Day 107: Blame Character – Commitment Statements
I commit myself to assist and support me to, when and as I see myself waiting to stop blame within the belief that I don’t have a choice to stop blaming, to stop participation in the belief, as I realize that I do have a choice as I am the one that has made the choice to participate in blame in the first place, and thus the only thing I am waiting for is myself, to stop participation in blame for any reason/justification/excuse.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself believing that I cannot stop blaming another/that I must blame them/that it makes sense to blame them because of the circumstances, stop and breathe, and remind myself that I am using the circumstances as the excuse/justification/reason to participate in and go into a reaction of blame and that I am actually the one deciding to go into a reaction of blame as it’s the pattern of behavior I’ve established within myself in response to certain circumstances/situations, and so I walk myself out of that pattern of behavior by becoming the directive principle in each and every moment in no longer justifying blame as being caused by something outside/separate from myself, taking self responsibility and stopping the pattern.
I commit myself to walking through this character of blame and all its dimensions to assist and support myself to stop participation in and existing as this character, to no longer allow myself to go into a reaction of blame towards another, and forming a relationship toward them in separation, so I can rather stand as stability equal and one with the physical here, and open up the opportunity to understand what was actually going on in the circumstances and understand the other being, and not be directed and controlled by a reaction which only leads to consequence that is of no benefit.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself accepting blame as a ‘normal’ experience/reaction to be in/as, stop and breathe, remind myself that any reaction that comes up within me is not self directed, and thus to be investigated and not participated in as it is a pattern in separation of myself that I have not created in awareness.
I commit myself to showing and exposing the consequences of blame and how it is a massive part of the problem that keeps us from investigating ourselves and correcting our own individual natures because we’re instead busy pointing a finger at another.
I commit myself to assist and support myself to when and as I see myself going into the fear that another is doing something deliberately to harm/spite/take advantage of me, stop and breathe, as I realize that it is only a fear and that that fear is not real and that I do not in fact actually know what was actually going on or why another acted in the way they did, and so open up the opportunity to actually find out what went on in reality, instead of going into a reaction of taking it personally and within doing so, separating myself completely from reality.
I commit myself to when and as I see a thought come up in my mind as how things ‘would have gone’ if that person hadn’t done what they did or had acted in some other way, stop, breathe, and do not allow myself to believe in the picture that I see in my mind, as I realize it’s simply a picture in my mind, that would be the trigger to activate the character of blame to take-over, and take me into the possession of living/existing as the character of blame.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself about to play/playing out scenes in my imagination, to stop, breathe, bring myself to back here and stabilize myself in reality, and not go into my mind as my imagination into imagining scenarios where I see the other person as spiting me deliberately, as I realize that this imaging only fuels the fire for mind to get energy from my participation in/as the blame character.
I commit myself to when and as I see myself participating/going into internal conversations/backchat within myself, to stop and breathe, and not participate in the backchat, as I realize that the purpose of going into the backchat is only to further talk myself into participation in/as the blame character, so that the mind can feed off the energy that I generate while participating in/as this character, and thus I stop so I can become the directive principle and no linger give away my self direction and responsibility to the mind to control and direct who I am and how I behave, so that I can stand stable and constant as who I am no matter what situation/circumstance may come up, and to stop creating consequence and rather walk the correction, to be able to stand and direct situations into solutions that are best for all.

Day 97: The My Way Character – Self Forgiveness Statements
![]() |
| Featured Artwork by Matti Freeman |
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as the My Way character where I hold onto beliefs and ideas of what I want/need/desire to happen, as a picture/image/idea of how I’d like things to go, that I feel justified in because of the various reasons that I believe I need/require reality to go according to the picture in my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by participating in the My Way character that I am responsible for this world existing within competition and self interest, as that is what I am participating in myself, when living as the My Way character, in holding on to how ‘I want things to go’, in total disregard for what would be best for everyone in a given situation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the belief that I hold in the idea of which way is best for me as how I apparently need/want/require reality to go in order to have the best outcome for me, is actually just a belief and thus not based in reality, as I have not made sure or checked that ‘my way’ is actually aligned with what would actually be what is best for me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that within living as the My Way character, I am essentially saying ‘I want you to consider My Way’ and within this not considering the other person at all, and thus I am actually the one that is being spiteful within expecting the other to consider My Way when I am not even doing the same for them as I am not considering them at all, but only what I think is best for myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by holding onto and fighting for and defending My Way that I am actually disregarding everyone and everything else, and thus putting everyone and everything else in the very position of having to ‘fend for themselves’ because I am not considering them, and thus I am further perpetuating the endless cycles of competition against one another that we have always been existing as.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that there is no ‘My Way’ as what is best for me that is separate from what is best for All, as the only way to ensure that I have the best life is to ensure that All Everywhere have the best life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the simple solution of considering all equally is what will lead to a world that is best for all including myself, as it is all of us collectively living as individual points in competition with one another and holding onto ideas of ‘My Way’ as how ‘I want things to go for me’ and not considering if what it is that we are wanting/fighting for/defending is what is causing the very problem in the first place, where we’ve accepted reality as one in which we must fight to get ‘our way’ instead of creating a reality in which we’re all supported effectively from the get-go, where then there would be no one to fight or compete against, as we’d all be taken care of.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I must become the solution of living as the example of considering all equally, and stop only considering a ‘My Way’ that is separate from the consideration of all, in order to end this situation of having to ‘look out for ourselves’ when we’re really only looking out for ourselves from each other, which doesn’t make any sense, as we can simply agree to work together in creating a life that is best for all, instead of accepting a world where we must compete, when we have every capability to provide every single being with what is needed to have a dignified life here.

Day 94: I Can’t Afford It: Commitment Statements
I commit myself to stop all points where I take an experience personally where I form and participate in an internal experience within myself, as that removes me from reality and from doing anything about reality and traps me in a pointless internal experience, that ensures that I become so hopelessly lost in thoughts/feelings/emotions toward something that I do nothing at all in actual reality, except harm my physical body which suffers the consequence of participation in energy generation utilizing its physical resources, so that I can stick to the facts as what is taking place in actual reality and find solutions that actually will lead to a more effective reality that is best for all, which would be a reality where everyone has access to what they require to live effectively.
I commit myself to realizing that the concept/notion/idea that I have ‘failed as a person’ because I am not able to afford everything I require, is a concept proliferated so that I will go into blame toward myself for my situation, and never consider/realize/look at the system where I would see that it is actually designed to not support everyone, as capitalism requires that many fail in order for a few to make profit, and thus as long as I am participating in a personal experience, I am thus fallen in the trap of a personal experience, instead of accepting what is here, meaning to stop creating conflict within myself toward the situation the currently exists, and to consider what options are actually available to me, and what actions I can take, and then actually taking what actions I can that will lead to real change, so that I have transformed myself from doing that which leads to no change, to doing that which leads to change, and thus taken a pro-active stance within no longer taking it personally, but taking self response-ability and working toward a solution.
I commit myself to exposing/showing exactly what is going on in this world, as I realize that is the only and the best way that we can sort out this world as this mess that we’ve created/are creating, so that we can actually face what we’re allowing, to be able to get an understanding of the problems and how we create them, to then be able to find solutions and implement them, and then end the abuse that we were fearing to expose in the first place.
I commit myself to not waiting for some event/situation to take place in my direct world/reality before I will even consider the abuse that is taking place, but to take a pro-active stance to educate myself and get to know my world and reality and what exactly is going on so that I can ensure that we’re manifesting a reality that is the best possible for all life, which I cannot do if I do not understand how and what I/we as humanity create here.
I commit myself to showing that we do realize the abuse that we’re creating in the world and that it is our responsibility to stop it because we are the ones allowing it and it’s those of us that is supported by the system that must take action, as we’ve allowed the majority to become enslaved to such an extent that they are not even able to take action as they are too busy with merely trying to survive from one moment to the next.
I commit myself to living the example of not taking it personally according to an idea of ‘status’ or ‘self worth’ that is based on how much money one makes/has, as all are equal in worth as life, and none is more or less than another, as we are all equally here. Within this, I commit myself to exposing how within the current system everyone does not start out on a level playing field, nor is the field at any time level, and where if you are born in lack you are almost 100% guaranteed that you will never get much beyond where you already are, and thus where you’re born largely determine what opportunities/chance one has to have a dignified life where one has adequate access to one’s needs, and thus I commit myself to living as a being with real integrity, respect, and honor for life by doing whatever it takes to stop the system which abuse life for profit and establish a system in which all can have a dignified life.

Day 93: I Can’t Afford It - Self Forgiveness
![]() |
| Featured Artwork by Matti Freeman |
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make ‘not being able to afford something’ into a personal experience, wherein I’d experience anxiety at the thought of having to explain that I cannot afford something, instead of simply communicating the point that I cannot afford it, without any energy behind it, just as a simple statement of the facts.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think/perceive that I’m doing/have done something wrong within not being able to pay, or that I have failed as a person to do what one is expected/supposed to do which is to earn a sufficient living within the system, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take it personally as a reflection on myself of my self worth/value/effectiveness as a human being in this reality, not realizing/seeing/understanding that the current system does not allow everyone to earn a sufficient living, and thus to blame myself as an individual is ignoring the fact that it is each individual collectively that has/is agreeing upon the current system to not effectively support everyone, and thus it is not to ‘get lost’ within taking it personal and creating and going into a personal experience about it, but to rather come to understand how it is I am responsible for accepting and allowing the current system to exist as it does, and to find and implement solutions, such as exposing the ineffectiveness of the current system and the consequences of accepting and allowing it, so that all can see the common sense in rather implementing a system which supports everyone, as the Equal Money System does, so that we can stop manifesting these consequences and life can actually be able to be enjoyed by all, with none left deliberately unsupported to suffer for the sake of a few to make a profit off of the rest.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear/resist exposing what is actually going on within the world, within the system we’re currently accepting and allowing, as it’s been humanity giving in to that fear/resistance that has kept us from really facing what it is we’re actually busy allowing, and to then take action to change our reality to one that is actually beneficial to life, rather than destroying life for profit and greed toward the end of destroying ourselves and our entire home here as earth, the animals, nature.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to only wait for some situation to arise where for example someone can’t afford the necessary healthcare, before I even consider or think about the suffering that’s going on in this world, because it’s not happening to me, and thus I can ignore it, and then when the situation is over, to go back to my life of comfort, making excuses in my mind as to why I need not concern myself with the plight of this world, as if the world is something separate from me, and not considering that I am actually responsible for the suffering taking place, as I am benefitting from the current system, while accepting the fact that it’s not supporting everyone, and thus it’s my responsibility to stand up and say this is unacceptable, within the realization that I would not want to be one of those who are suffering while others are living comfortably and accepting my suffering, when we could actually all be supported equally so that no suffering happens.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear and resist creating ‘awkward’ situations, where reality is exposed, not realizing that that experience of awkwardness, is because we realize that we are actually responsible for the suffering that’s taking place while we do nothing about it, and thus why we feel suddenly anxious/nervous, because the truth of ourselves is being exposed and can no longer be denied, of what we’re allowing to take place in the world.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as a society in which we make it personal, where we act as though if you haven’t ‘made it’ and ‘found your own way’ in the system, that this is because you have failed as a person, deliberately ignoring the blatant fact that not all start in the same conditions, that what situation you are born into practically determines what kind of a life you will have or won’t have, in terms of how supported you’ll be and whether you’ll have a dignified life or not, and deliberately ignoring that all have an equal right to a dignified life, and thus we should have a system that reflect that, and gives all a dignified life, which would reflect that we are actually beings of integrity, respect and honor toward ourselves and each other as life.

Day 77: The ‘I Can Do This’ Character
The 'I Can Do It' Character comes up when activated by the thought as a picture of me
failing, where for example, I am about to attempt something like a new job, and
the picture comes up of me in the job and failing at it, and thus I then
experience the fear of that I cannot do this, where the backchat comes up of
‘oh god, what if I can’t do this?’ this is when the ‘I Can Do This’ character
becomes activated, wherein I’m trying to cover up and deny that I am
experiencing the fear of failure and that I have accepted and validated the
picture of myself failing as real, and instead of realizing that I have simply
believed in a picture that isn’t real, and thus can simply stop believing in/validating
it, I rather create a new character to super-impose on top of the fear
experience so that I can suppress the fear experience as how I’m actually
experiencing myself and pretend to myself that that is not how I am actually
experiencing myself, by deciding that how I’m going to experience myself is
‘believing that I Can do it’, yet not realizing that this belief and this
character are just as fake as the initial thought and fear that triggered me to
create and participate in this character.
When I faced the point of doing a job I’d
never done before, and the picture of me failing came up, I created this character because I did not want to accept the picture of me ‘not being able to
do it’, as failure was simply ‘not an option’, because I required a job to be
able to survive. So the creation of this character comes down to the point of
‘survival’, showing how we’ve not actually yet evolved as humanity, because
we’re still allowing ourselves to exist within/as survival as how we view,
perceive, and interact with the world and situations in our environment.
I saw it as I simply could not accept this
picture of me failing, because I needed to succeed in order to ensure my
survival, yet not realizing that what was required then was to simply not
accept the picture as real, and that by creating and superimposing a character
over top of my actual experience, what I was actually doing was distracting me
from actually facing the thought I had accepted, to see that it was in fact not real and only a picture in my mind, and rather focusing on creating and living
as yet another character, as a personality suit of mannerisms & behaviors
that I act as instead of being here as myself.
Then when I live as this character, I’m
putting on a ‘fake air’ of what I can/can’t do only based on an idea and not
actual reality, and this will lead to disappointing results, as
believing/pretending I can do something and actually being able to do it, are
two different things. Thus, I’ll manifest consequences by not living one and
equal as who I am by trying to put on a presentation of what ‘I can do’,
regardless of actual reality, and actually sabotaging myself by setting myself
up for situations where reality is going to clash with the presentation I am trying to uphold, which is completely unnecessary, as I can simply be here as
myself, not requiring to ‘know’ what I can and can’t do as knowledge in my
mind, but rather walk here as a physical being and ‘find out’ what I can do, by
actually participating and moving myself in physical reality, so that I will
actually find out what I really can do, and not be living a pretense.
And
within this realizing that skills and abilities take time as a practical
process walked in the physical to develop such skill/ability, and thus further
evidence it really doesn’t work to pretend and put on a character seeking to
convince that we can do something, when we’re really just trying to convince
ourself, because we already realize that we have not made such an ability a
reality yet, and thus can only ‘convince’ ourself that it is reality, within
this deluding ourself by taking ourself into an alternate reality in the mind.
Self Forgiveness on the "I Can Do It" character will be

Day 75: Self forgiveness on the ‘I Don’t Know How/What to Write’ Character
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe in the thought that comes up as the picture of me
failing to write something effectively and having a negative experience toward
that, as real and valid, and within my acceptance of this thought, to allow the
‘I don’t know how/what to write’ character to activate, wherein I become and
live as this character.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that because I have believed in a picture which
isn’t even real, that I have thus removed myself from reality and gone into an
alternate reality in my mind where I’ve created a perception of reality and
then act according to that perception, which I’ve formed from memories of
previous/past experiences that I then use to shape how I see reality, so that I
am seeing pictures created from within my mind, instead of seeing reality
direct here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe that the pictures my mind shows me are real, and not
realize that pictures are just pictures and are never reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that when I believe in the pictures my mind
presents to me as positive/negative perceptions of reality, that I then
effectively enslave myself to pictures, where I then become mind controlled and
want to avoid what I ‘see’ as the negative version of reality, and ‘go toward’
the positive experience, when neither is real but just a picture in my mind.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to what it actually takes to develop the ability to write
effectively on a topic which requires
and understanding of what one is writing about, and that if one’s understanding
is not yet complete, does not mean that one should not write about such
subject, but that within writing about it, one can then see where one’s
understanding is lacking, and can then go and research the point further to get
an effective understanding, and thus writing is/becomes the tool through which
self develops an effective ability to write on a certain topic.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that what’s really going on when I participate in
this character of ‘not knowing how to write’, is that I’m actually accepting myself
to be/remain limited in ensuring that I don’t do that which would actually lead
to me expanding myself in my ability to write about something, by avoiding to
take the necessary steps simply based on trying to avoid the negative
experience presented to me by mind which I’ve accepted as real.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to attach positive and negative feelings toward certain pictures/experiences,
within perceiving ‘failing’ to write something as a ‘negative experience’
wherein I thus experience myself negatively within emotions/feelings such as
anxiety and frustration and feeling ‘under pressure’, and where I view taking
the opposite action within avoiding to write that which I do not already know
how.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe that I need to ‘know how’ to write something before
writing it, within this ignoring the fact that it takes practice and training
to get effective at a particular skill.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to put pressure on my human physical body by participating in
the energetic feelings/emotions in relation to this character, which cause unnecessary
harm to my physical body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to realize that the pictures as thoughts that come up in my mind
can actually be used as the tool to set me free from my enslavement to the
mind, as they are showing me exactly where/how I have separated myself from
myself into preprogrammed systems within my mind that run and direct me through
using pictures/emotions/feelings/images/ memories, to live/act/behave in
specific predetermined ways, so that I can take back my self direction to be a
real being here in actual reality, and not trapped within made-up perceptions
within my mind.
Day 72: Self Forgiveness on the ‘I Don’t Want to Miss-Out’ Character
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in and exist as the character of ‘I Don’t Want to
Miss-Out’, where I manipulate myself with a thought/belief where a though comes
up as a picture of ‘what I’m going to miss’, where in a single moment an entire
scenario flashes in my mind and I immediately believe in that picture-thought,
and because I believe in that thought, all my actions are based on that thought
as how I perceive reality to be, in spite of the actuality of reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe in a picture in my mind, not realizing that it is
only a picture, and thus has no actual relevance to reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to believe in the pictures that come up in my mind to such an
extent that I immediately accept them as valid and then act according to them
as if they are real in fact.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that I am actually just reacting and living
according to pictures in my mind and not actual reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to when seeing the picture in my mind of me participating in a scenario
and ‘having such a good/amazing time’ to immediately believe that this picture
will be the reality I will experience.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to when seeing the picture in my mind of me being disappointed that
I did not ‘act on an opportunity to do something awesome’ and ‘have an awesome
experience’, to immediately believe this picture is valid.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not see/realize/understand how I manipulated myself with
pictures in my mind, by utilizing pictures of scenarios/situations that I have
defined as positive/negative in order to manipulate myself to take certain
action/make certain choices based on fear of loss, wherein I fear that I am
going to ‘lose’ what the positive picture is showing me as having a
‘good/exciting experience’ as the negative picture shows where I am
‘disappointed for ‘missing-out’ on the positive experience I ‘could have had’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in backchat/internal conversations within this
not realizing that I was utilizing conversation with myself in my mind to
manipulate myself and my very behavior as how I live and act and interact with
others in my world and reality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in the backchat of ‘maybe I should go, as I don’t
want to miss out’, within this reaffirming the perception/belief that I would
be ‘missing-out’ on something, within this, feeling like I will actually lose a
part of myself as if an experience would have made me who I am, and thus I
forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself
according to the experiences I have/had, when who I am is here as life which is
not and not determined by or limited to a certain set of experiences to define
it, as all experience is here.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to participate in the backchat of ‘I bet it’s going to be really
fun’ within this trying to convince and talk myself into a certain course of
action/behavior while ignoring the obvious fact that I don’t/can’t actually
know what it’s going to be like/how I’ll actually experience myself, unless I
am actually creating how I will experience myself, as then I’ll know that I will
convince myself and make myself feel like I am having a good time and an
exciting experience, despite the reality of the experience, so that I will feel
justified in my thoughts and backchat, and so that I’ll never realize how I
deceived and manipulated myself so that I may remain a slave to my thoughts
forever.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to go into emotion/feeling reactions of nervousness/anxiety in
reaction to the fear of ‘missing-out’, within this I forgive myself that I have
accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was creating these
emotions/feelings within myself by creating friction towards this point of ‘Do
I want to go or Don’t I? Should or shouldn’t I?, within this pulling myself
back-and-forth between two polarity points, literally playing a game with
myself at the expense of my human physical body generating these
feelings/emotions of anxiety/deparation/nervousness/fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not see that the physical feelings I’d feel in my body
were/are indicating to me what I am/was participating in and the consequences
of such participation in thoughts as self manipulation and separation, wherein
I’d experience feelings such as an anxiety and rush of adrenaline in accordance
with the backchat of ‘I’ve got to make a move now before it’s too late and I miss the opportunity’ where I actually induce a state of
‘rushing’ within my human physical body.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to wreak havoc on my physical human body by participating in the
thoughts/feelings/emotions associated with this character, and to ignore the
stress I put on my human physical body within the obvious signs of what I
actually feel within my body as I participate in this character, as tension in
the shoulders/upper body, jitteriness, tiredness, adrenaline rush, even nausea,
all indicating to me the abuse I am accepting and allowing as consequence in
participating in and existing as the character of ‘I Don’t want to Miss-Out’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and
allowed myself to not realize that in participating in and living as the
character of ‘I Don’t want to Miss-Out’, that I am actually already
missing-out, as I am busy in my mind in thoughts/backchat/feelings/emotions and
thus I am anywhere but here actually living, and thus missing-out on life by
being within my mind.
