Day 55: The 'Organic is Best' Character

Thus far I’ve walked through the vegan/vegetarian character, the ‘I’m too fat’ character, the ‘I want to be theperfect cook’ character, the ‘sugar is bad for you’ character, and the ‘processedfoods are bad for you’ character, all characters I’d formed in relation to food/diet/nutrition, based on ideas and information I’d come across. Now we’ll pull apart yet another character in relations to diet/food/nutrition – the ‘organic foods are best character’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that organic foods are best for humans to consume, within this not taking into consideration the big picture, like where the organic foods were coming from, what were the actual laws and standards around organic foods, and what is the impact the creation of an organic foods industry is going to have on the bigger picture, in terms of how arable land is going to be used, how the organics are going to be distributed, can you really have organic foods unless everyone goes organic as the world environment is an open system, how will those in poverty be able to get organic foods. Thus within this, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that my decision that organic foods was best for humans, was flawed, as I was not even considering the entirety of the situation.

I commit myself to investigating and considering the whole entire picture, so that the decisions I make will be that which supports all life, within full consideration of the impacts/effects/outflows, so that I can create in awareness and ensure that I do not manifest conditions that compromise any being through my ignorance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the belief that I felt better when eating organic foods was influenced by my belief and expectation that it would make me feel better, and that I was functioning just fine on 'non organic' foods.

I commit myself to not participating in beliefs and expectations of what 'something will do to me' as I then invalidate the results that I experience as if I am participating in my mind I can be certain that I am distorting the results.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was only considering myself and my immediate reality and not considering myself as a part of the greater humanity, what the current state of humanity was/is, and thus not realizing that what I was living as ‘organic foods are best’ was not relevant in terms of the bigger picture, in that encouraging the elite populations of the world to eat organics, all I was doing was serving as an advertisement for the forming organics industry in promoting organics to those in a position to afford it and have access to it in stores, while there would otherwise be no impact on the earth and the entire rest of humanity, as the elite is only a small minority.

I commit myself to considering the entirety of the bigger picture, in realizing that I am actually part of and not separatefrom the ‘bigger picture’, and thus the entire picture must be considered to ensure that, that which I support and accept and allow as ways to live, is in support of all life and that I am not supporting that which would cause harm to any being, including myself.

Thus, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was perceiving reality from within a bubble of self interest, wherein I was looking at ‘how can I benefit myself’, in disregard for what effect it might have on the world as a whole.

I commit myself to considering myself as one and equal with/as all that is here within existence, as all that is here is manifested from the very same substance as me, and thus everything here is myself, and is equal value to myself as life, and thus I commit myself to consider all life as me, within the realization that there is no ‘how can I benefit myself’ that matters unless it is ‘how can I benefit myself as all life as one and equal’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to simply trust when I heard/read somewhere that ‘organics is good for me’, instead of realizing that this message was coming from businesses within a consumerism and profit based system, where thus the motive is always profit first and foremost regardless of the harm caused to life, and thus I must take this starting point into consideration when evaluating the view point presented, as ‘organics are best’.

I commit myself to always consider the starting point of the information being presented so that i can see what it stands for and what the result/outcome of it will be if lived.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I have virtually no clue how the food I eat, organic or otherwise, is actually produced, where it comes from and what all takes place within the process that the food is produced as a resource from the earth and then shaped and molded and transported to my local grocery store, if I live in an elite society as in places of poverty there is not even such a system in place.

I commit myself to educate myself to get an understanding of how what I consume is actually created, so that I can best see what kind of solutions are possible and what kind of actions is necessary to be taken to prevent and stop abuse in this world, and to ensure that the decisions I make won't lead to more unnecessary abuse.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that organic cannot even actually exist in a world where most agriculture is non organic and since crops are open to the environment, non organic crops will actually mix with organic crops, and the legal status of ‘organic’ actually allows for an accepted percentage of non-organic content, as it literally cannot be avoided, thus what I hadn’t realized is that the earth as the environment as an open system means that what we allow to happen here affects all of here, as nothing is separate, it’s all here in this one physical reality.

I commit myself to realize that as this world and environment is an open system, that everything we do affects everyone, like if you fart in a bubble, there is no escape from it and it will affect everyone in that bubble, it’s just that the earth is a reaaally big bubble, and so if you’re far enough away from the fart, you can think that nothing is happening, until the farts become so extensive that it finally reach you, and then you realize, something stinks! Yet, imagine if you were the ones in the ground zero of the farting.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to support ending the use of chemicals by saying we should ‘just stop using them’ and should legally not allow them, when I had not considered that it would not be possible at the moment to provide all the world’s population with organic foods, as the current methods of agriculture is what we’ve become within our accepted understanding and ways of practicing agriculture and that to actually switch to not using any chemicals would be literally impossible and still manage to feed the population, and thus to simply disallow the use of chemicals would lead to extensive suffering, as I am looking for instant gratification, and not considering the current state of all humanity and whether we as a whole are actually set up to make such a change on a global scale, as for any change to have a real lasting impact, it must be able to be implemented by all.

I commit myself to realizing that in order for real lasting change to take place, I must understand and consider the current state of my entire body of/as humanity, in order to see what is actually required to create worldwide change, and to ensure that what I am promoting as ‘good for you/me/humans’ would not actually lead to the abuse of many humans, or any life at all.

Day 54 – The ‘Processed Foods are Bad for You’ Character

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think/believe that processed foods are bad for me, based on the information that I read while doing research into what diet is best for myself as a human being.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I started my research within a starting point of looking for what foods are ‘good’ and what foods are ‘bad’, and that within that starting point, I was already making the judgment/assumption that some foods are ‘good’ and some foods are ‘bad’.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by researching from a perspective of looking for ‘what foods are good’ and ‘what foods are bad’, that I would find answers which told me that certain foods are good and certain foods are bad, which would seem to confirm my belief/perception that certain foods are good and certain foods are bad.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that when I come from a certain ‘point of view’, the information I find will be that which will confirm my point of view, as it is already decided/implied/suggested within the question I have asked and the answer I receive will be equal to my question.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that to do effective real research I must be able to approach all information without a point of view, otherwise that point of view is going to limit/shape/distort my perception of the research I do, as I will be viewing it and comparing it to the picture/idea as expectation I already have in my mind.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that I was looking at it from the perspective of what foods are ‘good’ and what foods are ‘bad’, partly because I actually wanted it to be that simple, I wanted an easy answer that I could just accept and follow, because polarities are simple in design, it’s either this or that, left or right, right or wrong, good or bad, and no actual investigation or real time discovery is required within that, as the answer is never one that will expand one’s understanding of this world as physical reality, but that rather simply tells one what to do, as ‘don’t do this’ or ‘don’t do that’.

And thus, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that I actually limit myself by believing that I am the voice in my head/the character that says ‘I don’t want to take the time and effort’ to get to know myself and my physical reality, where I thus limit my effectiveness as a real participant in this world, because then all I have is information/knowledge and no practical experience in the physical reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that by seeking answers from within/as a preconceived point of view, I am limiting myself by not actively investigating my world and reality within common sense investigation of what is here, and not actually getting to know myself as this physical reality, and instead getting to know only information which I then become and live as, and thus form a character in separation of reality. And thus –

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to form myself as the character of ‘processed foods are bad’, within this forming a negative feeling/reaction within myself toward processed foods, and a certain set of backchat to/toward processed food, and if I had to eat processed food, where I would go into thoughts like ‘oh great, I am not going to feel well after eating this’ wherein I am telling my physical to react to this food, and thus I will experience results that seem to confirm my expectation/belief – but that obviously can’t be trusted as I have affected myself through my participation in thoughts which sends a direct message to my body as the mind is literally infused within and as the very flesh of the human physical body.

I commit myself to ensuring that I remove the polarity of ‘good and bad’ within myself, within the realization that such a polarity only serves to keep me limited within a thought construct as a point of view, wherein I am simply passing a judgment on what is here in the physical reality based on information, instead of seeing what is here in the full context of reality so that I can understand how this world as the physical reality and myself as a physical being within physical reality actually operates/functions.

I commit myself to realizing that when I look at information from within a certain point of view, that I cannot trust what I find, as I will see the answer from within my point of view, and thus not as accurate direct feedback of myself, my world and reality.

And thus, I commit myself to removing all points of view within myself, by identifying what I thoughts/memories/beliefs/definitions I have attached to what is here and releasing them through self forgiveness and then walking the correction of simply being here and seeing what is here, without judgments or assumptions, so that I can actually get to know myself as a physical being and this physical reality.

I commit myself to realizing that the answers I get will always be equal to my questions, and thus I must ensure that I am free from the mind’s influence so that I can evaluate all information within common sense, which I commit myself to do through the process of self-writing and self-investigation to uncover to myself where I have allowed myself to be influenced by the mind and self-forgiveness and corrective application to stop my participation in the mind as perceptions through which I view the world through a point of view, so that I can see what is direct here, without being distorted by the mind’s interpretation, based on past experiences/memories.

I commit myself to no longer look for ‘easy answers’ because I realize that there is no ‘easy answer’ that is a real answer, that will expand my understanding of and ability to participate in this physical world and reality.

I commit myself to stop participation in points of view so that I can do real effective research by approaching all information without a point of view that is going to limit/shape/contort what I hear and see, and thus I commit myself to noticing when I am comparing what is here to a point of view in my mind as pictures/ideas/expectations and deleting the point of view, so that I can simply see what is actually here, and not an idea in my mind.

I commit myself to deleting the character of ‘processed foods are bad’, so that I can be sure that I no longer influence my human physical body through participation in a character as thoughts and backchat that will determine how I experience myself and the relationship between my physical body and the food I consume to sustain my human physical body.

Day 28 - Germs: Tools for Profit

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that viruses, germs, bugs, can be ‘caught’, not realizing that illness and disease is a result of the conditions of the environment within me which is largely the result of diet, environmental factors, and stress, thus the ‘dis-ease’ is actually a sign of imbalance within the body, due to ineffective nutrition and/or stress which requires to be corrected, not the sign/symptom.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to believe it is something happening to me, as me catching a virus with no apparent reason why, so that I do not have to actually change anything I am doing, in order to ensure that I am not growing disease within my body, as I fear to change my lifestyle and habits.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to resist changing my lifestyle and habits as it is what I’m ‘used to’, even though changing will benefit me, and remaining the same is continuing to harm myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to trust the established medical industry, not realizing that the big businesses that have been established within the capitalist system, which is based on competition against one another and making the most profits, were established within an environment of competition and drive for profit, where there was no consideration for life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that the fact that there is continually more and more sickness and disease, indicates that are approach thus far has obviously not been effective.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe the history I was taught in school, not realizing that the school curriculumsare bought by those who want the educations we receive to support what benefits the system which allows them to make profits, so that we will in turn support the current system and they can continue to make profits at the expense of life, and sine we have been mis-educated literally ‘don’t know any better’ because we have been given a false his-story as to what actually happened and how what is here today was actually created.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if as individuals we will lie cheat and deceive one another, then what our institutions at large are doing will be no different, as they are made by individuals just the same.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize companies were formed for the purpose of making money, not in the interest of life, and that the care or rather harm done by the mis-education done within, to and as the medical industry obviously reflects the starting point of greed, as humans are not treated, but the ‘diseases’ are, wherein all medicines and procedures work to treat the what manifests within the human physical body, yet not the cause, which would be to ensure that the entire system of the human body is in a condition in which such disease does not grow in the first place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize you can’t trust anything within a profit based system, and that the only way we’ll be able to actually trust each other is when we stand together and decide as a whole to align ourselves to do what is actually best for all life, which would mean no longer allowing a system based on profit and slavery, but establishing a system which does not manifest such conditions in the first place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that what you put in you get out, and thus as we put into our bodies that which is not supportive, we get disease.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that what we are doing within the world at large within allowing the environment to be polluted with toxins into an environment that is not best for life here, we are actually doing within ourselves within our own human physicalbodies, as above so below.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be negligent of the physical, both as my own human physical body, and as the physical reality as nature, the animals and environment, wherein I wanted to accept things as they are, as the current food that is available that is the result of not providing the best nutrition possible, but where companies seek to minimize cost in every way at the sacrifice of the quality of the food, to the extent that companies which manufacture food and companies which treat illnesses actually work together to create and ensure business and profit.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that effective medical practices have been suppressed in order to protect the profits of the current industries which make ‘a killing’ quite literally, and that they are actually supported and allowed to do so within the current system as corporations are required by law to ensure they make profits.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in the face of such extensive profits to be made, no price would be too much to suppress technologies that would take away all that profit.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in a system where money is god, money can and is used to control and manipulate every aspect of life and that which support life can be suppressed, as people are able to be bribed and education rewritten and truth suppressed, as everything that is here is subject to money, and thus able to be controlled by it, for whatever purpose that with the money desires, regardless of whether their starting point is to harm life for their own gain.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that ‘diseases’ are actually healing processes, as the body has been put into a condition of dis-ease which it then must attempt to correct.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that practical and supportive research has been done and the information is here, but because it is not supported by the current system it is not in the most common places one gets information from, such as school, publications, television, etc. and that this means I must take my education into my own hands, as the education which the system provides is in the interest of the system and not life, thus it is up to me to research what is here and investigate all information within common sense and see does this information stand for what is best for all life or for the abuse of life, and expose information whose purpose is to abuse, and share information that is of benefit to all life.

I commit myself to taking responsibility for my own education, as I have the resources available to me to do so, and not simply accepting the information that is presented through all the standard means of media provided by and through the current system, when I know the current system only supports and promotes information which supports it.

I commit myself to educating myself by researching what is here and investigating all information within common sense and seeing whether the information stand for what is best for all life or for the abuse of life, and exposing information whose purpose is to abuse, and sharing information that is of benefit to all life.
