Day 177: We Are All Slave Owners, We Enslave to Own

You know what, we are all slave owners. We’ve just taken measures to not have to see the slavery first hand, so we can pretend it doesn’t really exist. We’ve transferred the task of slave-mastership over to corporations and made corporations the legal ‘owners’ of slaves, if you will, in charge of directing all the slave labor. We made them responsible, yet we all are ‘benefiting’ or utilizing/taking advantage of the slave labor. We gave the corporations the task of ruling/directing the slaves so that we can believe and feel like we’re not the ones actually having slaves, actually ordering slaves around, yet we do it every time we are in line at the coffee shop asking for a latte. The individual/s who are going to prepare and furnish you that latte, are not doing so out of the kindness of their heart because it’s what they’d really like to do, they’re doing it because if you don’t do your job you don’t make a living, and there aren’t enough jobs that provide an effective living, which means most have to choose what they can get. They are doing it out of fear of survival, we have no choice in this system, you find work or you suffer.

What’s really bizarre is that we’re slaves to ourselves. By me saying that I’d like someone to make a coffee for me so let’s have someone in a coffee shop for 40 hours a week, so that I can come in at some point in those 40 hours and have them make me a coffee. Yet, by accepting this system, I’ve made it necessary that I have to work 40 hours a weeks as well. Really, I will rather just make myself some coffee. It will take a lot less time than 40 hours a week. And if I am not working 40 hours a week, I will have plenty of time to make me a nice coffee. We do not need millions of pairs of jeans in shops that no one is even going to buy. Somebody had to make all those jeans, and for what. For all the unsold items to be destroyed so that can’t be used and then thrown away. WTF? 

Yes, that’s right, the unsold clothes get holes punched in them so that can’t be used, as you can see in this article: H&M and Wal-Mart destroy and trash unsold goods and this article: Eddie Bauer Outlet Destroys Unsold Clothing, Throws It Away, where you will find links to more related articles as well. I mean, just because we can and do produce enough clothes for everyone to have clothes, we can’t just clothe everyone can we? No, that would make way too much sense, and wouldn’t make nearly as much profit.

When we’re in the store buying a new pair of jeans, we don’t even consider, where did this fabric come from? What did it take to make it so blue? Or put sequins on it? Or whatever it is. Or how did this underwear get wrapped around this piece of cardboard with a little piece of tape on it and put into this plastic packaging? We don’t see the hands that did this labor, that stand there all day long doing it over and over again. These things are simply not considered. We don’t care how it got there, it’s here and it’s mine and I like it. Doesn’t this remind you of stories and shows that show the nobility of the past, and how they would treat their servants, where they would demand something without any consideration of what it would take to actually create it, and if the servant says, ‘but how on earth will I get that?’ Or, ‘but your majesty that would be impossible.’ And then the royalty will threaten them with some horrible torture or death and often you’ll hear the words ‘I don’t care how you do it, JUST DO IT!’

And this is exactly how we, the 25% of the earth’s population that is living in elite countries in relative comfort compared to the remaining 75% that are in poverty and are working in the corporations that have gone overseas to set up the slave shops somewhere out of sight, so no one has to even think about it, and we can just go on buying the products without caring how it’s done, where they come from, what it took to make them, because we’re not the ones doing it, so we can just blissfully pretend that everything is alright in the world, and I can go on buying my cheap products and getting a sense of satisfaction because I feel like I am royalty that gets all the goodies, and has all this choice and options just laying at my feet. Yet most of what we buy and what is for sale is not practical items, is not even quality items, is not needed, but is just stuff created solely for the purpose of getting you to buy it so someone can make a profit. Without any regard for the effect that all this is having on our world/environment, where we’re busying abusing it in every possible way, which is inevitably going to lead to our own destruction, and then you won’t be owning anything.

Here comes a documentary from Why Poverty? Suggest to subscribe to their channel on Youtube, share their videos and support them as they’re producing some documentaries that really expose the situation of extreme inequality existent in the world, assisting humanity to wake up to what it is we’re doing.

PARK AVENUE: How much inequality is too much?

740 Park Ave, New York City, is home to some of the wealthiest Americans. Across the Harlem River, 10 minutes to the north, is the other Park Avenue in South Bronx, where more than half the population needs food stamps and children are 20 times more likely to be killed. In the last 30 years, inequality has rocketed in the US -- the American Dream only applies to those with money to lobby politicians for friendly bills on Capitol Hill.

Here this documentary shows the absolute grandeur that a few people live in, some of the wealthiest in the world, not far from those who live in a condition of poverty. In the beginning of the documentary, the example of a Monopoly game is utilized to show how our current system is operating. This is quite a cool basic way to see what is going on. Where, in the game, everyone starts out with equal money and equal position and so everyone has an ‘equal chance’ to win, from that perspective. Yet in reality, in our current money system, we do not all start from the same position. As you’ll see in the documentary, how does the game go, when it is played more like real life, where you have poor players and rich players. Do the poor players have any kind of a chance? Certainly not an equal opportunity, like is so commonly presented by those that would support the current system, that apparently ‘everyone can make it’.

But this kind of ‘logic’ shows a significant deficit in even the most basic reasoning ability of the human. As can be seen within the example of the Monopoly game as played with poor players and rich player, such a simple demonstration points out what is really blatantly obvious about the current system, that really can be seen with even just the slightest glance at how the system is operating and what people are experiencing and what it takes to ‘make it’ in this system – that all do not have an equal chance, all cannot ‘make it’, and most will not ‘make it’ but will suffer from lack of the basic necessities of physical living. That the game is entirely rigged, so that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, which is exactly what’s happening.

How we can ignore the fact that we know full well that if someone doesn’t have a job, or sufficient income from a job, the result is they will suffer, so knowing that, why have we not ensured that all have a job? All the politicians that say they will work to produce jobs, yet there are people unemployed. Lots of people unemployed. There shouldn’t even be one single person unemployed. Even just one person without a job is a problem as that one person is without a sufficient income to have a dignified life, and not suffer needlessly. Except for those who are unable to work, for which there must be Compassion.

And so there must also be compassion for those who find themselves unemployed, and this why within Equal Money Capitalism will be a Compassion Department, which you can read a bit more about in the Economist’s Journey to Life where it has been mentioned in these posts so far:

Because it’s simple math, it comes down to a simple math equation, that shows that the human does not even comprehend very basic math: Job = survival, no job = no survive, so we know what happens then if someone can’t get a job, it means no money means no survive, so obviously don’t let people die. We’re obviously letting people die, because we didn’t make sure there is A) enough jobs, and B) a back-up plan if something goes wrong. Because the game we’re playing here is no game, it is Life and Death. We are playing a Game with Life and Death. And you would not want your Life and Death to be in such a state of fragility. That is why you cling to your relative comfort, out of Fear, because that comfort is not guaranteed, it is Fragile. Just look how much humanity fear Death, that we live in this fear right up until we do die, and sacrifice our entire lives in this one fear.

I mean, you have the 400 richest in America, equal to 150 million people. This is a massive failure of math. It’s a basic understood math principle that two sides of the equation must add up or there is consequence. One life = one life. No life is worth more than another. When we consider one life worth more than another, we create separation, we create a life that is ‘Worth-less’ where we wouldn’t want to live that life, we want to live the life that is ‘More’, because what we failed to realize that ‘More and Less’ is a Trap that we fell into, and we couldn’t get out to see the obvious solution of ‘the Best life for ALL’. So that no matter who you are, where you are, when you are, what you are, you have the best life possible. Why would we settle for anything less?

Day 29 – The ‘Invisible Hand’ Revealed

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not even have a clue how much effort and labor goes into producing the items that I buy conveniently off the store shelf.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider what all must be required to take place for the products I buy from the store to get to the onto shelf, from the beginning of the process as the unrefined resources of the earth to the finished product.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider the effort involved in creating and producing money as paper and coin, and that thus in the current system, money costs money to make, and thus physical money comes into existence as debt.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the extent of the deception that takes place within what we call the ‘economy’ but what could rather be called a system of enslavement in which the majority of the population is enslaved to a minority for the purpose of greed and profit, in disregard of life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that ‘globalization’ is a good thing because it ‘lowers costs’ and ‘keeps inflation under control’, when ‘‘inflation’ does not need to exist in the first place, and ‘cost’ within the current system is defined as a monetary value and not relevant to the actual cost as everything that it takes to create and distribute a product in terms of, for example, resources consumed, labor required, and the environmental impact, but only in terms of the monetary cost to the company in whatever part of the manufacturing process that company handle – and thus such a concept as ‘globalization’ only has relevance in the current capitalist system which is based on insanity as greed and profit and taking advantage of your fellow man which create an environment of competition and war, and would have no relevance within a system which functions to effectively support life, as there would be no need to compete for financial security, as there is no one to financially secure ourselves against but ourselves, and thus if we secure ourselves and each other, one and equal, there is no complex schemes necessary for countries to try to develop business, but rather the point will be to develop expression of ourselves as who we are here, within unlimited expansion of each individual and thus as humanity as a whole.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the concepts which the current economic system is based on are obviously flawed, as evidenced by the billions in poverty who are not being effectively supported by the system, when we live in a world of plenty, where there is enough resources to provide for all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that an investor is doing a job to secure a living, and thus their starting point is to secure their living, regardless of what the consequence of what they do in the world in the monetary system is. Thus-

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that within the current system we are busy doing jobs to secure a living regardless of what the consequence of what we do is having on ourselves and the world – within over use of the earth’s resources, ineffective distribution of the earth’s resources, abuse to our human physical bodies, abuse to nature, the animals and our environment, as within the current capitalist system which makes us have to compete for our survival and well-being, our fist priority must be our own financial security, and we are not free to change what we do to that which supports life, as we’re trapped within the survival game of the current system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept a society where our only responsibility is to look out for our own survival, where we do not consider what effects what we do has on ourselves and the world as nature, the animals and the environment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow markets to become more than simply points that facilitate the distribution of goods, and allowed the market to sprout an ‘invisible hand’ which takes from many and only gives to a few.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow an ‘invisible hand’ to dictate who gets and who does not in this current system.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow the hand to be ‘invisible’ and did not seek out the source of this hand that is allowing more than half the world’s population to suffer in poverty.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in fairy tales like Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and the Invisible Hand.

I commit myself to consider what effects what we do has on ourselves and the world as nature, the animals and the environment, so that I can make decisions wherever and whenever I am able that are best for all life.

I commit myself to establishing a system in which we will be able to always make decisions that will lead to what is best for all life, where our focus and primary goal is not to survive because that will be guaranteed, and we will thus be unbound from the chains of the current inequality based system, and able to freely move ourselves to create this world into a heaven on earth for all beings.

I commit myself to not believing in fairytales such as the ‘Invisible Hand’ and realizing that the ‘invisible hand’ is all OUR hands, as we allow the current system and are accepting the support of it, thus allowing it to even exist, without ensuring that it is actually supporting everyone, actually supporting us all as humanity and all life that is here altogether within this one ecosystem.

I commit myself to realizing that I am the ‘Invisible Hand’ and thus I take action and move myself to become a Visible presence here and use my Hand that I’ve been Dealt in this system where I am financially supported, to make a new Deal, where no one is allowed to suffer, where the suffering are not made to be Invisible to the Elite that bites the Hand the feed them.

Day 23 - Are We Corporate Zombies or Living Beings? - Self Forgiveness

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that there are corporations whose purpose is to improve the images of countries and persons, despite what acts those countries and person have actually done, like brutally murdering innocent beings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that it is this way due to our acceptance and allowance of the corporations to have such control, and not considering that we should be aware of such entities that have such power and be aware of what they actually do, instead of having accepted the fabricated public relations propaganda that was presented to us when we knew it was too good to be true, but took the ‘easy way’ of just going along with what we were told.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that sophisticated propaganda would be required for so many to be accepting such an unsupportive and abusive system, day in and day out.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in a system where not all are supported, you can pay those who are not supported to have just about anything done, including people staging events to be televised to incite the people of a country to want war with another country.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that because we don’t have a system that supports everyone means that we have been and are taking things by force from each other.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that unless we all together make sure that we all have what we need, that we are going to have to then take it from each by force – this means war, murder, theft, and thus we are the creators of war, murder, theft by not standing together to ensure that we all have what we need, and do not have to take it by force.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the current system has been sold to me just like any product that is professionally marketed, using tactics to convince me to buy into something that doesn’t actually support me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I have come to trust in specific symbols and video editing techniques as is used in for example news broadcasting to tell me that I can trust the information presented, so that I’ve become a zombie that is mind controlled by symbols and doesn’t do any critical evaluation of the information that is presented.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that there are businesses that profit extensively from war, from all the equip that is created and utilized solely for the purpose of war, all the various vehicles and weaponry and from treatment of those injured by such, and that such business and corporations thus work to support war in order to support their profit.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not recognize the obvious separation and pure evil in the words of some of those in the media who have spoken in support of war, within blatant disregard of the lives that will be taken and those that will suffer brutally.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that everything we’ve been told as reasons why to go to war with a certain country, has been fabricated in order to convince us to go to war when there was actually no need.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that people are so easily able to be manipulated as evidenced by the fact of the atrocities that a population allows its government to commit, that are beyond any kind of sanity, that many would have to be utterly brainwashed to allow and even condone such activities to take place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the elites and big family names of those who started some of the first big companies in the world, were actually upstanding citizens that cared about society when the events of history so obviously show that what they cared about and all they cared about what maximizing their profits, and would go to such extent as to brutally harm and kill any other beings without any regard for their life whatsoever, in order to secure profits.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that charities have provided a point where corporations and individuals can make themselves look good by seeming to care by just contributing money to a charity organization, while accepting the same economic system in which people simply aren’t given enough money in the first place that they are allowed to have their quality of life dependent on what charity they get or do not get, in which case they are allowed to suffer and die, without any means to support themselves.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that charity has served to allow the current exploitative system to continue by giving the appearance that ‘help is being given’ when the reality is that inadequate help is being given to only a few while the majority still suffer in unacceptable conditions, when such suffering is totally unnecessary, and is being perpetrated for the sake of a few to make profits and live lives of ridiculous excess on the backs of those they have enslaved.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the concept of ‘national security’ was created and is used to justify war.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that propaganda is used to ‘propagate’ faith in something, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not recognize when I am allowing faith to be propagated in me based on some information that is presented, rather than investigating the information in common sense and seeing whether the information is within the principles that will manifest a world that is best for all, or whether it is supporting separation and abuse.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that we could all be equal, that there is no reason that we exist as ‘elites’ and ‘the people’, the ‘haves’ and the ‘have-nots’, or any other names to describe these two polarity manifestations, except that a constant and continuous barrage of propaganda on a daily basis keeps us within beliefs and justifications of why things are the way they are, that ‘we’re doing the best we can’, to ‘hope for the future’, and anything and everything that’s ever been said or implied that we must accept the system as it is, as it is only through this constant stream of propaganda that such abuse and inequality is even allowed to exist, as when one sees the situation in clarity it is obviously unacceptable.

I commit myself to realizing that my lack of awareness of what is going on in this reality is the reflection of my lack of awareness of what is going on within myself.

I commit myself to realizing that it is by all of humanity standing together and ensuring that each has what they need, that we can end war and taking from each other by force. Within this, I commit myself to realizing that I am part of humanity and that I must actually live this as myself as an individual, as who I am, as a being who is committed to ensuring that all have what they need, and considers all life equal in all decisions.

I commit myself to investigating how I react to symbols, words, and pictures, to become aware of how I have become programmed to react to certain symbols, words, and pictures with specific predesigned reactions, so that I can stop those reactions to no longer exist as a mind-controlled zombie, but am free to investigate what is here without going into and being controlled by preprogrammed reactions where my behavior is then able to be manipulated by those that understand how the mind consciousness system works and would take advantage.

I commit myself to show that charity as it exists is actually evil, as it serves to keep the system in place which causes so many to suffer, and thus I commit myself to share the truth about what charity is to anyone that would present charity as the solution to the world’s problems.

I commit myself to realizing the simplicity of the solution of living in equality, and how it will put an end to competition, war, abuse and suffering for all beings and give all the best life possible which is unimaginable leaps and bounds above what most of us live like currently.

I commit myself to realize that in equality we all will live like millionaires, and there will be no reason to lie, cheat, and steal from one another, as we will all be effectively supported to thrive in this reality.
