Day 85: Commitment Statements on the “There’s Nothing Wrong with That” Character

Featured Art by Matti Freeman

I commit myself to be/become aware of when I go into/utilize a character as a defense mechanism to avoid investigating myself and the relationships I’m living as toward a particular form/manifestation/circumstance/situation/event/scenario/being, so that I can stop sabotaging myself within avoiding myself and instead face myself and get to know myself and be/become a real self-willed, self-directed individual.
I commit myself to realizing that all judgment is actually self judgment, is actually me participating in judgment within/as myself, and as I cannot stop or do anything about judgment that another may be participating in, then obviously the only way/place in which I can take self responsibility to make a change/stop/end judgment, is within myself, in changing myself and stopping the judgment within myself. Within this, I commit myself to realize that if I have not first stopped judgment within myself, then I can in no way be absolutely certain that I am seeing judgment in another, as I have not even first got effective in identifying it within myself to the point where no judgment remains.
I commit myself to not consider that I’ll deliberately create perceptions of others/my reality, in order to experience myself a certain way and to determine how I’ll respond/who I’ll be/how I’ll act toward others/my reality, and thus within this, using perception as a tool with which to manipulate myself, so that I will act a certain way/feel a certain way, where I am in other words, ‘seeing what I want to see’, in order to justify certain actions/behaviors/characters that I’ll play out, in the belief that that is who/how I want to be, as it’s how I’ve learned to be and accept myself as.
I commit myself to realizing that the relationships I’ve formed toward what is here in separation and judgment of what is here, are not who I am, as who I am is not relationships of stored information, but who I am is here as life, and thus I commit myself to investigate and identify all the relationships I exist as that I’ve allowed to exist within me, to become aware of the consequences of such relationships, and to stop living as these relationships, so that I can actually live here as myself as life, as breath that is simply here and silent within, not moved by anything in separation of/from myself, but moving myself in consideration of all life/existence.
I commit myself to be/become aware of everything I am creating within/through my participation, in order to ensure that I am not forming characters and behaviors to be automated in separation of myself, but to be aware of exactly how I create myself and what I create myself as so that I create myself in such a way that I live as/according to what is best for all life in each and every moment, in each and every decision I make, and thus change myself and my application from deliberately avoiding myself, to deliberately facing myself to get to know myself completely, so that there can be no parts of me that act in separation from myself that have ‘control’ of me behavior and influence me to make decisions that are not best for all life.
I commit myself to realizing that self investigation and taking self responsibility are the keys to expanding myself into my true potential and really being able to be/become a force in this world that can make a difference, and thus I commit myself to investigating myself and taking self responsibility to so that I can expand myself and in so doing, expand all of existence, one and equal, through standing as an example to others of how they can assist and support themselves to expand as well.
I commit myself to realizing that characters are made-up, and thus can’t possibly be who I really am, as the character is able to be deleted/disappear, and yet I am still here, thus showing that the character is simply a personality suit that we put on for a moment, and can take it off and switch it for another, proving that who we are is not characters, and that we thus do not have to live as the characters we’ve been living as without question, and thus we can take self responsibility to ensure that the characters we live as is that which stand for a better life for all life equally.
I commit myself to stop the harm I cause to my human physical body by participating in this character where I experience within/as my physical body tension and stiffening, and to realize that if/when I experience these physical reactions within my body, indicates that I am not here as myself, but am participating in the mind in separation of myself, and thus I stop, breathe, and bring myself ‘back here’, back to reality as myself as the physical flesh that is here simply living and breathing and not in my mind as judgments/perceptions/beliefs/emotions/feelings/thoughts that take a toll on the physical when we participate in such experiences.
I commit myself to clearing up all the relationships I exist as, to ensure that who I am as who I live as, is relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not ‘removing myself’ from reality through creating alternate realities in my mind, and then acting/living according to those alternate realities, so that I can ensure that who I am is relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not simply believing whatever the mind presents, and then staying within this bubble of perception and ultimately limitation, but rather to assist and support myself to get to know myself and my world as this physical reality, so that I can expand to my utmost ability here in actual reality.

Day 21 – Slave to Emotions & Feelings

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that participating in and experiencing feelings takes me away from here from the physical reality and takes me into my mind into an energetic experience, so that I am no longer here and present in reality, but am ‘lost’ in a made-up mind reality in an experience that is pre-designed within my mind consciousness system, based on memories and chemical reactions that take place within my human physical body utilizing the resources of the physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to forget that I did not start out in this life as a child experiencing emotions but that it only began some years after I was born, and because I did not understand what was happening and because the energetic experiences came from within myself, I figured they must be ‘me’, not realizing how could they be ‘me’ if I they just came up inside of me as if ‘out of nowhere’, and thus obviously was not something that I was directing as myself in awareness.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that experiencing emotions is normal, and thus is to be accepted, as everyone else seemed to be accepting it as a normal part of ‘being human’, within accepting a fixed idea/definition of what ‘being human’ is, not considering or realizing that ‘being human’ is what we decide in each moment within who and what we live as – that we are ‘defining’ what it means to ‘be human’ in each and every moment, with each breath we take, in everything we do and say, and what we accept and allow ourselves to exist as.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that experiencing emotions is ‘good’ or beneficial in some way, or makes the human ‘more’ or ‘better than’ or ‘special’ compared to beings that don’t experience emotions like animals or like is portrayed in movies and television - like in for example in the movie Equilibrium, the TV series V, or in Star Trek with the emotionless ‘Borgs’, and in the series Battlestar Galactica with the unfeeling ‘Cylons’ - within the theme of ‘having emotions is what makes us human’ (implying special and unique in a positive way) and portraying being s that don’t experience emotions in a negative light – within this not realizing that having emotions is actually a limitation, as it takes you away from reality here and into an alternate reality that is made-up fiction, as it’s not really happening here in reality, it’s only an energetic experience inside yourself, and thus you are distracted and ‘removed’ from reality for a moment, which makes you less effective in reality or even renders you unable to participate in reality, depending on the intensity of the experience.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept the system of emotions and feelings within me because I liked the experience of the positive feelings and wanting to experience those positive feelings all the time, not realizing that those feelings come at a cost – at the cost of my physical human body, as to generate the feelings the mind uses the resources within the human physical body, thus depleting the body of the resources it requires to function properly, manifesting various ailments and malfunctions and causing damage to my physical human body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think having positive emotions is ‘beautiful’ and ‘wonderful’, not considering the actual cost of those experiences and the harm being done, and the eventual consequences I will experience as a result of participating in and as feelings and emotions.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize or consider that I could actually just be here as myself, constant and stable, without experiencing the fluctuations of the polarity system of emotions, and causing unnecessary harm to my body, which allows me to live and exist and express myself here in physical reality.

I commit myself to not participating in the system of emotions and feelings, so that I can be here as a real participant in reality, not being enslaved to a pre-programmed pre-designed system which takes me away from here and into my mind in a fantasy land in a self-created energetic experience that feeds off of the resources of my human physical body.

I commit myself to respect my body, as it is my body through and as which I have a presence here and can live and express in this physical reality, and not cause it harm by participating in feelings and emotions.

Day 18 - What Is Fear?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider where do my fears even come from? How are they created?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to just take my fears for granted like they are normal to experience and a 'part of being human', thus just accepting them without even understanding what they are or where they come from.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that fear in some way helps me or assists me, when I look at the actuality fear as an energetic reaction based on participation in thoughts has never actually assisted me or the situation I was in, or anyone that I know of, it has only manifested consequences by taking your attention aware from here and paying attention instead to thoughts and pictures in your mind, then you miss what's happening in reality and you make mistakes and have accidents, and manifest that which you fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself believe that it's not possible to stop my fears, not realizing it is an energetic reaction that I gave permission to in the first place to be activated, and gave it permission over and over until it became an automated habit, and thus I can actually deprogram the habit by no longer giving permission to the reaction, until it no longer occurs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that fear is a preprogrammed design as evidenced by the fact that most of humanity shares the exact same fears with each other with only some minor variations between individuals but the design of each fear is always the exact same from person to person.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself come up with justifications as to why I have these fears, not realizing that within justifying the fears I am actually validating the fears, when they are not real as they only exist if I participate in them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to realize that I create my fears, and thus when I experience fear I am actually fearing myself, as what we fear is what is here that we have accepted and allowed to exist here, and not taken responsibility for to change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself not realize that fear makes no sense in terms of that it's an experience that we allow within ourselves that we experience toward what we've created, thus there is really no reason to participate in the experience of fear, when it's not real, it's a self-created experience, and by participating in it you will manifest that which you fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to keep myself in limitation because of my fears, which I have created and given permission to in the first place, instead of stopping my participation in the fears so that I can actually live effectively in this world and not trap myself within self-justified limitations.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the solution to fear is to stop trapping oneself in the fear towards a condition we have created and allowed here, and to find effective solutions to what is here, then that which we are fearing can not even exist, but firstly this requires to stop the participation in the fear within oneself, as participation in the fear is what keeps one from effectively facing and dealing with the situation in reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that if we face what we fear and correct it so that what we fear no longer exists, that this indicates that what I fear is that which I have accepted and allowed to form in this world without consideration of whether it is best for life or whether it abuse life, thus fear is the result of that I have allowed conditions to exist which are abusive to life and self as life, and thus I fear facing those conditions, because I have allowed them to exist in my world and am not doing what it takes to remove such abuse from existence.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if we live in self honesty not hiding anything or hiding from anything but facing what is here in this reality as myself as what I have accepted and allowed, then no fear exists, as I stand here stable as myself and take self responsibility for what is here, within the realization that to take responsibility for what is here and face the shit we have created, and sort it out, means that we'll create a world that is heaven on earth.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that fear is a construct that keeps me from realizing myself as it keeps me trapped in limitation and not expanding myself into and as my world, but accepting things as they are, so that I never change and my world never change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that fear exist as energy generated within the mind consciousness system, which when I live as these fears and allow myself to experience these fears as real and as myself, I am existing as a preprogrammed energetic reaction, and thus not here as myself as life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that when I justify participating in fears within the mind CONsciousness system I am actually conning myself into accepting self limitation by allowing myself to be controlled, bound and enslaved to my own self-created fears.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I manifest my fears by participating in them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that to live without my fears will be such a relief literally, as living as fears is stressful and takes a toll on the physical, as you can see the examples shown by those who live their lives in constant fear and worry you can watch as their physical literally  rot and shrivel away as time passes and they continue extensive participation in their fears.

I commit myself to not accepting things 'the way they are' when I do not even understand how or why it exists/is created.

I commit myself to take nothing 'for granted' as there is always a cause, as this reality is a cause & effect reality, and to take something for granted is to accept myself to remain in ignorance and thus a slave to what is here within accepting a limited understanding of my world, thus I commit myself to educating myself about my world and what is here.

I commit myself to stop participating in fears, within the realization that they are not real and that they require my actual participation to exist and to control, enslave, and limit me, while depleting my human physical body and causing 'aging'.

I commit myself to sort myself out within stopping my fears so that I can then take on the conditions that we've created in this world to stop manifesting the conditions which we fear.

I commit myself to realizing that there is never any valid justification to participate in a mind construct of fear, as to do so is to limit, bind, and enslave myself to a system to keep me in-fear-ior in this world and never standing up and expanding myself to become someone that has a real impact here in this world in bringing this world into equality and a dignified life for all.
