Day 185: WHY ME - Drunk on the Whine of Imagination

www.Desteni.org

In this blog post we are now continuing from this previous post: Day 183: Everything that Happens to Me is Another Excuse to Feel Bad, in which I have started to open up the point of taking what’s going on in my reality, events that are taking place or that happen throughout the day, which I would define as negative, and take it personally in a ‘why me’ victim type character. And I formed such a habit, such an addiction to this character, that I still live it to this day, and that is why I am here blogging about it – to assist and support myself to stop this pattern, through walking myself through it, point by point, within specific detail, in order to identify the pattern so that I can recognize it when it is happening and what it is that triggers it, to give myself the opportunity and ability to stop what has essentially become an automated process, to the extent where I would act on it immediately in a situation when a particular trigger arise.

The problem with living as this pattern of participating in the mind within making myself a victim to everything within my imagination, where I imagine that everything else s to blame for how I experience myself, is that I manifest all kinds of consequence for myself that just isn’t necessary at all. I mean, why would I want to create consequence for myself to go through if I really don’t have to? It doesn’t make any sense, it has just become an automated habit, that I do because it’s become what I’m used to/addicted to as I’ve what I’ve accepted is ‘normal’.

The effects are really not pleasant, there is depression and getting upset/overwhelmed with emotions, which is a really draining experience, and takes quite a toll on the physical, is a big waste of time – why do I want to spend the breaths that I have here in this life, within a self-created shit-storm of emotions and feelings, when I could simply be here, stable as myself and really get to know myself as this actual reality that is here, no longer caught up in an imaginary reality in my mind – and it interferes with my relationships, as I go into blame and reaction instead of just being here with another person and not creating any drama. Do I really want to be ‘unwittingly’ acting out a role in a Drama as the Star in my own Play, where I ‘play out’ the patterns in my mind, over and over again?

No way.

How can I enjoy myself or myself with another being, when I am possessed within an experience in my mind? When I am in this character I am definitely am not enjoying myself. It is quite a disempowering experience, as I am literally disempowering myself by giving my ‘power’ away to thoughts/feelings/emotions/my mind, in essentially saying ‘go ahead, you take over and direct me now’ within just the simple acceptance of myself as being what comes up in my mind as an experience of myself. And instead of living, I become an observer of my own life, and then a reaction to that observation, and so am not really here living, I’m just a reaction to an observation – how limited.

The Solution to this problem is the application of a process of self forgiveness and commitment to self correction, as has been discussed in previous blogs, where one utilize writing (or typing) as a tool for self change, through self investigation, as within one’s writing, one can see who one is, as the words one live, find the patterns self exist/live as that are not supportive, and to rescript oneself into corrective application, to assist and support self to actually change one’s living. Thus, I’ll be walking this series of posts on this topic of this ‘why me’ VICTIM Character, in between walking the series on WAR which began in the previous post.

Essentially the essence of e Victim character is to immediately utilize any excuse/reason/justification to go into a point of limitation, placing myself as a victim to my world/reality, really anything, instead of what in common sense would be much more worthwhile would be to always look how I can take responsibility, within this always looking at/considering in any given situation, what ability do I have to respond – ultimately expanding oneself at every opportunity.

Which brings us to the Rewards of no longer existing as this pattern. I mean, why stop this pattern? It is so easy to continue living as it, as it’s what I’ve gotten used to, and thus to stop it is not going to feel ‘normal’ or ‘natural’, in fact it is going to go exactly against what I feel comfortable with, what I even believe/think/perceive I am capable of, as this is how I’ve always existed practically my whole life since when I was a child in the first seven years.

From that perspective it’s not going to be easy, it’s not going to ‘feel good’, and thus how/why so many are trapped within the ‘only do what feels good trap’ to never take the opportunities where one might actually expand oneself into real living here, because one deliberately ignore what is uncomfortable. But like anyone who has struggled at something new, to eventually become good at it, can realize that new things are not easy in the beginning, as one has to push oneself beyond what one is already capable of, for example, with physical activities, one is going to be sore as one develop one’s muscles to perform certain tasks and maneuvers that one hasn’t done before.
Thus the key is to not stop at the point of discomfort, but to push through, realizing that it is the indication for a point of self change and self expansion, through self willed self application to breathe and move through any resistance.

Thus in terms of this Victim Character, what one essentially stands to gain, is literally life itself as actual real living to one’s full potential, through no longer accepting and becoming limitation. Within this, you will constantly be expanding your abilities in this world to constantly be able to do more and go beyond what you could before.

As we go further into specifics of this Character of Victimhood in posts to come, we’ll uncover in more specificity the nature and design of this character, to better recognize the pattern of behavior and how it activates and takes-over within a process of mind participation within thoughts, imagination, backchat, emotions, and feelings, where one completely and totally limit oneself, instead of recognizing an opportunity to develop self as self will, self expression and becoming more than one ever thought possible.

To be continued..

Day 53: Sweet Love/Hate Relationship

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form a relationship toward sugar.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist as parents that train children to become addicted to sugar/sweets from a very early age, which can have lasting and permanent damaging effects.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my parents for my sugar addiction, when it does not matter how it started as I am here and I am responsible for how I live/what I eat, and I was blaming my parents so that I could use that as an excuse to continue consuming sugar.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to as parents choose the ‘easy way’ of using sugar to control my child’s behavior.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I could just stop consuming sugar, not realizing that the dietary habits I’ve existed as from a young age have become actually programmed into the physical and thus one can cause great harm by making sudden drastic changes without taking the actual state of the physical into consideration.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in believing I should stop eating sugar because it’s ‘bad for you’ is a belief made in separation of the actual state of the physical, as what is best for one to consume depends on the actual state of one’s physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the information and science that I investigate must be put into context of the individual and the state of their physical, otherwise to apply information that is not in context to one’s specific body and it’s specific programming can result in great harm and adverse effects.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to accept and allow a society and medical system in which an individual’s physical is not fully considered, where individuals are treated ‘in bulk’ according to a symptom that is experienced but not considering all the factors that are taking place in an individual’s specific physical human body, as one’s diet, environment, genetic programming, and who the being is and their relationship to themselves, which has a direct and significant effect on the body.

I commit myself to investigating where and how I’ve formed a relationship toward sugar, to stop separating myself from what is here within judgment, so that I can see what is here for what it is and not colored by a judgment in my mind.

I commit myself to realizing that blame is always me attempting/trying to hide my responsibility from myself, and thus when I find myself blaming I immediately stop and investigate where/how I am responsible so that I can correct myself and live as the example of correction.

I commit myself to not take the ‘easy way’ but to always do what is the best possible action in a given moment.

I commit myself to consider the entire state of the physical and not to impose dietary habits in separation of the actual state of the physical.

I commit myself to not form beliefs according to what is good/bad to eat based in separation of not considering the condition of one’s actual physical body.

I commit myself to make sure I put all information into context of the state of the physical, to ensure that I do not cause unnecessary adverse effects/harm.

I commit myself to showing the common sense of considering the actual state/condition of the physical of a particular individual must be taken into consideration to ensure that no unnecessary/preventable harm is done to any being, and that this should be the standard for all medical practice.

Day 31 - Love is Fear of the Chaos Within

For context listen to the interview Reptilians – Why Love is so Addictive

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the most important relationship that exists is my relationship with myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that having a relationship with another is the most important relationship that exists, not even considering my relationship with myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to allow myself to develop relationships toward other beings where I really felt like I could not live without that person or could not pull myself away from them.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the state of my relationship with myself is in a detrimental condition in serious need of attention.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize the more I run away from myself, the more the desire for the experience of relationship with another grows and gets stronger.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the more I chase after that experience of relationship driven by the energy of that desire, I am going to be let down, as it’s going to manifest the consequence of my relationships as a being, my mind and my physical, which are actually crying or attention, because instead of giving attention to those relationships with and as myself, I am avoiding and distracting myself from them within seeking and focusing on having a relationship with another.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in that desire for relationship with another I am actually externalizing my own desire for relationship with myself, where it is actually myself that is begging for attention from myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that relationships cannot work as we’re currently approaching them with a chaotic mess of relationships in our minds that we haven’t yet sorted out.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider how can we actually have a functional relationship with another human being when we’ve got such chaos within ourself and our mind in which we have no control or directive principle.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to interpret the energy that builds up for relationship with another as ‘love’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that it would be an absolute act of love to actually focus on my relationship with myself, as that is what I am actually wanting to give to myself, to really get to know myself and know everything about myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that my relationship with myself is actually what I would like to focus on  and that the lack of an effective and supportive relationship with myself is the cause of why I am experiencing desire for relationship with another, in the first place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I have an actual real relationship with myself and my human physical body, that I will finally be satisfied and not feel like I need to find a relationship with another, and will be here as breath not moved and directed by energetic desires.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider what it would be like to live in equality and oneness with myself, where I’m not driven by energy into situations that I know manifest undesirable and unpleasant consequence that is abusive to the physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider what it would be like to not live as chaos inside myself where I have no control or direction, and can just be here as myself stable as breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that masturbation can be used as support to assist and support myself to stop participation in those energies and give myself back to myself to no longer be moved by energies, out of my control.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take the easy way out of going into the addiction to the energy that I’ve allowed to move and drive me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that when I go into addictions it is out of fear, where I fear to direct myself and thus let the energy ‘take over’ where then I literally am ‘taken over’ by the energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get addicted to the feelings of what happen in my physical body when I participate in fear, as the adrenaline rush, and to interpret this feeling as ‘I’m alive!’ or ‘I am in love!’, when it is actually just fear that I am experiencing and putting stress on my physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that the rush I get from adrenaline that I interpreted as ‘being in love’ is actually wreaking havoc on my physical body, and obviously is not thus an act of ‘love’ toward my human physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use the experience of being in love as the excuse ‘I couldn’t help it, I was in love’ to excuse behaviors that I participated in or things I’ve done, when there actually is no excuse because I still made the decision to participate in and be ‘driven’ by the feelings I experienced within my physical that I interpreted as ‘being in love’ - I actually made the decision to do what I did and thus was actually aware of what I was doing.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that love is ‘heavenly’ when love as the rush I feel that I call ‘love’ that takes place within my physical body actually cause hell in my body.

I commit myself to utilizing moments where I experience the energy of desire for relationship with another as a cross-reference that shows me I am not paying enough attention to myself and my own mind and I’m not sorting out the relationships I’m existing as but allowing them to accumulate into an energy that compels and drives me to seek out relationship with another.

I commit myself to realize that if we all hide behind excuses of why we apparently don’t have to change, that nothing will ever change, and thus-

I commit myself to actually changing so that this world can actually change, as only when we stop the hell within ourselves, can we stop the hell without.

I commit myself to getting to know myself and sorting out the chaos that exists within myself and my mind and sorting out my relationship with myself so that I can be effective in relationships with other beings, and actually be ‘at peace’ with myself and not be moved and directed by energies as a virtual energetic puppet that has no self-direction.

I commit myself to realize the actuality of what it is to have a relationship with another being and understanding the impact that I have on another being’s life, to ensure that I do not harm another being by being careless and unaware of myself and how it is possible to harm another for their entire life just by the words I speak when I do not understand the consequence.
