Day 228: What is Our Responsibility as Consumers?

So, in continuing from the last post, Day 227: Bunions and Self Education, I'm going to now look at in more detail how this relationship to our footwear came to be and namely, what is our responsibility in it, if any? Lately we have a tendency to blame corporations and businesses for the products that exist, but it's not like any product could just be 'foisted' upon us, whether we like it or not. It has to be something we will buy so that the businesses can make a profit because that's how they work.

Even considering all the money and research and effort that goes into marketing schemes and advertising to 'convince' us to buy certain things, in the end who makes the choice to buy it? Who decides to believe in what we see in the marketing without actually investigating it?

We're actually living in a pretty cool time what with the Internet taking communication to another level, where we can give direct feedback to companies about what we would like and what we don't like. The key would be to take an active role in that, and that would actually require a lot of self education, just as for example with myself all my life wearing improper shoes and never realizing what I was doing to myself, until I finally got an understanding of what is actually going on – how the feet actually work and in conjunction with the whole body and how our footwear affects our feet and thus our body and thus our entire life and well-being, and what proper footwear might rather be like.

Now I want to also discuss my own process in terms of how I even got to the point of educating myself on this topic, or even any topic, because this was not something I would normally do in the past, some years ago. Part of that is due to the Internet not being what it is today with information so available. Never has self education been this facilitated and really in the power of your own hands. But just because we have this tool available to us, doesn't mean we are using it to its utmost potential.

When we have the typical ideas and beliefs about what it is we like/don't like to do that are impulsed into us from early on in our lives, spending our free time doing research doesn't really fit into those preconceived notions. It typically has more to do with 'relaxing' like vegging-out to the TV, or maybe seeking a party to get intoxicated and have a 'good time' or being consumed with the hunt for a mate or some such encounter, all the general things that we're shown is what we apparently want to do, and all of which largely goes nowhere and amounts to nothing of any real substance or positive impact in one's life, but rather actually tends to cause negative consequences and generally waste one's time here. Now, I'm not saying to not be social or have relationships or anything like that, that is cool, but obviously there is a balance where your social activities should be positive in nature and not degenerative.

So, it's after quite a process of going through such types of distractions myself throughout my life and learning the consequence the hard way – many years wasted and not much to show for it – that I now see and understand the value in applying myself in practical things that actually have a positive benefit in my life/world, like educating myself on this world and what is here. I mean, obviously this is sorely needed, considering all the myriad problems we face from the global to the personal level, we require to finally get down to educating ourself to how this world really works and what is really effective living.

So I wanted to share the process that has now taken me to this point where I see the validity in taking the time to educate myself, for anyone who might come across this and still be at the point of not seeing this or some similar topic as being something that fits within one's 'prescribed interests' so that one might begin to consider that it is possible to broaden one's perspective and interest for one's own actual benefit.

Not only was it a process to get to see the value of self education, but also to sort out my value system overall, in terms of what I use, what I wear, what I do, what I buy, and looking at, is it benefitting me or not? Because if I was still attached to the ideas that I was in the past where for example what I would choose to wear was more based on fashion/style/look/imagination than actual practicality or whether an item was properly designed to physically support my body, then I wouldn't even be open to wearing properly fitting shoes, because they didn't fit in with 'what I liked'. For example, I can remember seeing here and there some shoes that had a wider toe and thinking that they looked terrible ad I wouldn't be caught dead wearing something like that. So that shows how our value system can be so backward where I was actually valuing things that are harmful to me, like seeing high-heeled pointy-toed shoes as really cool for example, and rejecting the more properly designed shoe that would have been supportive!

In essence, this is how we abuse ourselves and our bodies for fashion, for an image, an idea, that has grave consequences for our lives and livelihood. We have some reason, excuse, justification in our mind as to why we simply aren't/won't just do what is best for our body. We lie to ourselves that we're not really doing any harm, and it can seem that way because effects are accumulative and take time to show and progress so gradually.

So within this, you can see how it's actually our responsibility as individuals to sort out our own value systems. To question that which is presented to us as a 'positive' thing to see whether it really is so in reality. The products that are available to us are the result of our own value systems and what we accept and allow. If we want to see a change we have to become that change and find the solutions ourselves, because it is not going to be done for us.

This is where the process of self-forgiveness has come in very handy, to sort out my value system to see where I am placing my value in that which is harmful and correcting that to instead valuing what is actually supportive, and I'll continue more on that n the next post.

Day 219: Is Your Identity Bought?

I recently participated in a google hangout on Shopping Addiction that was really cool and here is a link to it so you can watch it: How To Tell if You Are A Shopaholic?

In this discussion a very cool point was brought up by Anna in relation to shopping addiction and one of the reasons behind why we would shop and buy things we don't necessarily need. This was the point of buying an 'identity' for yourself, or 'upgrading' oneself by buying new things and feeling like they are somehow going to make you better, like a better version of yourself, in a way. And I could really directly relate to that point as well, as that was also the primary point I found within myself, driving me to go shopping and buy things I didn't necessarily need.

We didn't get to open that point up in the hangout in the time that we had, so I'm opening it up within this post to look at this point in more detail, as I'm sure that there are many out there who would also share this same point, as it's really the foundation of the consumerism we've become on a large collective scale. Because it's easy to see that happening from a distance, in a way, like it's easy to see how as a whole we are consuming way more than we need, yet it's quite another thing to actually find the points within oneself, that is leading to this behavior on an individual level.

So, I did indeed find this very point within myself when I started investigating this point for myself of what is what that I was looking to gain from shopping. It's like I wanted to buy something that would make me feel better, like I am better or my life is better in some way because I have bought and acquired something that is going to improve me in some way, which when you look at it, all sounds really bizarre, doesn't it? Like how can a thing, actually make me or my life better? How can some object actually make me a better person or change who I am? Like, if I have this thing, then that means that I am somehow a better person, more effective, more attractive, more in-style, and basically have more/higher 'status'.

But what I had to realize is that no matter what I bought or possessed, it never did actually change me, as who I am. I was still always the same. And once that item wore out or broke, then I would feel depleted in some way, like I lost whatever I thought that item was giving me, because I'd used it to define myself and who I am.

So it's like, I made myself a slave to objects, in a way, because who I am would change in relation to what objects/possessions I would have, or wouldn't have. Where if I lacked possessions, or if what I had like for example with clothing, if the clothes that I had weren't in style, then I felt less and inferior and like society is going to judge me and see me as less/having less status.

And all of this is really bizarre, when you consider how there are places in the world where this definition according to what you have just cannot exist, in places that are poor and therefore less commercialized, where it's simply not possible to buy new/modern/in style products because they don't exist, and so you can't form an identity/self definition based on clothing and accessories.

When you place all this into perspective, and really get to see how we believe that we are somehow 'improved' or more 'superior' based on such things, you really see just how strange that is, like we are dressing up for a costume show and pretending we really are the character we're dressing up as, and like life is our personal movie and we are the star of the show. But once you can distinguish between the actual personal and the fake cover-up, it really is strange to see what we believe and have given power to have an affect on us. It's almost like the clothes are wearing the human, and the human is just acting out the role they've selected according to the style they've chosen. Very strange stuff.

Because I also noticed how with wearing different clothes and accessories, I would actually experience myself differently, and even act differently, based on what kind of clothes I was wearing, as if the clothes/outfit somehow gave me 'permission' to play a certain role. Like dressing 'sexy' for example. An interesting experiment would be to see if/how you change when wearing different clothes/accessories, to see how one has defined oneself according to what one wears, and to consider what if you didn't have those things to define yourself, who would you be?

Through uncovering these points for myself, I have been able to stop defining myself according to what I have, and therefore to no longer be, in effect, mind/behavior controlled according to what I have/don't have, so that who I am no longer changes without my direction according to my possessions, and through this building a me that is constant and stable and not requiring products to have a sense of self-worth or self-esteem, because it's ideas like that, where we believe that we need things outside of ourself to complete us, that really feeds consumerism. For a great documentary series on that, suggest to watch The Century of the Self, which shows the history of advertisement and how it was deliberately created in order to give individuals that very idea that you require some product to fulfill or enhance you as a person and that products can change the way you feel and experience yourself, and so this idea did not even come from ourselves, but has been impulsed through media until we took it on as our own self-belief.

Day 215: Happy Who-lidays? The Santa Story Complicit in the Abuse of the World

Here we are coming up on yet another Christmas holiday and something quite profound has just struck me in regards to this generational tradition. Now, I was recently watching a video about fast food, in which it was mentioned that Ronald McDonald is most recognized by children second only to Santa Claus. I believe it was in this video here: The Dark Side of Fast Food: Why Does It Make You Sick / Fat / Tired / Taste So Good (2001) which was very eye-opening and informative on the fast food industry and it's impacts and so I suggest to watch it, however in this blog we're talking about Santa Claus, and this interesting fact, that Santa Claus is the most recognizable fictional character by children.

What this shows is just how pervasive the Santa Claus story is. Meaning, that many, many, many of us are raised with this story. The story of Santa Claus and how on he manages to deliver presents to all children. Well, just those who have been nice, and not those who have been 'naughty'. What shocked me about this is that in a world where billions are living in poverty and most assuredly do not get any kinds of presents at any time of the year, let alone have their basic needs met, what are we doing giving children the extremely false idea that apparently everyone is going to be taken care of, and if you aren't, it's because you were naughty.

I remember myself as a child, thinking, 'man that is so cool' because it makes sense that everybody should be enjoying themselves and be taken care of. But, the reality is anything but that. And more and more of us are feeling that reality as it becomes harder and harder to make a living and pay all the bills, let alone have enough for gifts.

It truly is an elitist holiday, as only those who are lucky enough to have 'extra money' can participate, and those who don't are just out of luck, and have to watch everyone else being jolly and giving gifts, while feeling bad that they can't give the gift they'd like to, because that is a big part of what Christmas has become, proving to our family how much we love them by buying them stuff. And this is no joke, we will experience these things, I know because I went through it myself in a rough year where I had no money for gifts and I felt horrified because I couldn't participate in the gift giving like everyone else, and I dreaded what others would think of me when I would receive a gift from them but they would get none from me in return. I feared that they would be disappointed, like they missed out on an opportunity to have received a free thing, because really that is what Christmas has become about. And that they would think less of me because they had given me a gift but got nothing in return, and I mean, we will think/say these things. And all of this is really petty when we look at what is really going on in the world.

There is almost no consideration for the consequences of this holiday, of all the slave labor that goes into massive amounts of products produce just to hopefully be bought as Christmas gifts. And where a lot of the gifts that are given are immediately thrown away because they weren't wanted. Or all the pets given as gifts that end up becoming strays or in shelters, have a look at these articles: No Christmas Puppies, Please! and Many pets given as Christmas gifts end up in shelters, animal advocates say, which shows how an idyllic picture in mind “of floppy-eared puppies peering innocently out of a colorful gift box” meets up with reality, and the cute puppy ends up in a shelter, where many pets are euthanized due to lack of space.

So if the picture of cute puppies in our mind helps us to ignore and not consider the reality of what having a pet and being responsible for another living being entail, then what affect does giving children the impression that we all get presents every year as long as we're 'nice' have, in a world with massive global poverty?

How sinister is it actually to tell such a story, when the reality is that there are children who won't even have anything to eat on Christmas day, there are thousands of children who will in fact die on Christmas day, and if we really cared at Christmas, we would want to know whether all children got a present, whether all children were able to be in a 'Christmas spirit' and enjoying themselves. Wouldn't we be outraged to discover that on Christmas Day, the day in which all children are supposed to get presents, that children who have never done anything to deserve it, are busy starving to death? Wouldn't we care that reality goes entirely against the beautiful, nice picture we're trying to paint? Could we really stomach it, to go on and pretend all this Holiday Cheer and niceness, while allowing such atrocity to be the real reality?

Could you tell the story of Santa Claus to a starving child who is living in abject poverty? Could you tell them a fat man is going to come and give them a present? Would you tell a homeless child on the street that if they are nice Santa will visit their cardboard box? Obviously not, because they are going to see the reality pretty quick. So why do we tell any children this lie at all? Especially when it's the children who are in positions of support who can then grow up thinking that life is good to you if you are good, and if you're poor you must have done something wrong, you must have been 'naughty' or you are 'just lazy'. Who grow up to be the adults who could actually make a difference in this world, whereas those in poverty are stuck in poverty.

What we are teaching our children is to believe in a fairytale nice story and ignore reality, but what this leads to is the problems in our reality are ever increasing, and eventually no one would be able to hide from it in a nice fantasy.

And all this may sound bleak, and that is because the situation is bleak indeed, and yet, all we need to do, it is so simple really, is to face the problems, and sort them out. And then we can live in a world where Christmas is not in reality a dirty lie, a world where all children really are supported, where you really are gifted with a life worth living, where Holiday Cheer is not something that's forced out of habit and fear of not conforming. I mean, it's like we fear more to be different and do something different from the crowd and what everyone else is doing, that we would participate in what we really can't pretend anymore to be a 'positive' thing, as it's become all about consumerism and is one of the most stressful times of the year.

You don't have to be a part of the deception. One by one we can set ourselves free by living the example that you don't have to go along with this mass illusion, and become an individual that shows that it really is ok to stick to reality, it really is ok to not have to exchange gifts and find a gift for everyone, it really is ok to let go of a fairytale, so that we can get down to earth and focus on making reality what it should be: A Joy for All Any Time of the Year.

The Living Income Guaranteed is THE Gift to give ourselves, as an act of real caring, to show that we are beings that don't just believe in fantasy utopian stories, but actually care to make reality match up to the principles we pay lip service to, and make sure that no child has to suffer at Christmas time again, to put in place the support that would make sure that all children actually could have a Merry Christmas.

Day 130: Validation Character: Fear Dimension (Part 4)

Investigate Equal Money

This post is a continuation to:
Day 129: Validation Character: Fear Dimension (Part 3)

In this post, we’re continuing from where we left off in the last post, with now walking Self Commitment Statements in relation to the Self Forgiveness specifically on the Fear Dimension that I wrote out in the previous two posts.

Fear Dimension: Self-Commitment Statements:
I commit myself to assisting and supporting myself to see that I can no longer accept and allow myself to give in to these points of temptation and to put my Wants before my Responsibilities, as this not only creates consequence in my world/reality, but in the entire/greater world/reality as the example that I am living within putting my Wants before my Responsibilities, is saying to all to go ahead and do the same, and ignore the consequence we’re creating for ourselves and all of life. And so I commit myself to showing how putting our Wants before our Responsibilities is creating the consequence in this world that we are facing and that by ensuring that I tend to my responsibilities First, and then to my preferences, is what will manifest a world that is without unnecessary consequence.

I commit myself to assist and support myself to no longer accept the fear of ‘missing out’ to drive me and determine my actions and what it is that I do/don’t do in this world/reality, specifically in steering me away from taking care of my practical responsibilities, as I see, realize and understand that I am in fact not ‘missing out’ on anything that is real or relevant to my situation/reality that I’m facing at the moment, but that I am in fact missing out on life, by giving up on opportunities to be here and move myself in self-direction and self-will to do what is required to be done here to clean up the mess we’ve made as the responsibilities that we’ve disregarded for so long, because we’ve put our Wants before our Responsibilities.

I commit myself to stop as if I am still a child where I have no responsibilities or considerations and only seek my own entertainment, to stop essentially throwing tantrums within myself toward what is here as my responsibilities, and thus I commit myself to stop participating in alternate realities in my mind as ‘positive experiences’ which are really just illusions in my mind, and not relevant to actual reality as what I face here in the moment, and that the positive experience I’m desiring/wanting/following can’t actually be real if it is in separation from reality and making sure that we clean up our mess here in reality, and thus where such positivity is actually coming at the cost of life as I busy myself with seeking positive experiences instead of tending to my responsibilities here.

I commit myself to assist and support myself to prioritize my responsibilities and preferences and putting my responsibilities first before my preferences, and taking care of what is here before me to be done, to get down to real living, and not just living chasing some ‘positive fantasies’ in my mind that seek to distract me from my responsibilities at hand, further postponing and creating consequence, as I see, realize and understand that it’s time for me to take on my responsibilities, and for all of humanity to stop participating in this Consumerism Brainwashing of only considering ‘what I Want’ and ignoring our Responsibility, so that we can rather align ourselves to living in a way that we do not allow a Personality/Character to get in the way of our Practical Responsibilities here, and so get in the way of ourselves Really Living and Expressing ourselves here, and creating a world where all life a fulfilled and dignified Life, where life is Cared for as we Care for our Responsibilities.

As I see, realize and understand that when we are standing here as Beings that Take Care and tend to that which is Important and do not postpone but get to it Immediately, that we then prevent unnecessary consequence from manifesting, as what has essentially happened and been happening as we’ve been living as chasing Positivity in the Mind, and never considering the deliberate Consequences we’re manifesting here as a result of not being here in each moment and living fully, but being in our Mind following images and energy-experiences.

And thus, I commit myself to focus on the Responsibilities at hand, which is firstly to sort myself out and all the ways that I live as self interest, and align myself with the principles of what is best for all, and to stand as an example in how to manifest the best possible world which is far beyond what we are living as now, and supporting the development and implementation of an Equal Money System, through which we’ll change the world on the greater scale through implementing a system where the starting point is Consideration and Care for All Life, to establish a ‘Positive’ Experience on Earth In Fact as an actual Reality, as manifesting Heaven on Earth, and get out of the ‘Positive’ Fantasy in one’s Mind based on Energetic-Experiences, so that we stop seeking ‘happy’ experiences at the expense of Life, but rather manifest a Reality where Life is Fun in Fact for all beings.

Day 66: Self Forgiveness on the ‘I Hate Work’ Character

Featured Art by Damian Ledesma

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I am actually accepting how ‘work’ currently exists as where work has become something that is ‘forced’ by living as that relationship to work within/as myself as how I approach/see/perceive work to be, and thus not considering that it could be another way.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the key to transforming how ‘work’ currently exists is through transform my relationship to/toward work, as it is my acceptance and allowance of the belief that I don’t want to ‘work’ as actually doing things in this reality, that ensures that ‘work’ will remain forced, as I have not stood up from within and as this relationship to show to myself that I do not in fact require to be forced to actually move myself to do something in this world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that work exists as forced because I do not move myself and I only move when there is the motivation that I've accepted and programmed myself to 'require' before I will move myself, such as force or reward, according to how I have allowed myself to be programmed within beliefs of what 'I don’t want to do’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that this ‘not wanting to work’ actually supports consumerism within where I will rather want to just buy things to try to get out of doing labor myself, even though I still have to labor to make the money to buy things.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that who I am is ‘not wanting to work’, within this not realizing how I am actually compromising myself within developing the habit as a physical resistance to moving myself within this physical reality, where the more I participate in the thoughts and beliefs that ‘I don’t want to work’ and that ‘I want to do as little effort as possible’ the more resistance I build within myself within my physical where I will actually feel/experience an actual physical resistance to moving myself, where it will feel like my body doesn’t want to move, where my body will feel tired and lethargic at the mere thought of doing something which I’ve defined as ‘something I must/am forced to do’, and thus, within this literally programming myself as my physical to have more and more difficulty moving and doing anything that requires any effort, and thus when I encounter something that I have defined as what I would like to do, I will find a difficulty even in doing that, as I have programmed my physical to avoid labor and effort of any sort.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see ‘work’ as something I ‘must do’, and to live this belief within acting/speaking in ways to avoid ‘work’, where I am actually trying to avoid the experience I have programed myself to have, which is to have a negative reaction to that which require effort, wherein I will feel tired and lethargic and depressed and like I will ‘sink down’ within myself and my physical will actually feel heavy and difficult to move, when if I have created this reaction, then the solution is to obviously see/investigate exactly how I’ve created this reaction so that I can assist and support myself to deprogram this reaction, which will be me setting myself free from my own imposed limitations, with the result that I’ll no longer experience resistance toward work/effort, and thus will be able to move effectively in my world and actually expand myself and my ability beyond what I’ve ever imagined.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as a society where ‘what we do’ is not an equal and one expression of who we are, and thus where what we do is in total separation from the context of reality, where much of the work/labor that is done is done for the sake of profit – for a few to make money – and not because it is an actual expression of who we are as human beings in this physical reality, on this earth with everything that is here as nature and the animals.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that I came into this world ready to learn and express, but that I was immediately trained for how to work within the current system, which does not regard life or function in ways that is best for life, and thus the belief that who I am is ‘not wanting to work’ is only a belief and not actually who I am, as I had to learn to accept it as ‘who I am’ and had to learn how to live it, within learning the behaviors/mannerisms/words one speaks and acts out, within and as this character of ‘I hate work’ from the examples around me, and thus it is simply a character suit that I’ve put on and live as the actor in the play of ‘I hate work’ and thus is not who I actually am, because I am able to take the suit off, as it is I that decide ‘who I am’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I must transform myself as my relationship to work/labor to be/become actual self expression of myself within the context of who I am as a physical being that is equal and one with the whole of existence, and thus must investigate and get to know myself intimately to see where/how I am living this character in my daily life, so that I can apply self forgiveness and corrective application to actually change who I am in the moment where I no longer live as the character of ‘I hate work’, but live here as the Real Character which is the flesh as the physical human body that is made of Substance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider why am I separated from 'work' in where I experience work as something I don’t want to do and will find any reason to ‘get out of’ – where in the context of what’s here that’s necessary to be done, what does it matter what it is that you’re doing from a personal perspective. Because if you let the world and your life with it go to shit because what was required to be done you just didn’t feel like doing it, well how stupid is that?

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that I can become one and equal to the job in standing up to take responsibility for the point instead of remaining in the position of a victim to the system.

Day 52: Character Deconstruction: The ‘I’m too fat’ Character

Most of my life I did not have any fat. I believed it wasn’t possible for me to get fat, that I had a ‘high metabolism’ that no matter how much I ate, and sometimes I ate a lot, I would never get fat. Then, in my late twenties, I started to put on some fat, and this was quite a surprise, because I’d never really had any fat before, I’d always been really lean, and was even so skinny when I was younger that I was sometimes suspected of being anorexic, but I wasn’t.

So for most of my life, I didn’t have to face what some do, which is the experience of having fat in the current state of elite societies, which judges ‘fat’ extensively. There are some societies which have the opposite judgment, where ‘fat’ is preferred for females, as a status symbol of a male’s successful ability to provide for his woman.

‘Being fat’ is portrayed as negative/bad/unappealing in most forms of media, and ‘being thin’ as positive, and this is a reflection of the judgment we allow to exist within ourselves, as it’s we as individuals that live as this judgment, within accepting and allowing ourselves to exist as the belief and perception that ‘skinny’ is ‘good’ and ‘fat’ is ‘bad.

What we forget is that when we first came into this world, we did not have negative or positive attachments to body sizes. We actually learn to judge ourselves through the examples all around us in our lives as our parents, friends, adults, tv, movies, books, magazines, etc. We accept and validate this system of judgment because we look and see that others will in fact judge you negatively for being fat, and judge you positively for being thin, and thus we believe the judgment to be real, not considering that it’s as real as we make, that we are literally the creators of it as we live it within our actions and our words to/toward one another. But if we all stopped participating in it, it would simply not exist, and thus you can see that it’s just a fabrication that exists within the mind. So why would we participate in something that’s not even real and through which we abuse ourselves and each other and the entire world.

I would imagine if I was fat/put myself in those shoes and consider how I’d feel/experience myself and then I ‘felt bad’ for those who are ‘fat’ because I’d be picturing in my mind how they must be ridiculed/treated by others, and within this, formed a relationship to being fat as fearing to become fat for how others would treat me or not treat me, not realizing that this was actually my own self judgment, wherein I was accepting and validating this system of judgment by accepting it within myself as valid and real.

I forgive myself that I have not realized that within believing/fearing that ‘others’ will judge, that I was actually validating that entire system of judgment within myself, as I was not standing as the example that systems of judgment are not real, it is just a value system made up within the mind, with no purpose but to separate ourselves from another aspect of ourselves.

I commit myself to realize that all judgment is self judgment, as we as individuals must actually participate/believe in/validate the judgment within ourselves and live it out and act as it, for it to actually ‘exist’, and thus all judgment starts with self, and therefore must end with self, as self is the creator, self must stop creating and being the source of judgment.

Then I developed a relationship in separation to those who are ‘fat’ where I feared that they would judge/hate/be spiteful toward me out of jealousy for me not being fat.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to develop a relationship toward those who are ‘fat’ in fearing that they’ll judge me, not realizing that this is my own acceptance and allowance of judgment.

I commit myself to stopping the fear of ‘others will judge me’ within the realization that I must stand as the example myself the judgment is not real by living free of judgment myself.

So when I put some fat on, I then got to experience the other side of the polarity, to see how I experienced myself, how my relationship to myself changed, where I would feel depressed in looking at my body, where I used to feel ‘positive’ about it – which shows the nature of polarity and the consequence of participating in and as it, where to participate in the positive, you’re also manifesting the negative, and when you find yourself on the negative side of the polarity, you realize just what you’ve created by participating in the positive. The kind of thoughts I had changed from positive about myself to negative, my perception and interaction with others changed where I would constantly fear they were looking at me or think they were having thoughts about me and my weight, and I experienced resistance to go in public and be seen by others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider what I’m manifesting as the negative side of a polarity when I participate in the positive side of the polarity, until I actually found myself on the negative side.

I commit myself to stop all participation in polarity within the realization that to participate in one side creates the other, and thus even if I am only experiencing the positive side, someone else is experiencing the negative side that I am creating, and that I would not want to experience myself on the negative side of what I’m creating.

Nowhere in any of this is there actual consideration of the physical. Or what size is appropriate/effective for a particular individual considering all physical influencing factors.
What we support by living as this system of judgment is all the abuse that occurs to the physical as the abuse that is done within all the attempts by individuals to fit into the ‘right picture’ to be on the ‘winning side’ of the polarity where one will be Rewarded within how others treat them and behave toward them. This is how we manipulate each other to fit the picture we have in our minds, while not even considering that suffering this cause, and that its only purpose is to serve consumerism. Extensive profits are made from those that seek ways to lose weight. And without and actual effective understanding of how the physical human body operates and what is effective nutrition, and what is an effective state for one’s particular body, much self-abuse and harm to one’s physical is done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to instead of exploring the difference in individual’s body sizes/compositions to understand it as understanding a part of ourselves as this reality and how it exists/functions, turn it into a competition/battle/war within ourselves and without.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate and exist as the system of judgment toward one’s human physical body based on pictures to which we’ve assigned values to in separation of/from our physical within our mind, values which are not real or relevant in any way to actual physical reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by participating in and existing as the system of judgment based on ‘fat’ vs ‘skinny’ that I am accepting/allowing/supporting the abuse that happens to not only individuals but to the world as a whole as nature and the animals, which provide the resources as substance which is utilized within/by consumerism to feed the desire of those who seek to look like the ‘good picture’ to be on the positive side of the polarity.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that what one’s body looks like, has nothing to do with its physical functioning, as it’s just a picture I see with my human physical eyes, which I’ve assigned a value to within my mind, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not real.

I commit myself to approach what is here as physical forms in this reality in exploring what is here to get an understanding of physical reality, without judgment or turning it into a polarity battle of competition and comparison based on made-up values in the mind.

I commit myself to no longer participate in and exist as a system of judgment toward the human physical body based on pictures, which are not real or relevant to actual physical reality.

I commit myself to stop participating in and existing as the system of judgment based on ‘fat’ vs ‘skinny’ because I realize that to do so I am accepting/allowing/supporting the abuse that happens as what individuals do to themselves due to their participation in living as the system of judgment of ‘fat’ is ‘bad’ and ‘skinny’ is ‘good’, and the abuse that is done to the earth, animals, nature, as the resources consumed by those individuals seeking to be on the ‘good side’ of the polarity.

I commit myself to realizing that what my/one’s body looks like has nothing to do with its physical functioning and is just a picture that I’ve assigned values to in my mind, values that don’t benefit life but harm life, thus I commit myself to living as a being that values life as life itself not judging/evaluating what is here as the physical manifestations/forms in this existence according to pictures in my mind that aren’t actually real but are just images, as Life is Not an Image.
