Day 54 – The ‘Processed Foods are Bad for You’ Character

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think/believe that processed foods are bad for me, based on the information that I read while doing research into what diet is best for myself as a human being.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I started my research within a starting point of looking for what foods are ‘good’ and what foods are ‘bad’, and that within that starting point, I was already making the judgment/assumption that some foods are ‘good’ and some foods are ‘bad’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by researching from a perspective of looking for ‘what foods are good’ and ‘what foods are bad’, that I would find answers which told me that certain foods are good and certain foods are bad, which would seem to confirm my belief/perception that certain foods are good and certain foods are bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that when I come from a certain ‘point of view’, the information I find will be that which will confirm my point of view, as it is already decided/implied/suggested within the question I have asked and the answer I receive will be equal to my question.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that to do effective real research I must be able to approach all information without a point of view, otherwise that point of view is going to limit/shape/distort my perception of the research I do, as I will be viewing it and comparing it to the picture/idea as expectation I already have in my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was looking at it from the perspective of what foods are ‘good’ and what foods are ‘bad’, partly because I actually wanted it to be that simple, I wanted an easy answer that I could just accept and follow, because polarities are simple in design, it’s either this or that, left or right, right or wrong, good or bad, and no actual investigation or real time discovery is required within that, as the answer is never one that will expand one’s understanding of this world as physical reality, but that rather simply tells one what to do, as ‘don’t do this’ or ‘don’t do that’.

And thus, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that I actually limit myself by believing that I am the voice in my head/the character that says ‘I don’t want to take the time and effort’ to get to know myself and my physical reality, where I thus limit my effectiveness as a real participant in this world, because then all I have is information/knowledge and no practical experience in the physical reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by seeking answers from within/as a preconceived point of view, I am limiting myself by not actively investigating my world and reality within common sense investigation of what is here, and not actually getting to know myself as this physical reality, and instead getting to know only information which I then become and live as, and thus form a character in separation of reality. And thus –

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form myself as the character of ‘processed foods are bad’, within this forming a negative feeling/reaction within myself toward processed foods, and a certain set of backchat to/toward processed food, and if I had to eat processed food, where I would go into thoughts like ‘oh great, I am not going to feel well after eating this’ wherein I am telling my physical to react to this food, and thus I will experience results that seem to confirm my expectation/belief – but that obviously can’t be trusted as I have affected myself through my participation in thoughts which sends a direct message to my body as the mind is literally infused within and as the very flesh of the human physical body.

I commit myself to ensuring that I remove the polarity of ‘good and bad’ within myself, within the realization that such a polarity only serves to keep me limited within a thought construct as a point of view, wherein I am simply passing a judgment on what is here in the physical reality based on information, instead of seeing what is here in the full context of reality so that I can understand how this world as the physical reality and myself as a physical being within physical reality actually operates/functions.

I commit myself to realizing that when I look at information from within a certain point of view, that I cannot trust what I find, as I will see the answer from within my point of view, and thus not as accurate direct feedback of myself, my world and reality.

And thus, I commit myself to removing all points of view within myself, by identifying what I thoughts/memories/beliefs/definitions I have attached to what is here and releasing them through self forgiveness and then walking the correction of simply being here and seeing what is here, without judgments or assumptions, so that I can actually get to know myself as a physical being and this physical reality.

I commit myself to realizing that the answers I get will always be equal to my questions, and thus I must ensure that I am free from the mind’s influence so that I can evaluate all information within common sense, which I commit myself to do through the process of self-writing and self-investigation to uncover to myself where I have allowed myself to be influenced by the mind and self-forgiveness and corrective application to stop my participation in the mind as perceptions through which I view the world through a point of view, so that I can see what is direct here, without being distorted by the mind’s interpretation, based on past experiences/memories.

I commit myself to no longer look for ‘easy answers’ because I realize that there is no ‘easy answer’ that is a real answer, that will expand my understanding of and ability to participate in this physical world and reality.

I commit myself to stop participation in points of view so that I can do real effective research by approaching all information without a point of view that is going to limit/shape/contort what I hear and see, and thus I commit myself to noticing when I am comparing what is here to a point of view in my mind as pictures/ideas/expectations and deleting the point of view, so that I can simply see what is actually here, and not an idea in my mind.

I commit myself to deleting the character of ‘processed foods are bad’, so that I can be sure that I no longer influence my human physical body through participation in a character as thoughts and backchat that will determine how I experience myself and the relationship between my physical body and the food I consume to sustain my human physical body.

Day 53: Sweet Love/Hate Relationship

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form a relationship toward sugar.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as parents that train children to become addicted to sugar/sweets from a very early age, which can have lasting and permanent damaging effects.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my parents for my sugar addiction, when it does not matter how it started as I am here and I am responsible for how I live/what I eat, and I was blaming my parents so that I could use that as an excuse to continue consuming sugar.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to as parents choose the ‘easy way’ of using sugar to control my child’s behavior.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I could just stop consuming sugar, not realizing that the dietary habits I’ve existed as from a young age have become actually programmed into the physical and thus one can cause great harm by making sudden drastic changes without taking the actual state of the physical into consideration.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in believing I should stop eating sugar because it’s ‘bad for you’ is a belief made in separation of the actual state of the physical, as what is best for one to consume depends on the actual state of one’s physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the information and science that I investigate must be put into context of the individual and the state of their physical, otherwise to apply information that is not in context to one’s specific body and it’s specific programming can result in great harm and adverse effects.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept and allow a society and medical system in which an individual’s physical is not fully considered, where individuals are treated ‘in bulk’ according to a symptom that is experienced but not considering all the factors that are taking place in an individual’s specific physical human body, as one’s diet, environment, genetic programming, and who the being is and their relationship to themselves, which has a direct and significant effect on the body.

I commit myself to investigating where and how I’ve formed a relationship toward sugar, to stop separating myself from what is here within judgment, so that I can see what is here for what it is and not colored by a judgment in my mind.

I commit myself to realizing that blame is always me attempting/trying to hide my responsibility from myself, and thus when I find myself blaming I immediately stop and investigate where/how I am responsible so that I can correct myself and live as the example of correction.

I commit myself to not take the ‘easy way’ but to always do what is the best possible action in a given moment.

I commit myself to consider the entire state of the physical and not to impose dietary habits in separation of the actual state of the physical.

I commit myself to not form beliefs according to what is good/bad to eat based in separation of not considering the condition of one’s actual physical body.

I commit myself to make sure I put all information into context of the state of the physical, to ensure that I do not cause unnecessary adverse effects/harm.

I commit myself to showing the common sense of considering the actual state/condition of the physical of a particular individual must be taken into consideration to ensure that no unnecessary/preventable harm is done to any being, and that this should be the standard for all medical practice.

Day 52: Character Deconstruction: The ‘I’m too fat’ Character

Most of my life I did not have any fat. I believed it wasn’t possible for me to get fat, that I had a ‘high metabolism’ that no matter how much I ate, and sometimes I ate a lot, I would never get fat. Then, in my late twenties, I started to put on some fat, and this was quite a surprise, because I’d never really had any fat before, I’d always been really lean, and was even so skinny when I was younger that I was sometimes suspected of being anorexic, but I wasn’t.

So for most of my life, I didn’t have to face what some do, which is the experience of having fat in the current state of elite societies, which judges ‘fat’ extensively. There are some societies which have the opposite judgment, where ‘fat’ is preferred for females, as a status symbol of a male’s successful ability to provide for his woman.

‘Being fat’ is portrayed as negative/bad/unappealing in most forms of media, and ‘being thin’ as positive, and this is a reflection of the judgment we allow to exist within ourselves, as it’s we as individuals that live as this judgment, within accepting and allowing ourselves to exist as the belief and perception that ‘skinny’ is ‘good’ and ‘fat’ is ‘bad.

What we forget is that when we first came into this world, we did not have negative or positive attachments to body sizes. We actually learn to judge ourselves through the examples all around us in our lives as our parents, friends, adults, tv, movies, books, magazines, etc. We accept and validate this system of judgment because we look and see that others will in fact judge you negatively for being fat, and judge you positively for being thin, and thus we believe the judgment to be real, not considering that it’s as real as we make, that we are literally the creators of it as we live it within our actions and our words to/toward one another. But if we all stopped participating in it, it would simply not exist, and thus you can see that it’s just a fabrication that exists within the mind. So why would we participate in something that’s not even real and through which we abuse ourselves and each other and the entire world.

I would imagine if I was fat/put myself in those shoes and consider how I’d feel/experience myself and then I ‘felt bad’ for those who are ‘fat’ because I’d be picturing in my mind how they must be ridiculed/treated by others, and within this, formed a relationship to being fat as fearing to become fat for how others would treat me or not treat me, not realizing that this was actually my own self judgment, wherein I was accepting and validating this system of judgment by accepting it within myself as valid and real.

I forgive myself that I have not realized that within believing/fearing that ‘others’ will judge, that I was actually validating that entire system of judgment within myself, as I was not standing as the example that systems of judgment are not real, it is just a value system made up within the mind, with no purpose but to separate ourselves from another aspect of ourselves.

I commit myself to realize that all judgment is self judgment, as we as individuals must actually participate/believe in/validate the judgment within ourselves and live it out and act as it, for it to actually ‘exist’, and thus all judgment starts with self, and therefore must end with self, as self is the creator, self must stop creating and being the source of judgment.

Then I developed a relationship in separation to those who are ‘fat’ where I feared that they would judge/hate/be spiteful toward me out of jealousy for me not being fat.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to develop a relationship toward those who are ‘fat’ in fearing that they’ll judge me, not realizing that this is my own acceptance and allowance of judgment.

I commit myself to stopping the fear of ‘others will judge me’ within the realization that I must stand as the example myself the judgment is not real by living free of judgment myself.

So when I put some fat on, I then got to experience the other side of the polarity, to see how I experienced myself, how my relationship to myself changed, where I would feel depressed in looking at my body, where I used to feel ‘positive’ about it – which shows the nature of polarity and the consequence of participating in and as it, where to participate in the positive, you’re also manifesting the negative, and when you find yourself on the negative side of the polarity, you realize just what you’ve created by participating in the positive. The kind of thoughts I had changed from positive about myself to negative, my perception and interaction with others changed where I would constantly fear they were looking at me or think they were having thoughts about me and my weight, and I experienced resistance to go in public and be seen by others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider what I’m manifesting as the negative side of a polarity when I participate in the positive side of the polarity, until I actually found myself on the negative side.

I commit myself to stop all participation in polarity within the realization that to participate in one side creates the other, and thus even if I am only experiencing the positive side, someone else is experiencing the negative side that I am creating, and that I would not want to experience myself on the negative side of what I’m creating.

Nowhere in any of this is there actual consideration of the physical. Or what size is appropriate/effective for a particular individual considering all physical influencing factors.
What we support by living as this system of judgment is all the abuse that occurs to the physical as the abuse that is done within all the attempts by individuals to fit into the ‘right picture’ to be on the ‘winning side’ of the polarity where one will be Rewarded within how others treat them and behave toward them. This is how we manipulate each other to fit the picture we have in our minds, while not even considering that suffering this cause, and that its only purpose is to serve consumerism. Extensive profits are made from those that seek ways to lose weight. And without and actual effective understanding of how the physical human body operates and what is effective nutrition, and what is an effective state for one’s particular body, much self-abuse and harm to one’s physical is done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to instead of exploring the difference in individual’s body sizes/compositions to understand it as understanding a part of ourselves as this reality and how it exists/functions, turn it into a competition/battle/war within ourselves and without.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate and exist as the system of judgment toward one’s human physical body based on pictures to which we’ve assigned values to in separation of/from our physical within our mind, values which are not real or relevant in any way to actual physical reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by participating in and existing as the system of judgment based on ‘fat’ vs ‘skinny’ that I am accepting/allowing/supporting the abuse that happens to not only individuals but to the world as a whole as nature and the animals, which provide the resources as substance which is utilized within/by consumerism to feed the desire of those who seek to look like the ‘good picture’ to be on the positive side of the polarity.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that what one’s body looks like, has nothing to do with its physical functioning, as it’s just a picture I see with my human physical eyes, which I’ve assigned a value to within my mind, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not real.

I commit myself to approach what is here as physical forms in this reality in exploring what is here to get an understanding of physical reality, without judgment or turning it into a polarity battle of competition and comparison based on made-up values in the mind.

I commit myself to no longer participate in and exist as a system of judgment toward the human physical body based on pictures, which are not real or relevant to actual physical reality.

I commit myself to stop participating in and existing as the system of judgment based on ‘fat’ vs ‘skinny’ because I realize that to do so I am accepting/allowing/supporting the abuse that happens as what individuals do to themselves due to their participation in living as the system of judgment of ‘fat’ is ‘bad’ and ‘skinny’ is ‘good’, and the abuse that is done to the earth, animals, nature, as the resources consumed by those individuals seeking to be on the ‘good side’ of the polarity.

I commit myself to realizing that what my/one’s body looks like has nothing to do with its physical functioning and is just a picture that I’ve assigned values to in my mind, values that don’t benefit life but harm life, thus I commit myself to living as a being that values life as life itself not judging/evaluating what is here as the physical manifestations/forms in this existence according to pictures in my mind that aren’t actually real but are just images, as Life is Not an Image.

Day 49 - Character Creation - Food, Diet & Nutrition

Here we’ll begin to look at and take apart the characters we’ve formed and lived as in relation to food/diet/nutrition, through which we’ve programmed our bodies to support our desires of the mind to support the current system and consumerism.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize if I can form and train my body in accordance with habits that support consumerism, then I can train my body according to what is best/most effective that causes the least harm and put the least pressure on the environment, nature, the animals.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I cannot trust the feedback that I get from my body as I have trained my body according to my mind, and it is under the control of my mind and thus the feedback will support the mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize how we support each other in developing characters, so that we are actually creating another supporter of the character we are participating in, who will validate us as that character and we will likewise validate them, and within this we'll keep each other locked into characters and not really here living as real beings that exist and live in reality and not as made up characters in our minds.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that any information, diet plan, scientific view points, that focuses on which foods to eat from the perspective of what foods are ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for the body, is missing/neglecting the point that we are able to affect and determine the relationship of our body to food, within the relationships we create, participate, and live as toward food/diet/nutrition/health.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that I have from a very early age been trained/learned to eat as the mind, wherein I was supported to create relationships to food within attaching feelings, emotions, beliefs, ideas, to food/nutrition for consumerism, to become a consumer for the system as early in one’s life as possible, so that my body becomes trained to seem to want certain foods that are marketed, and thus I must investigate and remove these relationships I have formed toward food so that I can begin to retrain the body toward a diet that actually supports my human physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that through/by forming relationships to/toward food I have separated myself from my body and blamed the ‘food’, and thus within putting the focus on the food, I am not focusing on the relationship I have formed to/toward food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the effect I have had through forming relationships toward what is here in this reality, to not realize that within forming relationships, I am separating myself from what is here as myself, and removing my self responsibility to direct what is here as myself, within defining it and holding it in a relationship.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that in forming relationships to what is here I’ve formed myself as a character toward what is here, wherein I live as this character as a fake identity toward someone/something in my reality, wherein I define who I am, what I say, what I do toward that form/manifestation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that this forming of and living as characters is utilized within the current system to support consumerism, where in terms of food, diet & nutrition you have characters such as the ‘vegan’, the ‘vegetarian’, the ‘I’m too fat – I must diet to lose weight’ character, the ‘I love to hunt and eat meat’ character, the ‘processed foods is bad character’, the ‘raw food’ character, the ‘fruitarian’ character, the ‘superfoods’ character, the‘I’m so cool because I drink wheatgrass’ character, the ‘I love to bake character, the ’Martha Stewart’ character who always makes the ‘perfect meals’ for every occasion, the ‘I don’t care what I eat, whatever’s fastest to prepare’ character,  and many more.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider the consequences that I am creating and manifesting in the physical reality by participating in these characters and validating others to live as these characters as well, wherein I am living as a character that is not designed in consideration of and in harmony with the physical reality, but in separation from the physical reality, wherein the physical reality and our part and responsibility in creating it has not been considered, which has led to a world where abuse is taking place all over the world in each and every single moment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that my approach to food/diet/nutrition has always been one of separation, wherein I only looked at myself and my life and my diet, in separation from the whole of this physical reality, wherein I only considered my diet and relationship to food in terms of what is available to me within my immediate environment, and not considered how does it get there, where does it come from, what is the process in which it is produced, what abuse was involved in the process, and within not being aware of the full/total big picture of how we are creating what is here, I have not considered how best to direct my relationship toward food, in a way that will be best for life, as I have not considered all the factors involved.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept a society in which we are not aware of exactly what happens within how food is produced and distributed, and within this, to think I don’t want to know, not realizing that the aversion to being interested in how what we consume is produced, is the result of brainwashing and propaganda to support you as a consumer to not ask questions that will cost businesses profits, so that they can profit off your accepted ignorance and blindness by convincing you that what you really want is to ignore that which has an important role in your life and experience of existence as a physical being in physical reality.

I commit myself to investigating and exposing every character that we’ve created and allowed to exist to/toward food, so to correct our relationship to/toward food, so that effective communication with/as the physical body can be established and approach food as fuel/physical support for the body, not as fuel for the mind in abuse of the body.

I commit myself to do common sense research into how the physical operate to understand how best to support the human physical body with what is here, within understanding the nutritional requirements and how to effectively provide them to all beings.

I commit myself to exposing how we develop and support these characters within the children through parenting where we pass on our relationships to food to our children and teach them by example to eat for the mind and not for and in consideration of life.

I commit myself to investigating all relationships I’ve formed to/toward food, so that I can correct myself to live in support of the body and myself as all life here, and no longer live as  relationships within the mind in separation from what is here as thoughts/beliefs/perceptions/opinions/wants/desires to create energy for the mind’s existence at the cost of the physical as my human physical body and the physical reality as a whole.

I commit myself to establishing a society in which the physical is actually considered and the human is supported to be aware of what is taking place in the world and how we are utilizing the earth’s resources, and the disparaging differences that exist where many of the earth’s population that are in poverty do not have access to adequate food or nutrition, and those in elite countries who have access to a wide variety of foods yet are not supporting the body with effective nutrition even though they actually have food available to them, due to eating from/as the mind through relationships formed to/toward food as characters that serve to support consumerism and profit for a few at the cost of life. Within this, I commit myself to support and establish the Equal Money System, as the economic system through which it will be possible to consider life and do what we find is best for life.
In the post to come we’ll look at in more detail the characters we’ve formed and participated in and the consequences that we have created through living as characters within relationships to/toward food/diet/nutrition.

To get an understanding of how we have manifested the current reality and current nature of ourselves through the relationships we’ve created/formed/lived as to/toward what is here, it is suggested to read Heaven’s Journey to Life blog  from the very beginning.
