Day 224: What's the First Step to Caring For Real?

In this post I'm continuing with looking at what it means to live Caring, and how I've actually changed in my living in my words and actions and particularly in my interactions with others, within the process of considering what it really means to care, as actual living action, and not just a sentiment or idea, that produces no actual results or effect in reality.

So firstly, this means becoming aware of and taking responsibility for how/when/where I am spiteful or nasty to others whether out loud or even just in my mind, because all that carries through, nothing is really hidden. I mean, if I'd like to see others not be nasty or spiteful, then I need to become the solution to that problem, get to know why/how are we spiteful and how do we stop that and correct ourselves, so that I can then show others by example how to do so. And this means actually admitting to ourselves that we have in fact been spiteful and nasty to others, because there is the tendency to not what to see that, the truth of ourselves, but it's there, you can't really hide it from yourself.

It's as if we think that if we allow ourself to be self honest about what we are really doing and who we really are in our behavior and actions, that then we'll see ourself as bad or wrong or evil, and yet it's just the opposite in a way where when we are hiding that reality from ourself, that is actually what we could call evil, because then you are going to continue in such behavior all the while pretending you're not. So rather we would want to face the truth of ourselves, so we can really see what it is that we are doing, because then we can change our input as what we are living into this world, and that would change the output, of what we get back from the world. So we would become the cure for the nastiness that exist in the world by starting with ourselves first.

What this means therefore, is getting down to the nitty-gritty, the small moments that seem so insignificant and that we take for granted. The little moments where we allow a nasty though or allow ourselves to act out in nastiness toward another, whether directly or indirectly. One great example of this is in a documentary I recently watched, called Children Full of Life (which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tLB1lU-H0M) in which a teacher, who takes a bit of a unique approach to teaching, notices that there is bullying going on between the students. He encourages them to share about it, and several children share their experiences with being bullied. However, he then does something rather striking – he points out that all the students are sharing about what has been done to them, as if they are all innocent, but none are sharing how they have participated in bullying themselves.

As I've mentioned in previous posts, we tend to focus on others, rather than ourselves, to the extent where it's like we aren't even aware of what we're actually doing. But on some level we do know, because really, how can you not know what you're doing? I mean, you're the one doing it. And as the documentary shows, even as children, we can see what we are doing and what we're responsible for, the unnecessary consequences we create for ourselves and others, and so having a detrimental effect on our relationships with others and our world.

Because the fact is we don't live here alone, we're all here in this one reality together, and so have to find ways to live together effectively, because we are in fact responsible for being here and considering the effect we have on each other and reality. There's the tendency to be only focused on one's own self interest, like you live in a bubble where all that exists is you, and every one else is just basically a prop in the movie paying out that is your life. I mean, that's usually the extent to which we think about or consider other people, always from this very limited perspective where the bottom line is always me and what I want or don't want. We don't consider others equally to ourselves, even though on some level we do know that we are in fact equal, by virtue of being alive and being here. Each and every one of us is an individual being with their own life, own experiences, and own potential to develop and expand and grow.

Something we don't tend to realize/be aware of is how much of the consequence we face in reality and In our relationships is a result of this simple point of separation, where we've formed a relationship toward each other of not caring, where we have justified even being nasty, spiteful, and even just apathetic toward others, and that's what I'll go into more in the next post to come, to see why is it that we would even want to care about others – to see what difference in one's own life would that make? So until then, you can start to simply become aware of these moments in your day to day living where you actually go into/participate in some form of separation/spitefulness toward another, as that is the first step to sorting ourselves out as a whole, which is going to have very positive results, as you'll see more in the next post.

Day 217: Seeing Ourselves: Taking It Personal is Making It Personal

So, in this post I'm continuing from the 'Seeing Ourselves' series, continuing from these previous posts:

Here I want to share about a specific point that we can start to focus on becoming aware of, a point that we typically don't yet see that we do. That is, taking things personally.

Did you know that when you take something personally, you are actually 'making it personal'? What?

Here I would refer you to the interviews from Eqafe from the Reptilians series:

I just recently listened to these interviews, and thought this would be a great point to bring up from this series, as this is a really prominent point that we are participating in but don't tend to see it. I know this because I have my own process to refer to, where I was completely oblivious to this myself. I mean, if you had told me some years ago that if I take something personally it is actually me making it personal, I just would have blinked at you in disbelief and just not understanding what the heck you're talking about.

But this is really something we do all the time. Reacting to things others say to us, and then having backchat pop up in our minds about what did that mean, why did they do that, etc. Perhaps the most extreme example of this would be the violence that sometimes occurs where a person attacks another because 'he looked at me funny'.

I'm sure you have had conversations in which you or someone talking to you is discussing some event that happened with another person and analyzing the other person's actions/words/behavior and placing an interpretation on what they meant by this or that. When really, if we look at it, do we actually have a complete understanding of that being's life, their personality, their entire mind, what their whole life has been like or even what their day has been like, to even have a clue what is really going on within how they are particularly expressing themselves in a particular moment in a certain way? No.

We can therefore be certain then that if we are coming to conclusions in our mind without understanding the totality of their being (which of course we don't) about why they apparently acted as they did, that interpretation obviously can't be trusted.

Have you ever been misinterpreted? Surely all of us have in some moment or another, one of those 'that's not what I meant' or 'I didn't mean it like that' moments. From there you can see how this works, which is one of the ways you can use identifying things when others do it, to identify it in yourself. You can see how someone took what you were saying/doing in some interpretation other than what you meant, and this can help you to see that, hmm maybe I do this too.

What you can do in a moment when you have identified that you are reacting to something as if it is personal, or you can even do this with looking back at past moments/memories where you have reacted to someone personally, is you can 'take a step back' and look at the person's expression, and look at your initial interpretation, and consider, is there any other possible explanation for how they were expressing themselves in that moment? And here you can also reference yourself, by looking at have you ever expressed yourself in a similar way, and if so, why? What was going on within you at that time that your expression came out the way it did?

Through applying these points you really get to see how we often are reacting to nothing but our own mind's interpretations, and how this causes so much conflict in our relationships, because we're actually turning our relationships into virtual wars with each other, by always being in a defensive stance in assuming that others are always attacking us. This ties in to the point of how we see each other as enemies which I've shared about in previous posts.

Of course there could be situations where someone is trying to make it personal to you, but even then it is because of there own stuff going on within them, and reacting to it isn't going to help the situation. In fact, by not reacting, you can see what is actually the best course of action in such moments, instead of going into a reaction which could aggravate the situation and cause more consequences.

Another result of applying this is that you gain a more stable foundation of self trust with yourself as you start to sort out reality from the fiction you create in your mind, and really I don't now what is more valuable than an effective relationship with yourself, as every relationship stems from that primary relationship.

I definitely suggest if you can to invest in the Reptilians interviews mentioned above. These interviews provide assistance and support with how to see when we're taking things personally by detailing the physical changes/symptoms that we'll experience when we go into that reaction of defense.

You can start anytime to become more aware of this point in your daily life and relationships, and take an active role in growing your awareness, and preventing much consequence in your life and relationships, and even get to know other beings for who they really are, instead of the interpretations in our mind.

Day 211: Why Would We Want to Learn From each Other?

Now we're going to continue from the previous post, with looking at why it is that we would want to utilize the tool of 'seeing ourselves in others', why is this such an important tool and what do we do with points once we've found them in ourselves?

If you haven't yet read the previous posts on this topic, I would suggest to do so first for context:
Day 210: Can We See Truth of Ourselves in Others?
Day 209: Why Can't We See Ourselves?

So, here I'm going to get into first the 'why' this tool is so important, and why we would want to totally take advantage of it, because it is in fact a major key to Self Change, something that is so often seen as practically impossible to do. This perception is largely a result of that fact that we have such difficulty in really seeing ourselves, in the first place. Because how can you change that which you don't understand how it works? You really can't. You would even believe that it's impossible, because there just doesn't seem to be any way to change what is largely a mystery. I mean, for the most part, we really have no clue why we do what we do or think what we think, we're just acting out of habit.

Therefore, we have to get to understand ourselves and see ourselves in Self Honesty – that means, who we really are in each and every moment, who am I and what am I living? What is my actual nature? How long would it take for us to really see ourselves if we were alone? If we didn't have 'everyone else' around us to serve as mirrors to who we really are?

I mean, that is really what we should have been doing all along, is learning from each other. Learning what our impact is on others. Learning what appropriate behavior is toward each other and toward ourselves. Utilizing the examples we're living for each other to see the consequences of certain behaviors, actions and choices, to learn what works and what doesn't. What's cool and what's not in terms of living here in this physical reality and coexisting with each other, and all other life here.

Since we're all existing in separate physical forms, how would you know the consequence of your actions without having other beings to interact with to see the consequences of another's actions on you, so that you could learn first hand. So here we are on Earth to learn about consequence and how to live. After all this time being here, it's probably about time we started actually doing that, because, strangely we have been doing anything but.

We've become beings of blame who avoid responsibility in practically every way possible, that it's manifested into our world systems at large as well. For example, if you look at what government is functioning as, it's like we as a whole have tried to put all responsibility on the government to solve problems and made decisions, instead of what the government would be if we were all responsible beings, which would be serving to simply administrate the laws and functions we've decided on, not actually creating policies and changing laws, where essentially the government has been given the power to make decisions instead of all the people together.

We've become beings whose nature is so consequential that we can barely have lasting effective relationships and we become further and further more isolated from each other. Every possible malady we could have is ever increasing, from psychological disorders to diseases, and our participation in the world and community is often nil. We try to live our lives according to the system that is already laid out whether it's really working for us or not, and as a result most of us have to live difficult lives working most of the time to make ends meet.

So, obviously we've got a lot to change in ourselves, to change our nature and stop creating such consequences for ourselves, so we can sort out this reality and our living here and actually have an enjoyable living. We have everything we physically need to do so, so it's only now ourselves that's getting in the way.

And who we are affects us not only on a global/world scale, but on a very direct personal level, within our relationships and our day to day living. For most of us our lives and our relationships are not what we'd like them to be, for one reason or another, or many. So often we are so busy blaming others and everyone else for our experiences, we tend to neglect ever looking at ourself to find our responsibility and thus our power to change ourself, and from there change our world. Thus when we finally have a tool with which to begin to investigate ourselves, we open ourselves up to whole new possibilities to change our lives and living to what we would actually like. Because in getting to know ourselves, we unravel the mystery to how we create consequence in our lives and world, and through understanding, we gain the power to change ourselves, and thus change our lives.

Day 210: Can We See Truth of Ourselves in Others?

Now continuing from the previous post, where I left off saying that there is a way in which we can develop the ability to be able to see ourselves as who/what we really are, using our ability to see things in others.

Now, obviously the first step is the decision to want to see yourself as who you are, which comes from the realization that thinking and believing you are one way, while living another way in actuality, leads to unfortunate consequences in your world and relationships. Really, it shouldn't sit right with you that you've got one version of yourself that you see in your mind while there is the real version of you walking around in reality, interacting with your world/others, and you don't even have a clue of the consequence you are creating, because you can't even see what you're really doing, what effect you're having on your world and those around you, what the truth behind your actions is, and most importantly, the example that you're living for others to see.

I mean, this didn't sit right with me to be stuck in a delusion of who I am when the truth of me is here always, and the only way you can seem to avoid it, is by lying to yourself and coming up with all sorts of excuses and justifications of why you're apparently excused from the expectations you would hold others to, why you're apparently allowed to do and say things that you don't find acceptable for others to do.

So since we are blinded by our own excuses and justifications, our own behaviors have become so accepted to a point that we don't see clearly and directly who and what we're being, and therefore, why the fact that we can at least see these things in others, becomes so important and ultimately useful. Because, we can use what we see in others, to get to see things in ourself. How does that work?

Since we can see another's behavior without all the justifications and excuses, we can see it for what it is and the consequence it creates. This can help us to identify certain behaviors, so that we can then look for that behavior in ourself, and then even identify the excuses and justifications we used/use in order to justify/give permission to ourself to participate in the behavior.

This like any skill one is developing will not be so easy at first but would get easier with time and application as you develop the ability to see various points within yourself, and then it actually becomes quite a fun and fascinating journey of developing self awareness, and 'unlocking the puzzle' in a way, of what we have become, as this riddle of self justifications and beliefs in contradiction to reality. It becomes quite fun to when you identify a point within another, to then investigate to find out where/how the same point exists in you.

So a practical example of this would be for example where you see someone who is distracted in a moment and therefore not being very considerate of what they are doing or where they are going, and then trip right into some object that they hadn't noticed was in their path, or maybe they even ran into you because they weren't looking where they were going, and you think or say something like 'why don't they watch where they are going??'. So the point here to investigate within oneself would be where are you in moments distracted and not aware of everything in your environment and you create some sort of consequence from not being aware and paying attention?

So what is the point of doing this? What do we do with this information? Once I have identified a point within another, and then found it also within myself in some aspect/area of my living? That we will get into in the next post, where we'll look at how this tool of seeing ourselves in others, is one of the most effective tools in the process of Self Change, which can be one of the most difficult things to do, and how this is of the utmost benefit to oneself. How the key to our true potential has been here all along, we just haven't been able to see it yet because we haven't been able to see ourselves.

Day 203: Why do Teens Lie to Their Parents?

When I was a teenager I'd stay out late and lie about it. I would sneak out of the house in the middle of the night to hang out with friends that I wasn't allowed to because 'they were a bad influence'. I drank and did drugs. And I lied bout it all obviously because if I didn't, I would have been punished. And I wanted to try/do all these things because there were many examples in my life that was saying these things were apparently what you want to do as a teenager. My mom would say those things are bad, you're not allowed to do them, but I wouldn't listen because I didn't trust her, because she would get emotional and judgmental and that obviously doesn't look like a sound supportive being who I could trust for practical advice. She just didn't have the effective understanding and vocabulary to effectively express things to me, like an equal talking to another equal who is new to the world and giving practical support of how this world operates and how consequence works in reality. She wasn't trained to be a parent because we don't have effective training in parenting for everyone.

There is the tendency to want to 'hide' what is wrong with ourselves/the world from children when they're very little, or to not talk about such 'negative' things, in order to allow children to have as a 'good' a time as possible, and then what happens is they don't have any practical idea of the dangers out there or the consequences we can create for ourselves.

What we also tend to do is to 'create consequences' for children, which are then like 'fake' consequences, things like taking away the things they like to do like use their phone or the internet or the tv, but these so-called consequences are consequences that we did unto them, they are not the Actual consequences that would result from their behavior. So when we do this they are not learning about what their actual consequences of their actions are, they are only learning that if/when they are 'caught', by you, doing certain things, that then You will do something to them, or take something from them. So then what happens is you get in the way of them learning about actual consequence, because they are only now learning what you might do to them.

So the child actually has, from that perspective, very common sensical reason to lie to you – to avoid your punishment. So to tell the child not to lie to you, or it's not right to lie, is like, rather pointless because they found a benefit to lying, which was to get themselves out of punishment and get to do what they think they want to do, sometimes. So to say there is consequence to lying to you isn't going to make much sense, because to the child it will seem there is more consequence in not lying to you. Also, in the way the world is, one may find it necessary to lie in some circumstances. Because we as human beings are not yet trustworthy enough with each other to be able to just be honest all with everything. So, you don't want to form a morality toward lying as being right/wrong / good/bad. It is preferable to not lie of course.

So things like taking tv away or 'being grounded' for example, are actually 'punishments'. They are not the natural actual consequences that would result from what they are doing. Like for example, if you stay up late a lot it can affect the development of your body and lead to issues down the road, as the body depletes itself from not getting the rest it needs to rebuild itself from the day's living. Not – if you stay up late you will be grounded. That doesn't make sense. That doesn't give any practical understanding of the consequence they would create for themselves by not sleeping properly, that is the consequence You will create because You want them to sleep and not stay out late, so then it is about what You Want and not about what is Best for Themself.

As parents we have a tendency to attempt to control, because we don't believe anything else will work. We don't believe that a child would respond to common sense, because we haven't aligned ourself with common sense yet. So we think we have to 'put a foot down' and take control. So you're essentially demanding that they comply, and that is very unlikely to have a positive result. What it's going to look like to the child is that You want something of/from them, You wanting to control them/their behavior to the result You want. They are not going to see it as trying to prevent them from experiencing consequences in reality, as what is best for Them. Because that is in fact essentially what it is, it is wanting/demanding/expecting certain behavior from the child. That is in essence wanting to control another being, and most beings are not going to respond well to being controlled. I certainly didn't, if you have had experiences in your life where another was trying to control you, you can check what effect that had/how did you respond to that.

So we've got a ways to go in correcting ourselves, and the children are going to suffer through that, as did we also as children, but we'll walk ourselves out of this step by step until it's done, and we can challenge ourselves to make it as fun as we can, by not making things personal/judging. We have now the tools and just have to walk it, educate ourselves to become practical beings grounded here in reality.

An important point within this, is to look at everything from the perspective of what am I living, instead of what I'm expecting another to live for/toward me. And checking all points that come up, like if I am mad at them for lying – how/when/where do I or have I lied? Or if they aren't respecting me - how/where have I not been respectful? Where respect would mean treating another as my equal. There is the tendency to place all these expectations on another, without focusing on ourselves and our own living and behaviors.

And we need to educate ourselves on the actual consequences so we can effectively explain them - not the consequences we would create for them ourself. Give the child the common sense, so they can reason for themselves what is the best course of action. And if they make a mistake – do not judge them. And realize, they have not hurt you, they only hurt themselves. When we make it about me and what They're doing to Me, then it is about control and manipulation and enslavement instead of allowing a being their individual life and learning process. It is like the 'you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink'. We can show the children where the water is, but we can't make them drink it. And the more we would try to force them to the more they would resist, because then it looks like we have some personal agenda or investment in it, and it is going to seem fishy. You've got to give the child their space to choose. Trust in a relationship is indeed something that is built, but you have to give trust at first for it to even be possible for trust to emerge. You have to trust the being, not to act how you want them to, but trust the being to hear common sense, and to understand the choices they face is always to do what is best for them or what is not. Maybe they will, and maybe they won't. But it must be up to the individual if we're to live as truly equals.

Day 198: Are Poor People Stupid? - What's Really Going on There?

So as I was listening to a really excellent interview series from Eqafe called The Soul of Money, particularly interview part 31, and a really important point was brought up and explained in exquisite detail, which is the point that you really cannot judge those individuals in society who would be perceived as 'incompetent' or 'less competent' than the elite of the society. If you are one of those who believe that or think of such individuals as less than yourself, you are going to want to hear this interview, as it will show in great detail how it is that it happens that some individuals manifest this way, and that it is an outflow/result of multidimensional factors, and not in fact reflective of the particular individual's 'worth' or 'value' as a human being/member of society.

So what this in essence shows, is that those who have gone into judgment toward such individuals and making it personal, those who would judge the individuals who haven't had the same environmental influences/background/resources for turning out the way they do, is actually quite ignorant and an indication of a form of incompetence in itself, because it shows that you were/are not in fact aware of all the factors/variables determining the situation and the specific result/manifestation.

In other words, it's like judging a tree that has not grown into it's fullest possible expression as a tree, when throughout it's life and development it has lacked the necessary components with which to grow and develop to it's fullest potential. And yet, all the while, the tree always had the potential and capability to become a proper thriving tree.

So where individuals have not had the same access to resources, connections, money with which to support their living and basic physical needs properly, or access to proper education, will thus have smaller vocabularies, and there is even a study that shows that 1 in 4 children is stunted due to lack of proper nutrition.

So those that would look particularly at the impoverished people of the so-called 'developing' or 'third-world' countries and would think of them as 'less-than' or 'inferior' is really erroneous from the perspective that they have the possibility just like anyone else to flourish and grow and develop, but have been robbed of that by being forced into the condition of poverty. And thus, it is actually quite evil in fact, not to mention quite stupid, to then judge these beings as less than, when not only did they possess the same potential as anyone else, but had that potential taken from them/denied them, while those that were supported by the system would then ignore all that they had received and had available in their lives that made them what they are today, such as sufficient money to afford proper ad timely health care, proper nutrition, and as the Soul of Money part 31 interview and also in several interviews leading up to this one, describes how this difference even extends to the dimension of our architecture/infrastructure that we have available which affects us on a deeper relationship level than what you may have realized.

Therefore if you consider yourself to have an accurate assessment of the world situation and how/why poverty exist, I would suggest to listen to this interview series in it's entirety if you are able to make the investment into your own self education, as it will increase your understanding multi-dimensionally so that you will have the full scope of what is really going on, how the economic/world system functions multi-dimensionally and the multi-dimensional consequences/outflows of it's current manifestation, how the world is manifested the way it is, why/how individuals can turn out so differently in terms of their development, thus to ensure that you've got the full picture, otherwise your interaction and relationship with the system will be consequential if you are coming from a limited perspective/understanding.

And obviously thus to consider that the fact that all indeed have the potential to become a fully functional human being, to support the implementation of a system which would support all individuals to reach their potential which would be done by the Basic Income Guaranteed proposal which you can learn more about/get involved here, and read the Basic Income Guaranteed blogs which you'll find here.

Day 149: I Don’t Want to Do This: Reaction Dimension (Part 2)

Featured Artwork by Marlen Vargas Del Razo

This post is a continuation to:

Here we’ll continue with the Self Forgiveness statements for the Energy-Relationships as Reactions I’ve formed in relation to the Thought, Imagination and Backchat Dimensions.

Thought Energy-Relationship Self Forgiveness:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within/as the Thought as the image that came up in my mind of me ‘not enjoying myself’/’having a negative experience’ at work, and within this to go into a negative energy-experience of ‘Dread’, where I then become this energy-experience of ‘Dread’ within dreading the hours of work to come, and within this to not see, realize and understand how I’ve formed an energy-relationship toward the initial thought connecting such thought to the experience/emotion/reaction of ‘dread’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand how by following this single thought I initiate an energy experience within my mind as the emotion/reaction of ‘dread’, as a negative energy-experience in order to direct myself with negative energy from taking care of/facing my responsibilities here, within this, taking for granted that this energy-experience is in fact ‘who I am’ simply because it is here and I am experiencing, and not questioning where this energy-experience came from or seeing and realizing that this energy experience is not real in fact and is only energy created and activated within my mind, and not actually here in the physical.

Imagination Energy-Relationship Self Forgiveness:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within/as the imagination where I imagine scenarios of what ‘I’d rather be doing’ instead of working, as for example being at home, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to attach an energy-relationship of the feeling of ‘Comfort’ toward imagining being at home and not working, within this allowing an energy-experience to direct me in the moment and thus take me away from the moment and applying myself here within doing my job.

Within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe the energy-experience that I experience as real, where I believe what the mind is ‘showing me’ in that if I wasn’t working or was at home I would experience myself as ‘comfortable’, within this not seeing, realizing or understanding that I am the one that create that experience of ‘comfort’ actually, thus showing me that I have separated myself from ‘comfort’ wherein I am only living ‘comfort’ as an energetic experience that I can only experience within certain situations, like when not working and being at home, instead of considering that I could live comfort as myself, within whatever it is that I am doing, as long as it is not obviously compromising/harming me in a real physical way, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe what the mind is showing me as that I must be not working or be at home to experience comfort, that I can’t apparently live it as an expression of myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand how I’ve manipulated myself within becoming my imagination and the energy-experience of ‘comfort’ that comes up in relation to imagining not working, and within this sabotaging my effectiveness within the world, within doing my job effectively and providing myself with an effective income, and in pushing myself to see how I can expand within my world and reality, within this not seeing how I am accepting limitation by living as the energy-experience of ‘comfort’ toward not working/being at home, where if I follow this energy-experience it lead to me not expanding myself but remaining the same and not changing and exploring what is my real potential and what is possible for me to do here in reality.

Backchat Energy-Relationship Self Forgiveness:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go even further into the possession of the I Don’t Want to Do This Character toward working, by continuing from the Imagination Dimension and going on into the Backchat Dimension, where I then go into an internal conversation toward the scenes that paly out within my mind within my Imagination, not realizing that by speaking these words within me I am further validating/substantiating myself as this character/personality as the thoughts, imagination and reactions that came up within me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form an energy-relationship toward the backchat “Man I really don’t want to do this” / “I am not going to enjoy this” / “This is not going to go well”, where I then experience the negative energy experience of ‘Anxiety’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form an energy-relationship toward the backchat “I wish I could be doing something else” / “It’s going to be so long before I’m finished” / “I wish I could be doing something else” / “It’s going to be so long before I’m finished”, where I experience the negative energy-experience of ‘Depression’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form an energy-relationship toward the backchat “I would be so much more comfortable if I was at home right now” / “I’d be so relieved to be able to stop working now for the day” / “I really can’t wait to be done working” / “I’ll finally be able to enjoy myself once I’m done working” / “It’d be so nice to just sit down and relax”, toward which I experience the positive energy-experience of ‘Relaxation’, within this not realizing that I am not living this experience of ‘relaxation’ as an expression of myself, but that it is coming up as an experience toward the images and backchat within my mind, and thus not a real actual expression of myself as me simply being here ‘relaxing’, and within this I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to even question/realize how is it that I am now experiencing ‘relaxation’ because of the images/backchat that has just come up within my mind, and it wasn’t because I actually decided in self awareness, ‘I am going to express myself as relaxation/being relaxed with now, and thus how this indicates that I am in fact mind controlled and not self-directed self-willed individual if my experience within myself change due to what is just popping up within my mind seemingly from nowhere.

Within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see how I have actually accepted and allowed these energy-experiences within me, and thus I am actually the cause of these energy experiences, which means that I can stand up as the directive principle in stopping and no longer participating in energy-experiences within/toward such/similar backchat, and thus I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as energy-experiences as reactions to thoughts, imagination and backchat that comes up within me, and not even question if I really am these thoughts, imagination, backchat and reactions and why it is these experiences are going on inside of me and I am not just stable here as myself as the physical.

In the next post, we’ll continue with the Commitment Statements in relation the points walked here in Self Forgiveness, wherein I’ll walk through the corrections as to how I will walk myself through and out of this character, to stand here as myself, stable, and in particular be able to really apply myself in my job/work, and no longer be directed by the Energy-Relationships I’ve formed within this character/personality.
