Day 96: The ‘My Way’ Character – Part 2

So, in looking some more at the ‘My Way’ character, we’ll look at some more of the components that make up this particular character. In the previous post, we went into some of the thoughts and fears that’ll come up in relation to this character, and some of the consequence of us living as this character in our World. In this post, we’ll look at also the Imagination Dimension, and the Physical and Reaction Dimensions. This way making sure we’ve covered all the angles of the ‘My Way’ character.

So, what takes place within the Imagination when we’re participating in/as this character? Well, since we’ve decided we want/desire/need things to go a certain way/‘my way’, and the fear has come up suddenly that we’re maybe not going to get ‘my way’, we’ll then imagine ‘what might/could/would happen’ if we don’t get ‘my way’, where we’ll then cycle through our imagination all the beliefs and fears and projections that we believe are going to happen reality doesn’t go just the way we wanted it to. Through this, we are just ‘feeding the fire’ of this character, and furthering our own possession into/as this character, to the point where we become it so completely, that it’s all we think/say/speak/act/react as.

For example, in a recent situation where I was working on practicing some lines from a script with another person, I had an idea of how I wanted to do it, and when they suggested we do it another way, the ‘My Way’ character was activated, as I feared that I would not get ‘My Way’, which I had formed the belief/perception that I needed/required/wanted the practice session to go a certain way, and within this actually totally closed myself off to hearing or even considering any other way it might be done, nor considering how it might be best for the other person as well. And within this, going into a character as reaction to a fear, instead of remaining here as myself and simply discussing the point and how best to proceed, without pre-formed expectations and beliefs, to see what works best for all in the situation, and then simply walk that.

So, by going into the ‘My Way’ character here, we can see that the consequence was closing myself off to consideration of what would actually be best for All in the moment, and instead becoming possessed by a character wherein I wanted to hold onto an idea of ‘my way’ as how I believed/perceived that I wanted/needed things to go, wherein I’m actually only considering myself, which creates a situation of conflict, as I’m separating my interest from the interest of the whole.

And within this, not even considering the actual practicality of how I want to do things/how I want reality to go, as to whether or not my want is actually practical and would actually be best. And it’s obviously not best, since I’m considering my interest in separation of the whole rest of existence, which I exist within where my life is only as good as the quality of this existence/reality is, and thus my interest is the same and not separate from the interest of all of reality/existence. Therefore, any interest that’s not considering the whole, is not going to lead to the best life possible, and thus is not actually in my interest. So you can see that self interest which is separate from/doesn’t consider the interest of the whole equally, is not a benefit to self as an individual.

Now, onto the Physical and Reaction Dimension of the My Way character. What I’ll experience is like an all-over body stiffens, like my body freeze for a moment, while caught up in the mind reaction of where the mind is slowly realizing that reality is going according to another way than expected, and the mind needs a moment to try and figure out what to do, how to defend itself/protect its interest, in this situation where it perceives a threat. There will also be some adrenaline, which is like an excitement experience for the mind from being in a position where you don’t know what’s going to happen and fear some consequence.

In the following post we’ll get into Self Forgiveness Statements on all the Dimensions to assist and support ourselves to release ourselves from and stop living as the My Way character.

Day 79: Commitment Statements on the “I Can Do It” Character

I commit myself to when a picture comes up where I would activate the ‘I Can Do It’ character, to stop and realize it is only a picture and that there will be consequences if I allow this character to activate and I participate in/as it, because I’m then participating in a picture and not actual reality.
I commit myself to stop living as illusions as the pictures I see in my mind, so that I can be a real being that lives in real reality, and not just as a picture in my mind that isn’t real.

I commit myself to actual self change, which must be walked in actual reality, and no longer wasting my time trying to change the pictures in my mind, as the pictures aren’t real, and thus I’m only trying to change what is an illusion in the first place, and thus I commit myself to see, in all ways, what I’m actually living as, so that I can change myself in reality, as that is the only change that is real, is that which is lived.

I commit myself to become aware of what triggers the activation of this character as the thought/picture of me failing, and to realize that creating/participating in a character is not the solution to deal with the picture that comes up in my mind, but that the solution is to not believe the picture in my mind, and realize that it is only a picture and not real. And within this, I commit myself to develop the ability to see/recognize the moment before I am about to activate this character, so that I can stop and not participate in/become/live as this character, but remain here as myself, not possessed by a reaction character as a personality suit that I will then become as who I am as certain mannerisms and internal conversation, and emotion and feeling reactions, none of which is self-directed, but happens to me, through my own accepted design as the patterns I’ve accepted and allowed myself to exist as within my mind consciousness system.

I commit myself to when and as I see myself going into/participating in backchat according to the character of ‘I Can do this’, to stop, and realize that I am attempting to manipulate myself through talking myself into certain beliefs/patterns of behavior.

I commit myself to show how just how we’re controlled by our own minds that we’ve separated ourselves from, as how we’ll become completely possessed by character take-overs to the extent that we practically do not even exist here but are only existing as and ‘giving life’ to characters, that are only ever nothing more than illusions, and that we’ve accepted ourselves as these characters so much that the take-over is nearly instantaneous and when it happens it will direct all our internal conversation, our thoughts/feelings/emotions, what we say, how we move, how we act, how we feel physically, such that we’ll no longer be here as ourself as a self willed self directed individual, but will be completely consumed by this character reaction to a certain situation/trigger/event, that that’s all we’ll exist as, which is really extensive mind-control going on.

I commit myself to focusing on reality as who I am and who we really are in reality and what our actual effect on reality is, and to sort out what is reality and what is just a picture and thus not real, so that I can get down to understanding myself and myself as humanity and this existence and how we create what is here, so that I will then be able to create in awareness and create a world that is best for all life, where all can live a dignified life, and none are made to needlessly suffer.

I commit myself to sort out all the ways in which I live as the fear of survival, so that I can stop existing as and being controlled and directed by patterns of fear, and actually find out what it means to really live, to really be here and be an active and aware part and participant in this world, and to actually move myself in consideration of all that is here and how this reality currently functions and operates, so that I can ensure that I move myself in such a way that the part that I play is one that can stand for eternity, as a being that lives in consideration of all life as equal to and as myself, to ensure that who I am as a creator is benevolent and that I actually care as a living expression of who I am.

I commit myself to see through the bullshit of the justification to participate in a character, and realize that it is never of any benefit to participate in and as a character, as when I live as a character, I am not living as myself, and thus as a character, I sabotage myself and diminish myself, and thus I commit myself to realize that it is my actions and who I am as/within the physical that is who I really am, and thus any part of me that I give away to an imaginary character is not real. Within this, I commit myself to bring all parts of myself that I’ve given away to characters, back to myself, to re-amalgamate that which I’ve separated myself from to live as the whole being that I actually am here.

Day 18 - What Is Fear?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider where do my fears even come from? How are they created?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to just take my fears for granted like they are normal to experience and a 'part of being human', thus just accepting them without even understanding what they are or where they come from.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that fear in some way helps me or assists me, when I look at the actuality fear as an energetic reaction based on participation in thoughts has never actually assisted me or the situation I was in, or anyone that I know of, it has only manifested consequences by taking your attention aware from here and paying attention instead to thoughts and pictures in your mind, then you miss what's happening in reality and you make mistakes and have accidents, and manifest that which you fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself believe that it's not possible to stop my fears, not realizing it is an energetic reaction that I gave permission to in the first place to be activated, and gave it permission over and over until it became an automated habit, and thus I can actually deprogram the habit by no longer giving permission to the reaction, until it no longer occurs.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that fear is a preprogrammed design as evidenced by the fact that most of humanity shares the exact same fears with each other with only some minor variations between individuals but the design of each fear is always the exact same from person to person.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself come up with justifications as to why I have these fears, not realizing that within justifying the fears I am actually validating the fears, when they are not real as they only exist if I participate in them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to realize that I create my fears, and thus when I experience fear I am actually fearing myself, as what we fear is what is here that we have accepted and allowed to exist here, and not taken responsibility for to change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself not realize that fear makes no sense in terms of that it's an experience that we allow within ourselves that we experience toward what we've created, thus there is really no reason to participate in the experience of fear, when it's not real, it's a self-created experience, and by participating in it you will manifest that which you fear.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to keep myself in limitation because of my fears, which I have created and given permission to in the first place, instead of stopping my participation in the fears so that I can actually live effectively in this world and not trap myself within self-justified limitations.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the solution to fear is to stop trapping oneself in the fear towards a condition we have created and allowed here, and to find effective solutions to what is here, then that which we are fearing can not even exist, but firstly this requires to stop the participation in the fear within oneself, as participation in the fear is what keeps one from effectively facing and dealing with the situation in reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that if we face what we fear and correct it so that what we fear no longer exists, that this indicates that what I fear is that which I have accepted and allowed to form in this world without consideration of whether it is best for life or whether it abuse life, thus fear is the result of that I have allowed conditions to exist which are abusive to life and self as life, and thus I fear facing those conditions, because I have allowed them to exist in my world and am not doing what it takes to remove such abuse from existence.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if we live in self honesty not hiding anything or hiding from anything but facing what is here in this reality as myself as what I have accepted and allowed, then no fear exists, as I stand here stable as myself and take self responsibility for what is here, within the realization that to take responsibility for what is here and face the shit we have created, and sort it out, means that we'll create a world that is heaven on earth.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that fear is a construct that keeps me from realizing myself as it keeps me trapped in limitation and not expanding myself into and as my world, but accepting things as they are, so that I never change and my world never change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that fear exist as energy generated within the mind consciousness system, which when I live as these fears and allow myself to experience these fears as real and as myself, I am existing as a preprogrammed energetic reaction, and thus not here as myself as life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that when I justify participating in fears within the mind CONsciousness system I am actually conning myself into accepting self limitation by allowing myself to be controlled, bound and enslaved to my own self-created fears.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I manifest my fears by participating in them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that to live without my fears will be such a relief literally, as living as fears is stressful and takes a toll on the physical, as you can see the examples shown by those who live their lives in constant fear and worry you can watch as their physical literally  rot and shrivel away as time passes and they continue extensive participation in their fears.

I commit myself to not accepting things 'the way they are' when I do not even understand how or why it exists/is created.

I commit myself to take nothing 'for granted' as there is always a cause, as this reality is a cause & effect reality, and to take something for granted is to accept myself to remain in ignorance and thus a slave to what is here within accepting a limited understanding of my world, thus I commit myself to educating myself about my world and what is here.

I commit myself to stop participating in fears, within the realization that they are not real and that they require my actual participation to exist and to control, enslave, and limit me, while depleting my human physical body and causing 'aging'.

I commit myself to sort myself out within stopping my fears so that I can then take on the conditions that we've created in this world to stop manifesting the conditions which we fear.

I commit myself to realizing that there is never any valid justification to participate in a mind construct of fear, as to do so is to limit, bind, and enslave myself to a system to keep me in-fear-ior in this world and never standing up and expanding myself to become someone that has a real impact here in this world in bringing this world into equality and a dignified life for all.
