Day 224: What's the First Step to Caring For Real?

In this post I'm continuing with looking at what it means to live Caring, and how I've actually changed in my living in my words and actions and particularly in my interactions with others, within the process of considering what it really means to care, as actual living action, and not just a sentiment or idea, that produces no actual results or effect in reality.

So firstly, this means becoming aware of and taking responsibility for how/when/where I am spiteful or nasty to others whether out loud or even just in my mind, because all that carries through, nothing is really hidden. I mean, if I'd like to see others not be nasty or spiteful, then I need to become the solution to that problem, get to know why/how are we spiteful and how do we stop that and correct ourselves, so that I can then show others by example how to do so. And this means actually admitting to ourselves that we have in fact been spiteful and nasty to others, because there is the tendency to not what to see that, the truth of ourselves, but it's there, you can't really hide it from yourself.

It's as if we think that if we allow ourself to be self honest about what we are really doing and who we really are in our behavior and actions, that then we'll see ourself as bad or wrong or evil, and yet it's just the opposite in a way where when we are hiding that reality from ourself, that is actually what we could call evil, because then you are going to continue in such behavior all the while pretending you're not. So rather we would want to face the truth of ourselves, so we can really see what it is that we are doing, because then we can change our input as what we are living into this world, and that would change the output, of what we get back from the world. So we would become the cure for the nastiness that exist in the world by starting with ourselves first.

What this means therefore, is getting down to the nitty-gritty, the small moments that seem so insignificant and that we take for granted. The little moments where we allow a nasty though or allow ourselves to act out in nastiness toward another, whether directly or indirectly. One great example of this is in a documentary I recently watched, called Children Full of Life (which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tLB1lU-H0M) in which a teacher, who takes a bit of a unique approach to teaching, notices that there is bullying going on between the students. He encourages them to share about it, and several children share their experiences with being bullied. However, he then does something rather striking – he points out that all the students are sharing about what has been done to them, as if they are all innocent, but none are sharing how they have participated in bullying themselves.

As I've mentioned in previous posts, we tend to focus on others, rather than ourselves, to the extent where it's like we aren't even aware of what we're actually doing. But on some level we do know, because really, how can you not know what you're doing? I mean, you're the one doing it. And as the documentary shows, even as children, we can see what we are doing and what we're responsible for, the unnecessary consequences we create for ourselves and others, and so having a detrimental effect on our relationships with others and our world.

Because the fact is we don't live here alone, we're all here in this one reality together, and so have to find ways to live together effectively, because we are in fact responsible for being here and considering the effect we have on each other and reality. There's the tendency to be only focused on one's own self interest, like you live in a bubble where all that exists is you, and every one else is just basically a prop in the movie paying out that is your life. I mean, that's usually the extent to which we think about or consider other people, always from this very limited perspective where the bottom line is always me and what I want or don't want. We don't consider others equally to ourselves, even though on some level we do know that we are in fact equal, by virtue of being alive and being here. Each and every one of us is an individual being with their own life, own experiences, and own potential to develop and expand and grow.

Something we don't tend to realize/be aware of is how much of the consequence we face in reality and In our relationships is a result of this simple point of separation, where we've formed a relationship toward each other of not caring, where we have justified even being nasty, spiteful, and even just apathetic toward others, and that's what I'll go into more in the next post to come, to see why is it that we would even want to care about others – to see what difference in one's own life would that make? So until then, you can start to simply become aware of these moments in your day to day living where you actually go into/participate in some form of separation/spitefulness toward another, as that is the first step to sorting ourselves out as a whole, which is going to have very positive results, as you'll see more in the next post.

Day 198: Are Poor People Stupid? - What's Really Going on There?

So as I was listening to a really excellent interview series from Eqafe called The Soul of Money, particularly interview part 31, and a really important point was brought up and explained in exquisite detail, which is the point that you really cannot judge those individuals in society who would be perceived as 'incompetent' or 'less competent' than the elite of the society. If you are one of those who believe that or think of such individuals as less than yourself, you are going to want to hear this interview, as it will show in great detail how it is that it happens that some individuals manifest this way, and that it is an outflow/result of multidimensional factors, and not in fact reflective of the particular individual's 'worth' or 'value' as a human being/member of society.

So what this in essence shows, is that those who have gone into judgment toward such individuals and making it personal, those who would judge the individuals who haven't had the same environmental influences/background/resources for turning out the way they do, is actually quite ignorant and an indication of a form of incompetence in itself, because it shows that you were/are not in fact aware of all the factors/variables determining the situation and the specific result/manifestation.

In other words, it's like judging a tree that has not grown into it's fullest possible expression as a tree, when throughout it's life and development it has lacked the necessary components with which to grow and develop to it's fullest potential. And yet, all the while, the tree always had the potential and capability to become a proper thriving tree.

So where individuals have not had the same access to resources, connections, money with which to support their living and basic physical needs properly, or access to proper education, will thus have smaller vocabularies, and there is even a study that shows that 1 in 4 children is stunted due to lack of proper nutrition.

So those that would look particularly at the impoverished people of the so-called 'developing' or 'third-world' countries and would think of them as 'less-than' or 'inferior' is really erroneous from the perspective that they have the possibility just like anyone else to flourish and grow and develop, but have been robbed of that by being forced into the condition of poverty. And thus, it is actually quite evil in fact, not to mention quite stupid, to then judge these beings as less than, when not only did they possess the same potential as anyone else, but had that potential taken from them/denied them, while those that were supported by the system would then ignore all that they had received and had available in their lives that made them what they are today, such as sufficient money to afford proper ad timely health care, proper nutrition, and as the Soul of Money part 31 interview and also in several interviews leading up to this one, describes how this difference even extends to the dimension of our architecture/infrastructure that we have available which affects us on a deeper relationship level than what you may have realized.

Therefore if you consider yourself to have an accurate assessment of the world situation and how/why poverty exist, I would suggest to listen to this interview series in it's entirety if you are able to make the investment into your own self education, as it will increase your understanding multi-dimensionally so that you will have the full scope of what is really going on, how the economic/world system functions multi-dimensionally and the multi-dimensional consequences/outflows of it's current manifestation, how the world is manifested the way it is, why/how individuals can turn out so differently in terms of their development, thus to ensure that you've got the full picture, otherwise your interaction and relationship with the system will be consequential if you are coming from a limited perspective/understanding.

And obviously thus to consider that the fact that all indeed have the potential to become a fully functional human being, to support the implementation of a system which would support all individuals to reach their potential which would be done by the Basic Income Guaranteed proposal which you can learn more about/get involved here, and read the Basic Income Guaranteed blogs which you'll find here.

Day 85: Commitment Statements on the “There’s Nothing Wrong with That” Character

Featured Art by Matti Freeman

I commit myself to be/become aware of when I go into/utilize a character as a defense mechanism to avoid investigating myself and the relationships I’m living as toward a particular form/manifestation/circumstance/situation/event/scenario/being, so that I can stop sabotaging myself within avoiding myself and instead face myself and get to know myself and be/become a real self-willed, self-directed individual.
I commit myself to realizing that all judgment is actually self judgment, is actually me participating in judgment within/as myself, and as I cannot stop or do anything about judgment that another may be participating in, then obviously the only way/place in which I can take self responsibility to make a change/stop/end judgment, is within myself, in changing myself and stopping the judgment within myself. Within this, I commit myself to realize that if I have not first stopped judgment within myself, then I can in no way be absolutely certain that I am seeing judgment in another, as I have not even first got effective in identifying it within myself to the point where no judgment remains.
I commit myself to not consider that I’ll deliberately create perceptions of others/my reality, in order to experience myself a certain way and to determine how I’ll respond/who I’ll be/how I’ll act toward others/my reality, and thus within this, using perception as a tool with which to manipulate myself, so that I will act a certain way/feel a certain way, where I am in other words, ‘seeing what I want to see’, in order to justify certain actions/behaviors/characters that I’ll play out, in the belief that that is who/how I want to be, as it’s how I’ve learned to be and accept myself as.
I commit myself to realizing that the relationships I’ve formed toward what is here in separation and judgment of what is here, are not who I am, as who I am is not relationships of stored information, but who I am is here as life, and thus I commit myself to investigate and identify all the relationships I exist as that I’ve allowed to exist within me, to become aware of the consequences of such relationships, and to stop living as these relationships, so that I can actually live here as myself as life, as breath that is simply here and silent within, not moved by anything in separation of/from myself, but moving myself in consideration of all life/existence.
I commit myself to be/become aware of everything I am creating within/through my participation, in order to ensure that I am not forming characters and behaviors to be automated in separation of myself, but to be aware of exactly how I create myself and what I create myself as so that I create myself in such a way that I live as/according to what is best for all life in each and every moment, in each and every decision I make, and thus change myself and my application from deliberately avoiding myself, to deliberately facing myself to get to know myself completely, so that there can be no parts of me that act in separation from myself that have ‘control’ of me behavior and influence me to make decisions that are not best for all life.
I commit myself to realizing that self investigation and taking self responsibility are the keys to expanding myself into my true potential and really being able to be/become a force in this world that can make a difference, and thus I commit myself to investigating myself and taking self responsibility to so that I can expand myself and in so doing, expand all of existence, one and equal, through standing as an example to others of how they can assist and support themselves to expand as well.
I commit myself to realizing that characters are made-up, and thus can’t possibly be who I really am, as the character is able to be deleted/disappear, and yet I am still here, thus showing that the character is simply a personality suit that we put on for a moment, and can take it off and switch it for another, proving that who we are is not characters, and that we thus do not have to live as the characters we’ve been living as without question, and thus we can take self responsibility to ensure that the characters we live as is that which stand for a better life for all life equally.
I commit myself to stop the harm I cause to my human physical body by participating in this character where I experience within/as my physical body tension and stiffening, and to realize that if/when I experience these physical reactions within my body, indicates that I am not here as myself, but am participating in the mind in separation of myself, and thus I stop, breathe, and bring myself ‘back here’, back to reality as myself as the physical flesh that is here simply living and breathing and not in my mind as judgments/perceptions/beliefs/emotions/feelings/thoughts that take a toll on the physical when we participate in such experiences.
I commit myself to clearing up all the relationships I exist as, to ensure that who I am as who I live as, is relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not ‘removing myself’ from reality through creating alternate realities in my mind, and then acting/living according to those alternate realities, so that I can ensure that who I am is relevant to actual reality, and that I’m not simply believing whatever the mind presents, and then staying within this bubble of perception and ultimately limitation, but rather to assist and support myself to get to know myself and my world as this physical reality, so that I can expand to my utmost ability here in actual reality.

Day 63: Stepping Out of Character: 'How can they be so stupid??'

‘How can they be so stupid??’

Who am I when using these words? What am I really saying here and what is the outflow/consequence of what I’m participating in within this character of ‘How can they be so stupid??’

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ignore that I am actually participating in judgment and blame, and separating myself from a part of myself as existence here.

I commit myself to be aware of when I am participating in judgment and blame, so that I can stop as I realize that participating in judgment and blame means I am part of the problem that is manifesting hell on earth.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that what I’m doing is playing a polarity game of superiority/inferiority, using their lack of understanding to my advantage in comparison where I come out seeming like the ‘better person’ because I am apparently ‘not as stupid’.

I commit myself to be aware of when I am participating in comparison and the polarity game of superiority/inferiority, so that I can stop, as I realize the consequence is manifesting a world of competition and abuse.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that within saying ‘How can they be so stupid?’ that I am saying that I do not understand why they are the way they are, and thus I am judging them for not understanding what I apparently do not understand either.

I commit myself to realizing that when I judge another, I am always judging myself, and thus when I judge another, I stop and bring it back to self and investigate where do I participate in the same point which is why I am reacting to what I am seeing in another, because I want to deny that part of myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I don’t understand how they have come to be as they are, that this proves that I am in fact not superior, but equal to them in not understanding.

I commit myself to realizing that inferiority and superiority is only made-up judgments within the mind, as all that is here is equal in that we’re all made from the exact same substance.

I commit myself to realize that if I understand something that another does not, this does not mean I am superior, it indicates that I have accepted and allowed a world where not all are equally supported to be equal in understanding, which is unnecessary abuse, as I would not want to be on the side of the lack of understanding, and thus my goal should be to ensure that my words and actions will manifest a world where all are equally ‘superior’ and thus superiority would in fact not exist, as none would be made to be ‘less’ than another.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use one’s lack of understanding to have an advantage over others, instead of supporting, so that I can stay ‘superior’ in comparison.

I commit myself to realize the spitefulness within using another’s lack of understanding to ‘my own’ advantage and self interest, and that to participate in such spitefulness obviously in no way makes me ‘superior’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that when I am thinking/believing that I do not know, that I am actually not wanting to know, so that I can continue to judge them so that I can feel like I am superior and in the right, because apparently ‘I know better’, because if I did understand how they have become as they are, I would then simply walk the solution, without judgment, as I would also realize that judgment is part of the problem that supports them to be and remain as they are.

I commit myself to always assist and support myself to get an understanding of what is here as this reality to understand all parts of myself so that I can find and implement solutions to what is here to ensure that I act in ways that the world I manifest will be best for all, which includes me.

I commit myself to realize that the key to manifesting heaven on earth, is to fully understand how we create reality, and thus I commit myself to get an understanding of how everything in existence operates, so that I can see the most effective solutions that will lead to actual change and actual evolving of humanity as a species that care and exist in a benevolent way.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see the difference between exposing the cruelty and stupidity that humanity is participating in from the starting point of showing ourselves what we’re accepting and allowing and the consequences of our accepted nature that we’re living as is assisting and supporting ourselves to see what we’re doing and change, from making it personal within a starting point of judgment where I make myself feel superior than another where my words in no way are going to assist and support those beings to stop and correct themselves as I am not directing my words to them but to others as a form of gossip.

I commit myself to realizing when my starting point is of judgment and separation and thus contributing to the abuse in the world, and when my starting point is getting an understanding of reality so that I can find and implement solutions, so that I can ensure that my starting point is always that which lead to stopping abuse, by stopping the abuse that I am allowing within and as myself as judgment and separation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ignore the fact that I can see that I am speaking from a starting point of gossip, blame and judgment where my words are not going to assist and support those beings in any way to stop and correct themselves.

I commit myself to be aware of when I am speaking from a starting point of gossip, so that I can stop within the realization that I am not assisting and supporting myself or anyone to change, but am actually supporting the problem to remain the same as I am busy gossiping rather than getting an understanding of how the situation is created so that I can see what is the solution.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see the difference between talking about the situation from the starting point of getting an understanding of how people have come to be the way they are, so that I can best understand how to walk a solution, and when I am speaking from a starting point of not working toward an understanding, but accepting myself as not understanding, and within this accepting and allowing the situation to continue without looking for or considering solutions, and thus I am equal to them as I am responsible for accepting and allowing beings to exist as they are.

I commit myself to living a starting point of always seeking to understand my world and reality, so that I can ensure that I am not creating and manifesting the abuse that exists, but am working toward actual solutions.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that within accepting myself as not understanding, that I am actually accepting and allowing self limitation within accepting my understanding as limited, and thus not expanding my understanding of how my world and reality operates, and thus limiting my ability to be an effective human being.

I commit myself to realize that when I am accepting myself as not understanding that I am actually limiting myself within accepting myself as having a limited understanding, rather than assisting and supporting myself to expand and be as effective as possible and achieve my utmost potential by expanding my understanding of the reality that I exist in and as, as this physical reality here and all that is here within and as it, so that I can create in awareness a world where life is honored.

Day 59: The ‘Shit-Talker’ Character

A pattern I noticed in myself today came when someone said to me that I was a ‘shit talker’, and so in this moment I took this point back to myself and looked at what I was doing, who I was within the words I was speaking, and I was actually surprised by what I had been saying, and surprised that I hadn’t noticed what I was actually participating in within what I was saying.

I had been joking with another about people that choose careers where they work with certain body parts, such as gynecology or focusing on the colon. It’s like I forgot for a moment that there is nothing strange or weird or gross or wrong with working with those particular areas of the body, but that was exactly what I was implying with the words I was speaking within joking about it, because if I don’t see anything weird about, then what was there to joke about?

It had seemed innocent enough when I was in the middle of doing it, like I was just having a laugh and didn’t actually mean it, but that is justifications, while not considering what example I was actually living, and the impact that I have and the words I say have on the reality and others around me, which is what this being showed me when they called me a ‘shit-talker’.

Because to them they were hearing the words I was saying and seeing what I was implying within them, that there was something weird or strange within taking a job that works with the vagina or the colon, when there is actually nothing strange about that, it is simply the judgments that we’ve placed on such parts as a society, but here I am showing you that it is actually us as individuals that live such judgments into existence, thus, it is not a ‘society’ thing from that perspective, because ‘society’ is made up of each and every individual, and this is why I am investigating and getting to know myself and my effect on reality within the example that I am living within my words and actions, so that I can make sure that I see clearly what I am creating in this world, so that I can see where and how I have been supporting and playing my part in manifesting the abuse that exists in this world, and then stop existing as that pattern, to stop creating separation and abuse.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live and be the character of a ‘shit talker’.
I commit myself to becoming aware of exactly how/when/where I participate in this behavior/pattern of being a ‘shit talker’ so that I can stop this pattern of behavior completely, to not be manifesting abuse and separation through the words I speak.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not even realize what I was participating in until it was pointed out to me, which indicates that I was not here as breath, so that I can see what I am participating in in each and every moment, but allowed myself to go into a mind pattern.
I commit myself to being here as breath, and slowing myself down as breath, so that I can see in each and every moment exactly what I am participating in, so that I do not ‘miss myself’ in not being aware of myself for a moment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in joking around and thinking it is ‘harmless’ which is implying that the words I say do not have an effect on reality, and that I can apparently say what I want without having an effect, yet it does not work that way, as every word that I say is here, and every judgment that I am living within my words is here, and thus every single word I speak has a direct effect on this reality.

I commit myself to realizing and considering that every single word I say and what I am living within those words, has a direct effect on this reality, and thus it is my responsibility to ensure that the words I speak do not support abuse in any way, so that I do not manifest abuse in this world.

I realize that who I am within what I say serves as an example to all, and thus the words I speak have a direct effect on reality. Specifically within this situation the consequence of my words is that I was living the judgment of certain body parts of the human physical body as if there is some reason that one might not want to work with such parts of the body, as if there is something ‘wrong’ with them, and thus I was living this example into reality, where others that see/hear my example might then take on and live this judgment themselves, and as I am living a polarity within my words, I will thus manifest reactions where some will judge such body parts and those who have careers focusing on those body parts as negative/wrong/gross/strange, and others that will judge it as positive/special/exciting/more than it is. This results in us not being here simply with the physical as it is, but judging it and separating from it, which affects our entire approach toward the physical and how we interact with it.

Thus I commit myself to take self responsibility to ensure that the example I am living is one that supports others and shows others how to live in respect of the physical, as when we do not separate ourself from the physical, but respect it as who we are, then we’ll manifest a world where the physical and ourselves as the physical are not abused, for the sake of entertainment or for any reason/justification.

Day 56: What Does It Mean to Be Here? Are You Here?

We are all here, but we have never really been here. Because if we were really here, present in this reality in awareness of who we are, we'd actually have an understanding of how we're creating this world and reality, and how we create ourselves as personalities, and how everything that is here is you, carved from the same substance, thus separation is actually an illusion, and a very well-crafted one, as everything within your life as an individual has seemed to confirm the idea and belief that we are actually separate from each other, to the extent that the fact that we are not separate is actually seen as simply inconceivable, and it's not considered that we are actually the same life here, as we're the same substance that is cycling over and over again into the forms that manifest within and as this physical reality. And that we're all part of this one whole of existence, like the cells within a human body.

Even though we are here and there is no separation, we obviously aren’t acting as one but have accepted our nature and very being as one of separation, and thus have lived this separation into the physical, as allowing ourselves to go to war against each other, allowing each other to go without the most basic necessities as food and water, allowing ourselves to separate from one another within backchat and judgment toward/of one another. Where we do not even realize that we are only fighting ourself, fearing ourself, judging ourself, harming ourself, where we could easily have been the one in the position of suffering, and where we are accepting and allowing to be done unto others what we would not want done to us.

We have ‘forgotten’ that we all come from the same source, the same substance, created from the dust of the earth, and within this ‘forgetting’ that another is really ourselves in another form, we’re able to justify the harm and abuse taking place in the world, within the justification that it’s apparently not happening to ‘me’. Me as an individual apparently separate from the whole.

This separation has resulted in us as humanity not really being here, as we have separated ourself from here in judgment/comparison in our mind, and as we’ve been within our mind busy with judgment/comparison, we’ve not actually been here, living as a fully aware part of existence, that is aware of oneself as all of existence, and that there is really no separation.

Since we have not been here, but have been within the mind within judgment and comparison, we have virtually no understanding of ourselves and how we create ourselves, and how we create this world as the reflection of who and what we’re living as. As we’ve created ourselves in unawareness, we’re not actually here, as real self-aware beings, and the consequence of this is the hell you see before you as all the abuse that’s taking place in this world, and the hell within, as the constant self abuse as the participation in thoughts, emotions, feelings that one experience inside oneself. As, if we’d understood just what it is we’re creating and how we’re creating it, we wouldn’t have created a world full of abuse and suffering. We wouldn’t have created ourselves as murderers, as rapists, as war, as starvation in a world of plenty, as wage-slaves working most of our life just to get by, as a money system where you must pay for your needs, as failed relationships, and where the physical reality as this world as nature and the animals, and as our own physical human bodies is being destroyed for profit.

And thus we must get an understanding of ourself and just how it is we create what is here as ourselves, through investigating ourselves in self honesty to actually see how we’ve created what is here by being busy participating in thoughts, instead of actually being here, present, aware in actual reality, so that we then can stop creating hell on earth, and create the kind of world that we would create as beings actually here, actually paying attention to this world and reality as it is ourselves, as it is not separate, and we have no idea what kind of a world that will be except that the we will no longer accept and allow abuse within ourself, as all of ourself, as all life here.

For more perspective Listen to this interview it will change your life Changing the Character of the World
