So how is it that we have taken what just might be our Most Powerful Ability – and Reversed it into our Ultimate Limitation? Now what you’ll find when you look at humanity and how the mind work – is that everything that could have been a way to expand ourselves, has within the mind been reversed into a way to limit ourselves. And this is so for what we call Responsibility. Which when you break it down, is – Response Ability. So it’s the ability to respond in a situation/to a situation. But we don’t normally see it that way do we? Responsibility is often given a negative association, where it is seen as ‘obligation’ or ‘duty’ like something you are apparently supposed to do or must do – I mean, how I learned responsibility was essentially like ‘doing your chores’, which you ‘have to do’ because ‘it’s expected of you’ by an ‘authority’ such as a parent, or else you will be punished if you don’t.
For a detailed look at how words are programmed into us by parents as children with energy which then corrupt the meaning and thus the living of the word, suggest listen to the Parenting series of interviews available on Eqafe: Parenting - Perfecting the Human Race
Now, this is not a particularly self empowering definition of Responsibility and no one like to be or feel ‘forced’ to do anything, and so this ‘version’ of ‘Responsibility’ is usually met with resistance. And so this then becomes one’s stance toward anything perceived as a responsibility as something that one has to/must do or else. And so, we form a pattern of seeking to avoid any and all responsibility in our lives, because we want to be ‘free’ to choose what we want to do and not be forced to do things. So within this, we form an overall detrimental relationship to Responsibility, and where a lack of responsibilities is seen as a positive thing. Imagine for instance – summer vacation – school is out, no more responsibilities for the moment – you are Absolutely Free, to do Absolutely Nothing.
Whoops. Is that what we really wanted? To avoid doing things? Is that really an engaging way to exist that is worthwhile? Does it lead to a more expansive and fulfilling life? Or one that is increasingly more and more limited where one’s world seem to get smaller and smaller and smaller? Is that really the path we want to go down? Or is it the one we choose because we didn’t see there was an alternative? Which was to – take Responsibility.
Because what was missed within this, is what Responsibility does in fact entail, what it really means, and how it is actually our greatest power. Because, you can’t control anything that you separate yourself from. When you give up your responsibility in any aspect of your life, and rather take on a stance of avoiding responsibility, you make yourself a powerless ‘victim’ if you will, of your world/environment. Essentially saying, ‘world - do what you will to me, I wash my hands of any responsibility’. As if somehow this is what we want, as if being powerless is somehow going to benefit me in any way whatsoever? How can that be? If I rather take responsibility for/wherever I can, I place myself in a position to be able to do something about my world/reality/the situation.
Basically, in a nutshell, you go from avoiding/giving up the ability to do anything in your life/world/relationships/scenarios, and rather shift your focus to what you Can do. And thus, you are always looking for what you can do to take action, to make a change, to have an impact, to correct situations that come up, which is the ultimate self empowerment. Because you are going from – I’ll just do nothing and let everything happen to me for better or, more often, worse – to – how/where/what am I able to do because I’m not willing to wait around for things to somehow change without me having to do anything, because, it’s not going to happen.
And we can see this stance on the large scale in the world, where we have on a collective level, accepted ourselves to exist in a system where we are taken advantage of in every possible way, where every possible kind of abuse is allowed in the world, for the sake of profits, instead of focusing on what we actually can do to change the situation.
And further, to really understand Responsibility, it must be realized our connectedness to all that exist here, how we are not separate from any of the various forms and beings that exist in this world that make up our reality and the very planet which we live and exist on as an individual human being. And that it is this world and all the other beings in it that make our life even possible.
Responsibility thus takes on a new definition within the realization that this world is our home and that we depend on it, and it is up to us to take care of it, as that is the same of taking care of ourself. If you have a look around, no one else is here to take care of our world except us, there are no aliens, angels, gods, or whatever that is taking care of anything. Because as you can see everything is really running amok, because we are running amok, and not realizing that harm we are doing to ourselves, because we haven’t yet realized our Responsibility. Which is our ability to change ourselves and this reality, into one that support Life, instead of destroy it.
I urge that every definition, of every word that you live, must be considered within that realization of our connectedness, and how everything we say/do has an effect on this reality and thus, we are response-able – we have the Ability to Respond as proven by the fact that our words and deeds affect reality, as this world is made up of each and every individuals’ collective words and actions.
To get involved with the thousands of others who have also realized their individual responsibility to care for the world that cares for us – join and support Equal Money and investigate Equal Money Capitalism as the transition from what is here as Capitalism into a system that reflects our understanding of our responsibility to care for Life.
Day 191: What’s Required for Change that So Far we’ve Missed?
Change require an understanding of how one exists and what is the problem with how one is existing, and the decision that one do not want to continue that way creating the same consequence over and over. So what this means is really Facing Oneself.
Facing the Reality of oneself, to really see - in total self honesty – just what/how I am existing as, what have I become in fact, and understanding the context of who I am within existence as how it currently exists.
You can reverse engineer this also to see that the reason we’re existing as we do and not changing is because we haven’t yet seen in self honesty and full understanding what we are/have become and the consequence we create. So we don’t have the context to yet understand what is the problem with how we’re living, to then understand why change is necessary, and especially how to change for real.
A good example of this you will see in the show Thailand - Blood , Sweat and Takeaways - Chicken where before they were exposed to the reality of what is going on in the world, they were fine with how they were living, but when realizing the context in which food products are being produced for the elite of the world by slave labor, and by going and experiencing that slave labor and that reality for themselves, then the need for change become obvious. The gravity of the situation become obvious, and the reality of how and what one has been existing is, and how that fit in to the context of how reality is currently existing, is then understood, where one realizes for example how most of the complaints one may have are quite petty in comparison to the actual suffering that’s going on in the world, and one realize that one has been living and benefiting off of the blood, sweat and tears of others without any regard or consideration for the lives that are sacrificed in the process.
And, ultimately, that one is responsible for the fact that such suffering exist, because we didn’t question where things came from or how they are made so cheap, when we know it must mean someone else is paying the price. It is this way, because we have accepted it, within our living, within every moment in which we ignored the reality so we could have cheap things. And thus the solution is to change ourselves, change the words we speak, change our living, from support of Ignorance of reality, to spreading Awareness of What’s Really Going On, why it’s a Problem, how We’re Responsible, so that we can then understand why we need to change, and then actually change, to no longer accept ourselves to benefit at another’s expense, as we wouldn’t want to be in that position either, so that this lead to actual change in reality, and ending slave labor.
So what do we know – if slave labor hasn’t ended yet – we haven’t effectively changed yet. We haven’t yet made change in reality – because reality hasn’t changed – it’s still the same, the same things going on, the same abuse, the same suffering. Whatever we’ve done thus far, has not been effective. And that’s because up till now, we have really only paid Lip Service to the problems in the world, but not ever getting down to the point of actually changing reality. Nothing has changed, and thus up to now it has just been Empty words, because we did not live them.
So, because there has been no substantial change in the world – we know we have not yet got an effective understanding of ourselves, of the reality of the situation, of our responsibility for how the world exists as it does, of the consequence that we’re creating. We have for so long, never got around to actually facing reality, facing ourselves, holding on to the hope that somehow we can just keep ignoring what we’re doing, and everything will work out anyway. Yes, it’s quite ridiculous.
We have for so long, accepted a reality in which massive abuse and suffering exists, when the solution has been here all along, which is – to CHANGE. So – why have we not really got this point? What is it that has made such a simple and obvious solution, so apparently not obvious or simple? What has been so instrumental in us not ever effectively applying change? It is – Responsibility. What do I mean? That we have never grasped our responsibility, and in fact what responsibility really means. A fascinating thing – we have taken that which is our truest power, and formed such a resistance to it, that we’d cut ourselves off from that which is our ability to have power in our lives and have a real impact in reality, to make Real Change.
We will look at this further in the next blog – of what Responsibility actually is and how we’ve misunderstood it to the extent that we’ve robbed ourselves of our Real Power in this world.

Day 190: What is Real Change?
Let's have a look at CHANGE – what is it, how does it work, what does it mean to really change, because – humanity sure likes to have ideals. Ideas and ideals and perceptions and conceptions of how things should be, but when it comes to our Actual Living – what happens? Do we apply that which we see is Ideal? Or does it remain a picture in our mind, of how things ought to be?
Can we have principles, but not live them? Can we claim to have principles, morals, standards, yet not actually live those standards, principles, morals? Do we pay Lip Service and talk about how things should be, could be, ought to be – and ‘forget’ to get down to the actual Living of it?
Isn’t it – we must Live the Change we want to See in the World? Wouldn’t that imply that we then, have to Change? Which would mean, that we would end up different than we are/have been, our living will be different, our experience will be different. So what do you know, if nothing is different – you are not Changing. And what do you know if you are not Changing? The World is Not going to Change. Why?
Because the World is made up of each and every one of us Individuals – that’s right – we don’t tend to give ourselves the real credit we’re due. It’s so easy to avoid our individual responsibility, because there are so many of us, we can just blame it on the group as a whole, and ignore our own Role as the Part we play, as a Participant in the Play of Life. And as each one go on Ignoring oneself, no one is thus Changing oneself, and thus, No One Change. The Accepted Nature of humanity Remain the Same, as it has always been.
So, the problem is that we can talk change and talk ideals, but what really matters is Changing our Living, and we have missed this point. How can you know? Because nothing in the world has changed, and the world is the reflection of ourselves and how we live, the values we accept and live by. Nothing in this world will change, until we change. Changing our very approach to how we live our lives, in each and every moment, with how we interact with our environment, other people, animals, the physical things in our world.
Most of this stuff we are hardly even aware of most of the time – because - a fascinating thing - the human is generally fixated on only itself, and only sees everything else in relation to itself. This is the CON of Consciousness, where you are in a private bubble that no one else enters, where you seem to be separate from everyone/everything else.
Yet missing the obvious – you Are Here. You are not separate and everything you do and are has an Impact on this Reality. And by believing that we exist within only our own personal experience, we cut ourself off from the rest of existence, to then only exist within the most limited way possible, in a made up realm within our mind, while all of the rest of existence is going on right around us and we’re excluding ourself from it. We settled for an Image-inary world in our mind instead of the Real world which is far more advanced and vast and is actually Physically Real.
So, the solution to this is to no longer I-so-late oneself, before it’s too late and you reach the end of the line, and to actually get to know and become a real participant in actual reality, in awareness. And awareness is not something that just happen, but will take a process of self application, to actually expand oneself to become More.
We’ll take a look at this in blogs to come, in just how do one become Aware? And what is the Benefits one stand to Gain by doing so, and the Problems that stem from our lack of Awareness that can be prevented, so we don’t have to experience our own CON-Sequence play-out in Space and Time.
Can we have principles, but not live them? Can we claim to have principles, morals, standards, yet not actually live those standards, principles, morals? Do we pay Lip Service and talk about how things should be, could be, ought to be – and ‘forget’ to get down to the actual Living of it?

Day 189: Why Me THOUGHT Dimension – Every Little Thing ADDS UP
Follow my blog with Bloglovin
What I find when I look at the Thought Dimension, the Thought as picture/image/scenario that comes up in my mind, is something along the lines of, for example, images of the events that happened throughout the day or whatever span of time, which are events that I have ‘collected’ in a way, as I went along through my life, through my day, where each event was something that I made something ‘more’ out of. Where it is ‘each little thing’ that I have taken and attached negative feelings to, as ‘something bad that has happened to me’ that adds to my definition of being a victim.
Another dimension to this, is a point of comparison, where I will for example, take all those negative points, and then compare them to how I perceive another’s day/life/time to be going, where I see it as, they haven’t had as many bad things happen to them as I have, and through this can also activate and feed and substantiate this character of Why Me victimhood.
So what it comes down to, is actually always a comparison – it’s either comparing my situation to what I perceive another’s situation to be, or comparing my situation to an idea in my mind of what is ‘good’ and what is ‘bad’ or what is ‘unfair’. I mean, this is how the mind operates through comparison, to generate conflict, to generate energy, to fuel its existence.
Why am I investigating this? Because I’m really not interested in being a slave to my thoughts, being a slave to what is nothing more than an Image in my Mind, an illusion, a fantasy, made up for what? To create an experience within which I keep myself in this state of always being a victim. I mean, WHY would I want to Waste even One Single Breath in such an experience, instead of simply being here, living and breathing and experiencing actual reality, as a present and aware participant that has possession of all my faculties, not the other way around, with my Mind possessing Me.
And therefore I apply the Solution here of writing out this pattern, to see how it operate. Getting into the nitty-gritty of it, like what is the actual thought that come up, so that I have named it, and now it can’t ‘fool me’ again when it come up, I know what the heck is going on, and am not going to participate, as I know what it is, and what it leads to. It’s just a thought which is really just as substantial as a fart, no, not even, and what happens if I follow it is I waste more breaths of my limited amount of breaths that I have in this life, within an experience that isn’t even real, it’s created out of the resources of my human physical body, which didn’t even ask to be used in such a way, and which I didn’t ask permission, I just imposed this on my physical human body at its expense, and without consideration of the consequences.
So here I’ll now walk some Self Forgiveness and Self Commitment statements in relation to the Thought Dimension of this Why Me character/personality:
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am the Thoughts that come up in my mind, such that I never questioned what they were, where they came from, or what is the consequence of my participation in them.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see how I actually deliberately utilize and follow my thoughts in order to generate an experience within myself, particularly here the experience of being a ‘victim’, and to within this not consider how I am actually a victim of myself of my own decision to participate in my thoughts and victimize myself within such an experience.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in/validate/give value to the thoughts that come up in my mind, such as the thought of ‘all the bad things’ that have ‘piled up’ in my day/life, as being ‘negative’ or ‘too much’ or ‘more than another has to go through’ or ‘unfair’, and within this to not see that it is just to create a certain perception of my life, so that from that perception I can be entirely controlled and possessed within a definition of myself and my life, purely to generate conflict within myself to feed the mind, and to always be pre-occupied with a mind experience instead of being here, facing reality, taking responsibility, and really living.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not question how it is that a single thought as an image in my mind could activate an entire character/personality system which then determines how I then experience myself, what I think, what I feel, how I act, which we will get further into the nitty-gritty details of in posts to come in dissecting the Why Me character.
I commit myself to investigate every aspect/dimension of this character, so to ‘take myself back’ from where I have given my ‘power’ away to thoughts.
I commit myself to when and as I see the Thought arise of where I see a picture/image of various things/events that’s happened to me in the past, with negative feeling attached, I stop and breathe and do not allow myself to follow this thought, as I know exactly where it leads = No Where. Which is the same as Not Here.
I commit myself to doing a complete reversal of instead of where I would utilize such thoughts as a tool for self sabotage and limitation, to now utilize such thoughts when/if they come up as a tool to ‘set me free’, as these thoughts are actually showing me what I have allowed myself to exist as, where I have attached negative feelings to events that have happened to me, that they now come up in such a thought as little negative experiences that I have accumulated little by little until it becomes this total ‘reason’ as to why I’m such a ‘victim’ and ‘poor me’, ‘why me’, ‘it isn’t fair’ take-over experience.
Thus, I commit myself to when such thought comes up, look at the specific points that come up within the thought to see what I have attached a negative judgment toward, and to see how I have accumulated these memories throughout my day/my life/over some period of time, so that I can get to see how I am doing that in the moment, to assist and support myself to stop accumulating such points, until it adds up to a total justification of WHY ME, where I utilize all the accumulated points to justify going into the victim character, and sabotage my life in reality.
I commit myself to realizing that there is never any reason to follow a thought as it is just a wild goose-chase to keep me pre-occupied from actual life and living in actual reality.
In the next post in the Why Me series, we’ll take a look at the Imagination Dimension.

Day 188: Rewards of No More War Casualties
So we’re now continuing from the last blog post on the topic of War, Day 186: WAR: What is it Good For: Killing People, and WORSE, in which we left of where we we’re going to start looking at the Rewards to no longer having Human Casualties as a result of War. And going beyond just the simple, obvious Reward of no longer having people being hurt or injured or killed, because that’s not really actually getting into it, and really looking at in specific detail what all the problems are that are a result of Human Casualties in War, and thus exactly what do we stand to benefit when this is no longer happening, when we are no longer having Human Casualties from War.
So, basically, what happens when people become casualties of war? I mean, these people belong to families and they have friends and relatives, so when they become injured or die as a result of War, this tears up entire families. Here you have that familiar picture one can imagine if you will, of in the United States for example, and where one has seen this in movies or news stories for example, when there’s a member of the family who is a soldier in the military and has gone off to war, and perhaps it’s the husband, or the wife, or a son or a daughter, a mother or a father, and then comes that fateful call, that their loved-one is ‘not going to be coming home’ from the war.
Or their loved one does come home, but it’s a bittersweet reunion, because they’re coming home with some sort of injury that they didn’t have before, and life is never going to be the same again, for that whole family. Now they all have to learn how to deal with the injuries received as a result of being injured in War. So this tears up families, and in some cases you have both parents in the military and both go off to war and die, and then their children are now left orphaned.
And that's only looking at those who are in the military, and there is also all the many many civilians as well that are injured and suffer all kinds of atrocities as well, and that is even more torn up families and lives.
And this affect families generations down the line, it affects our very relationships toward each other as countries and as people, where the image of one’s injured or dying loved one becomes etched in the mind and connected to a hatred of the opposition. So, literally once we stop killing and injuring each other, we’ll stop hating each other for doing so, and stop passing on Legacies of hatred between cultures and countries that further Fuel the Fires for future Wars, and that create a lot of unnecessary conflict.
Just imagine all the work and effort that will be prevented of having to try to care for the unnecessary injuries. All the work to deal with dead bodies and trying to keep conditions sanitary and free of disease – none of that would even be taking place. You wouldn’t have to live in places where that happen, or read about it or see pictures about it, because it won’t anymore exist. We will have more human beings that are effectively functioning and not being pointlessly handicapped in their ability to function. This would also mean a lot more people will be more functional and thus still be effectively functioning members of society, so instead of literally in essence shooting ourselves in the foot by shooting each other up, we'll no longer be putting people in positions of having to be dependent on others for their very survival and living.
Imagine all the individual experiences that those who are a casualty of war go through, whether killed or injured, these experiences will no longer exist. And then we will actually respect ourselves, because we will be beings that would not allow such atrocities to take place. And have the security and peace of mind to know that, such an experience could never happen to me, because I made sure that such experience does not exist anywhere. And we won’t evermore have to think or fear that such things could happen to us or our loved ones.
In the next blog post in the series on War, we’ll walk some Self Forgiveness statements in regard to how we’ve accepted such atrocities to become such a part of every day reality, and allow it to continue despite everything we stand to gain by stopping and ending it once and for all.
