It’s going to be so long before I’m finished” / “I wish I could be doing something else” / “It’s going to be so long before I’m finished” and the accompanying energy-experience of ‘depression’, to stop, breathe and ground myself here, as I realize that I am using these words and experience of depression to manipulate myself into not doing that which I must do, and thus it is up to me to stand as my decision to move myself and no longer accept and allow myself to be directed by energy-experiences.
I commit myself to assist and support myself to when and as I see myself going into backchat and a positive or negative energy-experience toward working/doing my job, to stop participation and breathe to stabilize myself here in reality, and stand as the directive principle of myself and changing myself to no longer accept myself to live as words with energy to living words where I direct myself to move and actually do that which I have decided to do, in applying myself within effectively working/doing my job in order to support myself here.

In this post we’re continuing with walking the Self Forgiveness and Commitment Statements for the Imagination Dimension of the ‘I Don’t Want to Do This’ character, in relation to working:
Imagination Dimension: Self Forgiveness Statements:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to in the moment of facing going to work and performing my job, from the moment of having a thought toward working, to then go further into my mind in my imagination playing out scenes of ‘what I’d rather be doing’ as what I’d ‘experience myself positively’ within doing, and through this allowing myself to manipulate myself within my mind to take me away from the moment of practical application that I’m facing here within doing my job, utilizing these scenes and images in order to convince myself to avoid my responsibility here, and thus compromise myself, my life, and this reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to utilize my imagination in the attempt to tempt myself into following a ‘positive’ experience as ‘what will make me feel good’, instead of simply remaining here as breath and following through with doing my job, but rather allowing myself to go into a process in my mind of playing out scenarios where I remove myself from reality by going into alternate realities in my mind, and within this not considering how I am sabotaging my participation here in/as my job, and in/as reality, as instead of focusing on my responsibilities and what I need to do, I am busy in my mind in a fantasy land.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be influenced/directed/controlled by Energy through my Imagination, within this compromising my self-expression, as I’m no longer here participating in reality to the utmost of my ability and really giving it my all, as I am allowing myself to go into and be directed by energy experiences, and thus not allowing myself to really go all-out and see how far I can expand myself here within getting myself in a position to really have an impact in this reality, which requires money, which means getting/being effective at making money, which means getting/being effective at working.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that when I participate in the Imagination, that I am ‘feeding’ and empowering my mind to be a Force which control and direct me, instead of living here as myself, to the utmost of my ability, and really fully living.
Imagination Dimension: Self Commitment Statements:
I commit myself to when and as I see myself going into the Imagination Dimension of the I Don’t Want to Do This Character in relation to working, I stop and breathe, and do not allow myself to going into/participate in imagining scenes within my mind wherein I imagine things that ‘I’d rather be doing’ in which I imagine that I’d ‘have a positive experience’ in doing those things rather than working, and to imagine that I’ll experience myself negatively within working.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself go into my imagination, to stop and breathe, as I see, realize and understand the consequences of participation in Imagination is to remove/separate me from reality into an alternate reality within my mind, so to compromise my living here, so that I will not fully apply myself within working, within doing my job effectively and expanding myself within my effectiveness and really seeing what is my potential within working and making money in this reality, and do all that I can to get myself into a position of effectiveness, which requires that I be here in reality and not holding back or giving up and giving in, but really ‘giving it my all’.

Day 2: Words & Deeds
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to consider that what I say and do has any effect on how the world currently exists.I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to consider that by not being aware of how and what I create, that I have not ensured that what I am living as an example to all is setting an example that will not manifest abuse in this world, which indicates that I am actually responsible for the abuse that exists in the world, as I have not ensured that my words and actions will not manifest abuse.
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realize that everything that I live as within my words and actions serves as an example to others, and that what I am accepting and allowing I am also accepting and allowing for others, within saying/showing 'this is what I stand for/as', this is what I accept and allow to exist in this world', without looking for or considering solutions or considering that it could be another way.
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realize that I have taken 'how the world is' for granted, within accepting the current state of reality and not seeing/considering that it could be another way.
I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to believe in the justifications as to why the world is the way it is, that this is 'the best we can do'.
I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to be completely focused on my own personal experience, believing that I am separate from 'the rest of the world' and that what I say and do has no effect on the world.
I forgive myself that I haven't considered that how I formed and shaped my personality was by watching/learning from others, and that this implies that I have also lived as an example to others, within my words and actions, within this playing a part in how others have shaped their personalities.
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to consider that I accepted the justifications and beliefs that I have no effect on this world, so that I could avoid taking self responsibility for what I say and do and the example that I live.
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to consider that by not considering how what I say and do creates and manifests this reality, I am separating myself from how I create, and within this becoming a slave to what I create.
I commit myself to considering how what I live as within what I accept and allow is the example I am living for others in my world. Within this, I commit myself to becoming aware of the consequences and outflows of my actions, so that I can ensure that my actions and words set an example that will manifest a world that is best for all.
I commit myself to considering how what I accept and allow within myself, 'carries through' into my words and deeds within setting an example to others.
I commit myself to not taking 'the way the world is' for granted and within that accepting and allowing the abuse that exists, and instead considering whether it could be another way and looking for solutions.
I commit myself to becoming aware of how what I say and do effects this world, so that I can direct myself in such a way that will not manifest consequences of abuse.
I commit myself to not giving in to and believing in justifications that the world 'must be this way' or 'this is the best we can do', and to consider whether it could be another way and looking for solutions.
I commit myself to taking responsibility for myself and considering what I am accepting and allowing to exist, within 'taking it for granted', and to look for/consider solutions.
