Day 173: Is it a New Year When Nothing Changes?

New Years or New Fears?

Because it’s really all about fear, the fear to change, because nothing ever does change, even though we celebrate a ‘new’ year. A new year full of the same old stuff.

But there's nothing New about the Fear we let hold us back one year after another, so that we never change anything and face the same problems we always have, only worse and one year deeper into the hole we're digging ourselves.
